OnlyFans star Shania Howard was seen outside the ground wearing bodypaint styled in a Man Utd home shirt and tight shorts.
She posed for revealing snaps outside the stadium and filmed videos with other fans ahead of the game.
But after asking them for their score predictions, Shania alleges she tried to enter Old Trafford.
In a video posted on social media, she said: "I am not even joking I am fuming.
"I just went to Old Trafford to watch the first game of the season and they did not even let me in because of the way that I am dressed.
"What is wrong with the way I am dressed?
"This is an actual joke. I am going to be putting in an official complaint. I am not even joking."
Shania also met up with Gunners fan Arabella Mia before the game.
She is another adult star who previously went viral for turning up to the Emirates in bodypaint resembling an Arsenal shirt.
Arabella posted a clip of them together outside the stadium, saying: "Come all the way to Old Trafford and I have got some b**** doing the same thing as me.
"F***ing hell. Would look better in an Arsenal top though."
Despite much criticism, Arabella claims her antics are helping women break into the football space.

Gary Neville shares 'soppy' note to Bruce Springsteen
It's no secret that Gary Neville is a huge Bruce Springsteen fan as he has mentioned it numerous times on the Stick to Football podcast. The Manchester United icon has attended many of Springsteen's concerts and has repeatedly shared his admiration of the music legend. However, Neville shared a new layer to his Springsteen fandom during this week's episode of The Overlap. The fellow podcast members loved the message. Pic: The Overlap/YouTube The 50-year-old was presenting a special piece of memorabilia on the podcast when he revealed a special message he left for the Born to Run singer. Over the summer, Springsteen adopted Neville's hotel as his second home while he played his concert in Manchester. Neville and his former teammate Ryan Giggs own the Stock Exchange Hotel and they got a huge paycheck from the legendary songwriter in May. Springsteen booked out the entire five-star hotel and its 40 rooms for the week, at an estimated cost of £23,000 per night. Bruce Springsteen performing at Croke Park in Dublin. Pic: GMCD Neville has now revealed that before the singer arrived, the Sky pundit left a 'soppy' note for him. He told the podcast: 'I didn't go see him. I wrote him a welcome note. 'So it's a bit soppy..' Neville then read the note aloud: 'Welcome to Manchester and to our hotel. We pride ourselves on looking after every guest equally and with care but for you I had to write a note. 'Back in January 1985, a month before my 10th birthday, I was watching Top of the Pops at home and saw something different. Something that made me fall in love with guitar music and it was Dancing in the Dark. 'Me and my dad would listen to this record in the car all the time. They were great times and I wish he was here to see you play live with me. 'The day after I ran to the bus stop to catch a bus from my hometown Bury, only a few miles from Manchester, to the only record shop in the town called 'Vibes' to buy my first ever album: Born in the USA. Roy Keane cracked the room up with a classic joke. Pic: The Overlap/YouTube 'I have no words for how good you are and how you make us all feel. I will be with you watching on the 17th and 20th in Manchester and coming to San Sebastian and Milan. 'I'd watch you every damn day if I could. Please enjoy Manchester, enjoy the people and I hope you enjoy the hotel. 'All my love, Gary Neville.' "It's my job!" 😂 Looks like even Bruce Springsteen has been taking notes from Roy! 🤝

Wow. So you got £3.75m-a-year.' 'Then you've renewed and gone to £3.5m-per-annum in 2003-2005. And then they put your wages down?' questioned Neville, with Keane explaining that at United, older players had their salaries reduced, but they were eligible for more performance-based bonuses. "That's double what I was earning in my last contract,' said Neville, comparing his contract to Keane's, with Jamie Carragher claiming that Neville was underpaid for the quality of player that he was.
