Braless Lily Allen shows off her new boob job in a see-through blue mesh top while celebrating her 40th birthday
Lily Allen showed off the resuts of her recent boob job in a sheer blue top on Thursday as she stepped out in London to celebrate her 40th birthday.
The singer looked incredible as she went braless under the daring strappy see-through number which she teamed with a pair of eye catching green trousers.
Lily looked beatiful as she pulled on a chic green and lilac knitted cardigan and elevated her frame in a pair colourful patterned heels.
Styling her red tresses loose, the actress toted her belongings in a leopard print handbag and rocked a pair of sunglasses as she enjoyed the British heatwave.
Lily linked arms with a pal as she headed to brunch at Canteen in Notting Hill to celebrate her milestone birthday.
The star waited patiently outside the restaurant and chatted to a fan who was walking his dog.
Lily was seen checking her phone before holding up her thumb to her friend after securing a table at the busy establishment.
Ahead of the outing, the Smile hitmaker took to Instagram to share a gallery of sizzling selfies in the racy mesh top.
Lily relaxed in a chair as she snapped pictures from different angles and pouted for the camera.
She accessorised the look by layering two long gold necklaces and wore a radiant palette of makeup.
'Happy birthday to me', wrote the Dreamland star.
Back in March, Lily revealed she had an 'incredible' boob job back the month before and been out buying sexy new lingerie to show it off.
But while she loves the new boobs, she says they don't really match her then 39-year-old face.
She told her close friend Miquita Oliver on their Miss Me? podcast: 'How do I feel about ageing? Well, I just got some additions to the family - don't know if you'd noticed?'
Oliver told her: 'I noticed because you pulled your top off a month ago and showed them to me. I was like 'absolutely incredible'.'
Allen continued: 'They look really incredible when I take my top off, and my bra off, but there's definitely a contrast in age between my breasts and my face

'I'm like 40, 18, 40, 18.
'I'm just thinking 'maybe I get the BBL (Brazilian butt lift) next'. I quite want the bum.'
Lily added on her new boobs: 'There's a thing that happens a few months after you get them which is they drop and fluff.
'So they're still quite high and they're still quite hard. When they drop and fluff they feel like normal boobs.
'So I haven't got to drop and fluff yet, I'm very much looking forward to that.
'I feel like it's really fun. I'm like buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can actually fit in and taking pictures on my phone.
'Haven't sent them to anyone yet, but it will hopefully get there at some point.
'On my 40th birthday I'm going to drop and fluff.'
It comes after Lily enjoyed a pamper day in New York last week while ex David Harbour was all smiles with his Thunderbolts* co-stars at the London photocall.
The couple separated late last year after Lily speculated that David was using Raya and shortly after The Mail revealed the Stranger Things star, 50, had been having an affair for three years during his marriage.
David has since returned to the UK for the first time since his split from wife Lily as he promoted his new Marvel movie.
She accessorised the look by layering two long gold necklaces and wore a radiant palette of makeup. 'Happy birthday to me', wrote the Dreamland star
He beamed for the cameras at the photocall which was held at The Corinthia Hotel.
He looked suave in a courdory maroon suit, complete with a matching shirt and crisp white tie.
David posed for snaps with Wyatt Russell, who reprises his role as John Walker in Thunderbolts.
Florence Pugh, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Hannah John-Kamen, Geraldine Viswanathan, Lewis Pullman and Jake Schreier, were also in attendance at the star-studded event.
Meanwhile, in complete juxtaposition, Lily took to her Instagram Stories and revealed she was having a paper day.
The Smile singer posed for a selfie in the mirror of the salon while dressed in a black stylist cape.
It comes after David spoke for the first time on his shock split from Lily, admitting he is currently in 'a period of growth and is 'embracing change'.
Lily has given her side of the split through her twice weekly podcast Miss Me? which she presents with best friend Miquita Oliver, and now David has broken his silence.
Starring as the new cover of GQ, the actor, whose marriage breakdown coincides with the final season of Stranger Things, said: 'There's a lot of change – a tremendous amount of change'.

The actor alluded again to his divorce when he was asked whether or not he was OK, 'It's not that things ending aren't hard, but it's just that I'm choosing to make it a period of growth. And I feel like having the opportunity to be busy and work is really good'
She linked arms as she headed to a brunch spot to mark the occasion
Lily turned heads in the colourful outfit
'You can deny this change, be afraid of this change, you can kind of be chaotic about it and, like, eat your way through – whatever you need to do.'
'Or you can sit with however uncomfortable, or weird, or new, it makes you feel. And then, for me, always the best thing that I can do is take all of that experience and pour it into work. And so that's what I'm doing.'
He added that his life experiences over the years has meant he 'can go to these dark places,' in his work.
The actor alluded again to his divorce when he was asked whether or not he was OK.
'It's not that things ending aren't hard, but it's just that I'm choosing to make it a period of growth. And I feel like having the opportunity to be busy and work is really good, and also to delve into this deeper spiritual quest,' he said.
'I think I'm good. It's less of a kind of triumphant good, more of a like…I'm learning how to swim in this – whatever it is. Learning how to float. Learning how to make it not about me.'
As news of David and Lily's split was revealed, the Daily Mail was told David was romantically involved with a younger costume designer, whom the Mail chose not to name.
'David cheated on Lily,' an associate said. 'They met on a movie they did together.' The source, who witnessed their interactions on set, said: 'They weren't very secretive about their relationship.'
So serious did the romance become that David paid for the woman to travel more than 400 miles to visit him while he was working on his hit Netflix TV series last year.
'David flew her to Atlanta while he shot Stranger Things to keep him company,' the associate said.
Lily, who has two daughters with first husband Sam Cooper, wed David in Las Vegas in 2020 a year after they met on Raya.
The couple moved from London to New York, where she enrolled her children in school.
David bought a house in Atlanta, Georgia, last year to be closer to the Stranger Things set.
The couple separated late last year after the singer, whose songs include the hit Smile, speculated that David was using Raya.
The Mail on Sunday reported that she turned detective by joining the app herself, pretending to be 'looking for women', and allegedly found that he had set up a new dating profile.
Lily, who met David on celebrity dating app Raya, was said to have been left in 'agony' when she discovered her husband had secretly rejoined the app.

Edinburgh Fringe Hot Tickets 2025: Here are all 17 Edinburgh Comedy Award winners returning this year
With a over 3,300 shows to choose from across 265 venues at this year's feast of culture, there's something to be said for opting for performers who have a winning record – and there's no bigger prize in British comedy than the Edinburgh Comedy Award. Launched in 1981, the award is presented to the comedy show judged to have been the best at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and is recognised as the most prestigious comedy prize in the UK. Formerly known as the Perrier Award , it is designed to promote acts that have yet to become household names, so comedians judged to have 'star status' are not eligible - for instance if they have a show on a major television channel or can regularly fill a 500-set venue. The first winners were a talent-packed Cambridge Footlights featuring Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, Tony Slattery and Emma Thompson, while other names catapulted to fame by the award over the years include Steve Coogan, Jenny Eclair, The League of Gentlemen, Dylan Moran, Al Murray, Tim Key, and Emmy -winning Baby Reindeer star Richard Gadd . A Best Newcomer Award was added in 1992, followed by a Panel Prize in 2006 - for those who have made a particularly special contribution to the Fringe Festival. Here are all 17 winners you can see in Edinburgh this year. 1 . Urooj Ashfaq Urooj Ashfaq won the Edinburgh Comedy Award for best Newcomer in 2023 for her show 'Oh No!', about "her, her family, things that annoy her, and things she loves". This year she's back with a new hour entitled 'How To Be A Baddie' in which she promises to be a "bona fide bad girl and edgelord who at times mentions sexy things and topics..." She's on at the Monkey Barrel from July 30-August 24. | Getty Images Photo Sales 2 . Jordan Brookes Officially the longest-reigning Edinburgh Comedy Award winner of all time (he won in 2019 before the global pandemic led to a three year break before the prize was awarded again), Jordan Brookes is back in Edinburgh with a work in progress show called 'Until The Wheels Come Off'. The only thing he guarantees is that he'll show up! See him at the Pleasance Courtyard from July 30-August 24. | Getty Images Photo Sales 3 . Lara Ricote Another former winner bringing a work in progress show to Edinburgh is Lara Ricote, who took home the Best Newcomer trophy in 2022 with her show 'GRL/LATNX/DEF'. She didn't even have an idea for a show when she had to submit a description for the Fringe programme, so we know nothing about it. Find out what she's up to at the Monkey Barrel from August 11-17. | Getty Images Photo Sales 4 . Adam Riches The Edinburgh Comedy Award shortlist was particularly strong in 2011, including Andrew Maxwell, Chris Ramsey, Josie Long, Nick Helm and future winner Sam Simmon. But it was the character and sketch comedy of Adam Riches, in 'Bring Me the Head of Adam Riches' that most impressed the judges. The hugely-entertaining performer last year made the switch to the theatre section with a critically-acclaimed show about tennis player Jimmy Connors. This year he's back to comedy with a typically singular slant, namely "medieval heartstab Sean Bean is going to read 15th century Middle English tome Le Morte d'Arthur out loud, for an hour. That's it." Discover if that really is 'it' at the Monkey Barrel from August 11-13. | Getty Images Photo Sales

Shea Mannings is a 25-year-old Bristolian and will be one of the three new faces to be added to the villa in the same number of days since the show started, and will throw a new element of drama to the reality show. Before going on Love Island, he balanced two jobs, mainly working as a scaffolder day-to-day as well as playing football semi-professionally on the side. The 25-year-old has played for Swindon Supermarine FC since signing in 2024 and will be the third semi-pro baller in the villa this year after Dejon Noel-Williams and Harry Cooksley. In his career so far he has played for Southern League Division One South side Bristol Manor Farm in 2023, and before that he represented Ashton & Backwell in the Toolstation Western League Premier Division. Advertisement Alongside his two jobs, Shea has a son, who he will not be keeping a secret. Before entering the villa, he said: "I have a little boy, so I'll be taking him into consideration with who I couple up with, too.' While his Instagram bio says that he is 'off to find love in the Love Island Villa', what is Shea looking for in a potential coupling? He said: "She needs to be bubbly and we need to have that initial spark. She needs to have a nice personality - like I think I have - so that we match together.' Advertisement His Insta followers can often see him enjoying life in hotter climates and either working out or in action on the football pitch. And in comparison to some of his fellow Islanders, Shea is pretty quiet on social media, sharing only the highlights of his life and matches to his just over 6,000 followers. SECOND Love Islander is dumped in brutal bombshell recoupling What will Shea be like in the villa? Shea forms part of the two bombshell line-up with Remell Mullins and came into the villa just days after American pool party waitress Toni Laites shook up the villa on the first day. The Islanders were left stunned after Toni strutted into the villa and stole Shakira Khan's man, Ben Holbrough. Advertisement It meant Shakira had to find a new couple and in a shock twist caused the early exit of motivational speaker Sophie Lee after recoupling with Harry Cooksley. But with the arrival of Shea and Remell, it is the girls' time to be tempted and stray from their couples. Before entering the show Shea said: "I am ready again to look for something more serious. I'm 25 now, so I want to be settling down and have someone always by my side." A source told The Sun: "The two new boys are already in the villa and immedietely started turning heads. Advertisement "The OG lads thought they were safe but three bombshells in three days shows that producers aren't messing around." Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

Tom Fletcher forced to apologise for ‘insensitive' post about his flight after devastating Air India crash
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) TOM Fletcher has apologised after posting an "insensitive" Instagram photo after the fatal Air India crash. He deleted a post about flying a plane while listening to the Foo Fighters song Learn to Fly. 4 Tom Fletcher has apologised for an insensitive post shared on the day of the Air India crash Credit: Getty 4 The tail of the plane is seen hanging from the edge of a building after the crash in India Credit: Reuters 4 People stand near debris at the site of the plane crash On Thursday it was revealed that an Air India plane burst into a fireball while carrying 242 people, including 53 Brits, flying to London Gatwick airport. A British man miraculously survived the crash after jumping off the flaming jet and was filmed walking away from the wreckage. After reading the reports, McFly singer Tom, 38, wrote: "Sorry, I've only just seen the terrible news about the Air India crash. "So awful. Had I known earlier, I obviously wouldn't have posted about my flight today. The former Strictly Come Dancing star continued: "I understand why that must have looked insensitive and have deleted it. Thanks for letting me know. "My whole heart goes out to everyone involved in the crash and all their friends & families." Tom got his license to fly in 2008 when he was just 23 years old. He previously said he would have been a pilot if he wasn't in McFly. Tom apologised after Mark Wright was slammed for moaning about leg room on his flight after the tragic Air India crash. The former Towie star, 38, posted a snap of himself with wife Michelle Keegan and baby Palma posing in front of a private plane, as he moaned about the leg room on standard jets. Mark Wright slammed for 'poor taste' post about planes as 265 killed in horror Air India crash Appearing completely oblivious to the day's events, Mark wrote alongside it: '1 day babe, for now we'll take row 26 with no extra leg room.' His followers were quick to point out his lack of sensitivity, with one person commenting: 'Prob not the best day to post this when so many people lost their lives on a plane.' A second said: 'Not really appropriate to put this up after today's plane crash.' While a third wrote: 'Poor taste given today's event.' And a fourth added: 'What a time to choose to post this.' Radio DJ Mark has since deleted the post and blamed it on an admin error. He wrote: "I apologise for a post I just put up on my page after today's heartbreaking events. "I have posts from a holiday that are on the scheduled setting, which go out on future days I have set them for which was done last week. It's a horrendous coincidence that today's post was on such a devastating day. "Once I logged in to my Instagram and realised the post had gone out, I immediately deleted. My heart goes out to everyone who has been effected from today. I'm sorry for this mistake and any offence caused." At least 265 people were killed - including those on the plane and on the ground - when the Air India flight crashed into a hostel seconds after take off. According to flight tracking website Flightradar, the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner's final signal was received just seconds after take-off. This was last logged at 1:38pm local time - less than a minute after it started the journey. King Charles II said he was "desperately shocked" by Thursday's air crash in India, sending "prayers and deepest possible sympathies" to the families of those affected. "My wife and I have been desperately shocked by the terrible events in Ahmedabad this morning," the monarch wrote on Instagram, calling it a "heartbreaking and traumatic time".
