Now, it appears that channel execs are hoping to build on this success by launching two more.
Show stars Kyle Christie and Marnie Simpson will become the stars of their own mini-series as they both enter into new chapters in their personal lives.
As MTV and Paramount bosses are so happy with the footage they've shot for the new series of Geordie Shore, they've greenlit the two spin-off specials starring the pair.
A show source told The Sun: 'The first one will focus on Kyle's lavish wedding to his wife Vicky, which took place in Rome in June.
"It was initially going to feature in the main series itself, but there was so much drama from filming, producers couldn't squeeze it all into the regular run so they decided to build a special spin-off around it instead.
"There will also be a second spin off which will follow Marnie as she gives birth to her third child later this year.
"It's her first girl after having two sons and bosses wanted to capture all the magic and excitement as she and husband Casey welcome their little princess.'
The Sun has approached reps for Geordie Shore for comment.
Bosses kicked off their brand new spin-off strand, Geordie Stories, last year, with Charlotte Crosby being handed her own full-length spin-off show entitled, Charlotte's New Baby.
It followed her as she welcomed her second child, Pixi, with her partner Jake Ankers as well as continuing to grow her business and face the daily pressures of life in the public eye.

Just this week, Nathan Henry also launched his own solo show, Nathan & Dad, which followed him as he dealt with his dad's cancer diagnosis.
The next full-length series of Geordie Shore is expected to launch in January 2026 with the spin-offs likely to follow soon after.
The cast jetted off to Portugal last month to film the 26th series of the show and there was plenty of drama and shenanigans when the cast reunited and two familiar faces made a shocking comeback.
Original show star Gaz Beadle made a surprise comeback after years of shunning big-money offers to make a return.
Aaron Chalmers also headed out to the villa in Lisbon as he returned to filming for the first time in three years.
The next series of the programme will also see James Tindale and Ricci Guarnaccio come face-to-face after being locked in a heated feud with Ricci telling The Sun he planned to "annihilate him" on the next series.
Abbie Holborn will also be introducing her TOWIE star boyfriend, Jack Rigden, to the group as he makes his reality TV comeback after eight years.

Unless you haven't scrolled on social media for about four months, you'll definitely know about the iconic Jet2 trend that has taken the internet by storm. A decade on, the advert - complete with its voiceover by Zoe Lister - has gained international popularity on social media. "Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday," is now somewhat of a viral phrase on TikTok and Instagram, with many people using the audio in their own videos. And this, hitmaker Jess Glynne met voiceover star Zoe Lister for the first time. Jess, 35, and Zoe, 43, had never met despite having their work combined a few years ago. Capital Breakfast, hosted by Jordan North, united the women for the very first time on Monday morning - and his excitement was contagious. In a video posted to Instagram, Jordan was so excited that he squealed it was "finally happening" ahead of the two women meeting. "It's happening! It's happening!" he screamed as Zoe entered the studio and gave Jess a hug. Co-host Chris Stark then asked Jess: "You know what's coming, right? We've got to chat about it. "Of course, talking about Hold My Hand… Chart-topping singer drew me a doodle mid-gig and now it's my first ever tattoo "You always hear that song whenever you go on a plane. "Then it's in the advert. "And then, for reasons no one really understands, this summer, it just exploded on TikTok. Has it surprised you how massive this has all gone?" Jess replied: "Yeah, it's a massive surprise 100%. It's the most amazing thing to see though." The hitmaker then hilariously performed her own version of Zoe's famous voiceover. Reading the full script out in the studio, Jess said: "Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday. "And right now, you can save £50 per person. "That's £200 off for a family of four." The entire audience cheered and Zoe was seen laughing as Jess read out the iconic voiceover script. Zoe then gave an impromptu live performance of her famous voiceover while Hold My Hand played in the background. Commenting on the video shared on Instagram, one person penned: "I love how people gets crazy over any kind of trend." Another wrote: "No this is a masterpiece." "The collab the world needed," said a third. While a fourth penned: "British culture at its finest!!" But a fifth person was less than impressed and controversially said: "Am I the only one starting to find this a bit boring now?" 5 Jess' hit Hold My Hand came out in 2015 Credit: Getty

So why DID pin-up Mel Sykes vanish from the public eye? Pals reveal all about her reclusive life amid ‘tough' few years

Insiders explain how Mel makes money now and why she won't have another public romance TO MEL AND BACK So why DID pin-up Mel Sykes vanish from the public eye? Pals reveal all about her reclusive life amid 'tough' few years She was the ultimate 90s pin-up, the glamour girl with looks, brains and personality who was once voted the eighth sexiest woman in the world. But fast forward three decades and Melanie Sykes - once a successful model and presenter with a string of high-profile boyfriends and legions of male fans - has practically vanished from the public eye. Advertisement 18 Mel Sykes was the ultimate lads mag pin-up in the 90s Credit: Rex 18 Mel shines on the red carpet at the 2013 at the National Television Awards Credit: Getty 18 These days, however, Mel has quit the spotlight and lives in Yorkshire where she has discovered a love of making art Credit: Instagram 18 Mel has also recently battled alopecia and has had an autism diagnosis Credit: Instagram Now, the former Big Breakfast star, 54, spends her days painting - even dabbling in nude self-portraits - writing about her various health struggles and shunning showbiz parties after quitting the bright lights of the big smoke for a quiet life in the Yorkshire countryside. Advertisement And pals insist she 'feels like a completely different person' to the bombshell brunette who kickstarted her career in an ad for Boddington's beer. A source told The Sun: 'She has had a really tough few years dealing with various health issues, and has openly admitted she has PTSD from working in the TV industry." Quit London for Yorkshire Mel has also openly documented her struggles with autism since being diagnosed in 2021, and publicly stated she believes she has Tourette's Syndrome too. The source added: 'She feels like a totally changed woman from the one that was on our screens for all those years, and she is focusing on healing from her trauma, as well as focusing on her health. Her life isn't anywhere near as glamorous as it once was, but she is much happier. She has found a love of painting, which has been really therapeutic for her. Advertisement She's even painted some nude self-portraits of herself which she has shared on her social media. She finds it very liberating - she wanted to practice drawing the female form, so she figured why not make herself the model?' Mel's journey from lairy ladette to practical obscurity stems from a tumultuous time in the TV industry, most notably her experience on Celebrity Masterchef in 2021, which became the catalyst for her to quit the business for good. 'I was done' The brave mother of two sensationally walked away from her successful career after Gregg Wallace, who last week was sacked from the show following an enquiry into alleged misconduct, made inappropriate comments to her on set. Gregg Wallace is why I ended my TV career, Melanie Sykes says - as she slams 'jaw-dropping' behaviour on MasterChef set Mel claims that Gregg asked her if models eat, something she found 'ignorant,' before telling her that being on Masterchef would help her career. Advertisement 'I didn't know what to say,' she wrote later. 'So I smiled and said: 'Yes,' but I was really thinking: 'Yes, you have finally helped me decide to end my television career once and for all. I was done.' She called Gregg's behaviour towards her 'unprofessional' and 'jaw-dropping', said she didn't like him being around her and even made an informal complaint against the former greengrocer. Earlier this month, 45 out of 83 allegations made against him during his tenure on the show were substantiated. But despite the victory for Gregg's victims, and his insistence that he is 'deeply sorry' for his actions, it's not likely to instigate a return to the limelight for Mel. These days, Mel prefers to keep in touch with her fans via online mediums where she is in control. Advertisement 'Industry creates monsters' She boasts almost 300k followers on Instagram and 6.45k subscribers to her YouTube channel, also writes a regular Substack blog, following the closure of her magazine, The Frank, last year. 18 Mel shares snaps of her canvases on her social media Credit: Instagram 18 The star is open about dealing with PTSD from her time in the TV industry Credit: YouTube 18 She says an appearance on Celebrity Masterchef in 2021 led to her quitting fame Credit: BBC 18 She described the now axed presenter's behaviour towards her as 'unprofessional' and 'jaw-dropping' Credit: BBC Advertisement Using her various outlets, she regularly updates fans on her mental health, often sharing her artwork with hashtags such as 'recovery', 'blessed', and 'healing' or sitting down to address viewers with videos that cover everything from menopause and her autism diagnosis to her TV experiences and health woes. She spoke recently about suffering from an irregular heartbeat, which she claimed doctors ignored and also talked at length about a recent battle with alopecia, both of which she said were triggered by the allegations made against former Let's Do Lunch co-host Gino D'ACampo, earlier this year. After learning Gino was accused of misconduct, Mel 'didn't sleep a wink', she has said. Since walking away from her lucrative telly jobs, Mel doesn't appear to be making the same money she did in her heyday, when she fronted shows such as Today with Des and Mel, Shop Well For Less and was the voice of the Blind Date reboot. But our insider insists she is getting by. Advertisement The source said: 'Obviously she doesn't have the income she once had from all her TV and modelling jobs, which has been challenging and stressful at times, but she has savings and she makes money from writing her Substack newsletter, still has some royalties from her biography and she gets paid to speak at various festivals and events. 'She's also been getting funding for some film projects, which she is working on behind the camera and hopes one day to be able to make a living from her paintings.' 18 She shot to fame in the legendary Boddington's beer ads Credit: Boddingtons Mel, who came third in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! in 2014, was once a well-known face on the showbiz circuit. Her modelling career, followed by a successful stint as a reporter on MTV and The Big Breakfast, catapulted her to fame and lads' mags couldn't get enough of her. Advertisement As a result Mel dated a string of famous faces, including Steve Coogan, Max Beesley and even Olly Murs. She was also in a long-term romance with Bros singer Matt Goss, which ended in 1997, when she discovered he was cheating on her. She went on to marry twice, once in 2001 to actor Daniel Caltagrione, father of her two sons, Roman, 23, and Valentino, 21 and later, in 2013, to roofer Jack Cockings, a union which lasted barely three years. She also famously enjoyed a romance with a 24 year old-gondolier, Riccardo Simionato, who she met on a canal in Venice in 2020. Now, however, those days of public romances are behind her. 'You won't catch Mel getting snapped with a lover again,' says a friend. 'She feels very scarred by how some of her romances played out in the media, and she feels like the way her love life was scrutinised impacted her relationships. These days, she is focused on putting herself first, not a man.' 'Mel prefers to keep a small circle of close friends,' our insider said. 'Since being diagnosed as neurodivergent, she has learnt a lot about herself and realised she doesn't have the energy to cope with lots of casual, flighty friendships, she finds it really draining.' Advertisement Looking to the future, feisty Mel has vowed to continue to use her voice to speak out about the wrongdoings in the TV industry with friends insisting she 'isn't afraid to call out the wrongdoings and BS she has experienced.' The source continued, 'It's really inspiring to see how far she has come. A lot of people who have been through what Mel has been through would have totally crumbled, but she is a survivor. "She's living proof that you can fall down in life and not only survive - but start all over again.' 18 Alan Carr is one of the few showbiz pals Mel remains close to 18 Mel during her stint on I'm A Celebrity in 2014 Credit: Rex Features Advertisement

Zara McDermott gives sweet nod to her blossoming romance with Louis Tomlinson in new Instagram video

Zara McDermott seemingly gave a sweet nod to her relationship with Louis Tomlinson in a recent Instagram video. The Love Island star, 28, and former One Direction member, 33, are believed to have started dating in March following on from her split with Sam Thompson. And proving their romance is going from strength to strength, Zara appeared to share a subtle nod to Louis as she wore a necklace with the initial 'L' while speaking to fans on Instagram stories. While Zara or her jewellery didn't mention Louis by name, her delicate gold chain with the letter 'L' rather than her own initial certainly alluded to her blossoming romance. Zara's reference to Louis comes after the singer announced that he was quitting X on last week due to 'conspiracy chat' about his personal life. The Just Hold On hitmaker said that comments about his new relationship with Zara McDermott, his son and even his late mother have driven him off the social media platform. Louis and the former Love Island star went public with their romance earlier this year after her split from Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson. The singer also referenced his son Freddie, eight, in the X post. Louis shares Freddie with his ex Briana Jungwirth. The pair welcomed their son in 2016 following a brief fling. Meanwhile Louis tragically lost his mum Johannah Deakin in 2016 to leukaemia when she was just 43 years old. Louis penned in his X post: 'The last few months have made it impossible to be on here. All the conspiracy chat about my relationship, my son or even stretching sometimes to opinions on my Mum. 'It's just too much and too hurtful for me to see! Thank you to everyone who always has my back!' And back in May he had posted saying: 'Haven't really used this (X) much for a while. Seems to be such a weird place these days... 'Anyway feeling really good about the next record. Staying positive.' Proving their romance is going from strength to strength, Zara appeared to share a subtle nod to Louis as she wore a necklace with the initial 'L' while speaking to fans on Instagram stories The post comes after last week Zara showed her support for Louis as she was spotted at his concert in Zurich. Last Friday, she proved their relationship is going from strength to strength as she was seen enjoying his gig in the Swiss city. In a TikTok video shared by user @katiexstyles, Zara could be seen singing and dancing along to one of Louis' songs from a private box. Dressed in a simple white crop top, the reality star appeared in great spirits as she joined in with the crowd's excitement. It came just weeks after Zara was spotted dancing with Louis in the crowd at Worthy Farm during Skepta's set at Glastonbury. Louis could be seen with his arms wrapped around Zara who flopped her head back onto his shoulder while enjoying the music. A fellow festival-goer captioned the post: 'Glastonbury is mad because you can be dancing to Skepta and boom Louis Tomlinson is next to you.' Others couldn't get over the couple's kooky PDA and rushed to the comments: 'Literally is Zara well in this? LOL': 'It's so funny'. Louis penned in his X post: 'The last few months have made it impossible to be on here. All the conspiracy chat about my relationship, my son or even stretching sometimes to opinions on my Mum' And back in May he had posted saying: 'Haven't really used this (X) much for a while. Seems to be such a weird place these days...' In an interview before she travelled to Somerset for the festival, Zara also broke her silence on her split from Sam Thompson, 32. The couple, who featured on Made In Chelsea together, had enjoyed a five-year relationship before calling time on their romance in January. Zara made headlines after swiftly moving on with One Direction star Louis, with the pair spotted enjoying a date together in early March. Their romance continued to blossom as they jetted off on holiday together, before Louis and Zara's ex Sam came face-to-face for the first time at Soccer Aid last month. A seemingly awkward interaction ensued, with Louis reportedly blanking Sam following the match at Old Trafford despite holding 'peace talks' at the team hotel earlier. The woman at the centre of the drama was however nowhere to be seen, with Zara later admitting the reaction to her love life has been 'frustrating'. She told The Sun: 'The only thing in my life worth writing about is the work I do.' The star also revealed that, despite still posting glamorous snaps to Instagram, she no longer spends much time on social media and is more grounded in her 'relationships'. 'I don't care about social media as much as I used to, or about the aesthetic or the image, I value so much real relationships and real support around me, and being that to other people,' she added. 'I'm a totally different person to the one I was when I was 21 years old and stepped into what appeared to be a glitzy world of showbiz, my day to day life is not at all glitz and glamour.'
