Legend, real name Matt Morsia, tore a bicep, and Bionic - aka Matty Campbell - dislocated his shoulder.
But it wasn't just male Glads who suffered, with Diamond - Livi Sheldon - rupturing the ACL and MCL in her knee.
And Athena - Karenjeet Kaur Bains - busted her knee too.
Despite the injuries, the Gladiators will all feature in series three when it airs on the BBC next year in some way - and will be on the live tour this autumn.
A source said: 'Gladiators is the ultimate test of speed, strength and endurance - and four of its champions have paid the price.
'It just goes to show that these games are tough and even our professionals can suffer injuries."
All the Gladiators' injuries occurred during filming for the BBC show at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield.
In 2023 Comet, real name Ella-Mae Rayner, broke her ankle and foot and had to undergo an operation to rebuild her foot.
And Sabre, aka Sheli McCoy, tore her hamstring.

Ella fell 30ft from The Wall in a horrifying accident that almost took away her ability to walk.
Whilst they both focus on recovery, the Glads have praised the care of medics on set.
As the show is one of toughest and most physically demanding programmes on TV, the production team had a very robust health and safety policy in place as well as appropriate insurances.
Risk assessments were carried out for all of the games and the Gladiators and contenders underwent extensive training with experts.
A doctor, paramedics, technicians, physios and a trained Health and Safety advisor were all present on set every day.
A spokesman for the BBC said: 'The health and well-being of all Gladiators, contenders and crew is of paramount importance. Gladiators is one of the toughest and most physically demanding programmes on TV and due to the high-impact nature of the show it is not unusual for those competing to suffer injuries.
"In each instance, as soon as it became apparent that a potential injury had occurred, the correct protocol was immediately followed.
"The injured Gladiators are currently following medical advice and working on their recoveries.'

Hamlet audiences have been warned of 'coercive behaviour' and 'grief, suicide and mental illness' ACTOR Brian Blessed has howled down trigger warnings on Shakespeare plays — and he didn't bother with poetic Bard-style language by dismissing them as 'b***s'. The thunderous-voiced thespian labelled theatre bosses 'ignorant pigs'. The Sun told of Hamlet audiences being warned of 'coercive behaviour' and 'grief, suicide and mental illness' at London's National Theatre. There have also been warnings about Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet. Advertisement Flash Gordon star Brian, 88, has appeared in Henry V, Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing. Fury as ‘childish' BBC axe HALF of shamed Gregg Wallace's recipes from web in ‘stupid cancellation' after MasterChef axe

HALF of Gregg Wallace's recipes have vanished from the BBC Food website — leaving many of its users steaming. Six of the fallen grocer's 11 dish ideas have been axed since he was sacked from MasterChef last month. 3 Half of Gregg Wallace's recipes have vanished from the BBC Food website including his raspberry pavlova Credit: Getty 3 Gregg's pork and apple burger recipe is one of the dishes that remains on the BBC site His 'comforting' special sausage and lentil soup, 'delightfully simple' mince pie ice-cream and a raspberry pavlova are gone. A raspberry marinated rack of lamb and a leek and potato soup are also missing since a damning report into the 60-year-old's behaviour. One site user railed at 'another stupid cancellation by the BBC'. They added: 'Whatever you think of the guy, it was hardly his recipes that were the problem.' Another, Claire, added: 'Seems childish. I'm never going to stop listening to Michael Jackson.' Ed Campbell added online: 'Can't we separate the art from the artist?' All the dishes had featured on shows Wallace fronted, as did some still on the website such as his pork and apple burger. Nearly 50 women made complaints about Wallace but the worst allegations, including groping and flashing, were not upheld. Last month, he told The Sun: 'I'm not a groper, a sex pest or a flasher. 'So much has been perceived incorrectly.' The BBC said it was standard practice to update BBC Food website recipes and those from a range of chefs had been taken down recently. 3 Wallace was sacked from MasterChef last month Credit: PA
