Helen Flanagan, once a paragon of body confidence through numerous high-profile modelling stints post-Coronation Street, has acknowledged feeling some insecurities after motherhood.
Previously dazzling fans with photo shoots for men's magazines at 34, Helen has admitted to losing that self-assuredness regarding her appearance.
On Instagram, the ex-Coronation Street actress and partner to footballer Scott Sinclair, got real with followers about noticing "cellulite."

In her latest 'Get Ready With Me,' Helen swaps her pink pyjamas for striking blue lace lingerie, showcasing a physique many would envy.
She confided to fans that her weight fluctuates with the state of her love life and stress levels, reports the Mirror.
Exhibiting her figure in new lingerie, she expressed contentment over being part of the brand's editing process.
Emphasising self-acceptance, she advised fans: "Even though sometimes you don't feel so confident or toned, just got for it. Even though I've got cellulite and my body isn't as toned as it used to be, I just thought, 'you know what Helen go for it, you only live once.'".
Transformed for a night out, Helen presented the finishing touch - a chic denim dress, looking every bit the star ready for the spotlight.
However, this news comes shortly after she was spotted on a night out at Wayne Lineker's popular Ibiza bar. In a candid post on Instagram, Helen confessed to feeling severely hungover, comparing herself to a "lizard."
She shared: "I am really hungover, I am like a lizard. I am not drinking for a long time. I know I will feel better tomorrow. I have the school run tomorrow. Oh my god. I literally got in at six in the morning."
Despite her fame from the ITV soap, Helen appears to be facing financial difficulties. The former soap star has had to lower the asking price of her six-bedroom, 5,000 square foot home from £1.5million to £1.195million.
Reports suggest that Helen's financial struggles began after her 13-year relationship with Scott ended in 2022, leaving her with three children. Following a year-long romance, Helen also recently split with Robbie Talbot.

Danny Jones' wife makes first post including him since Maura Higgins kiss
Georgia has shared Danny on her social media for the first time since the scandal. Danny Jones' wife Georgia shared a tribute to her husband for the first time since he was pictured kissing Love Island star Maura Higgin. The 38-year-old, who shares seven-year-old son Cooper with McFly star Danny, 39, shared a sweet post to him on Instagram to mark Father's Day. After she posted a snap of her own dad, she then went on to post a cute photo of Cooper cuddling into his dad. She sweetly captioned the post: "For the Dads. Happy Father's Day." Georgia's post is the first that he's appeared on her social media page since he was papped kissing his I'm A Celebrity co-star Maura at a Brits after party back in March. Danny, who has been married to Georgia for over a decade, issued a grovelling public apology after the drunken smooch. In a statement on his Instagram Story, he said: "Hello everyone, sorry it's taken me a while to post this but I've taken some time out to be with those closest to me. I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we'll continue to deal with this privately." He added to fans: "I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny." Following the BRITs scandal, apparently, Georgia temporarily moved out of their family home. Insiders claimed that the whole situation was "embarrassing" for the mother-of-one, who married Danny back in 2014. Shortly after the kiss, a source claimed that while "they may still be married, they are not together and she is still working out what she wants to do." However, it's now believed Georgia is back in the family home in West London and has returned to host her podcast, Mum's The Word! with friend Kelsey Parker. A source told the Mirror in April: "Georgia is returning to face the music after weeks away. She took some time for herself after the incident blew up but now she's ready to talk." "This wasn't some grand gesture where she suddenly packed her bags and left. It was just a girlie few nights at a close pal's flat. Yes, she wanted some space, but she is home now, and while things are still fragile, they are trying to work things through," a separate source confirmed. Danny is said to be eager to work through things and get his marriage with Georgia back on track. "He has made it clear he will do anything to make it work. He loves Georgia and wants their marriage to get back on track," a source told The Sun. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
