Mira Rajput's organisation is selling stress management sessions for Rs 1.75 lakh, social media reacts: ‘Healed just by looking at the price tag'
Mira Rajput has often talked about not wanting to be tagged as just a 'star-wife'; she's married to Shahid Kapoor. She has branched out as an entrepreneur, with her beauty brand Akind, and the wellness brand Dhun Wellness. The website for the centre describes it as 'A sanctuary of sound, soul, and renewal. Where traditional wisdom, modern comfort, and the healing power of music unite for holistic well-being.' The website also lists all the services that the centre offers, and people on the internet were taken aback by how much they cost. The centre offers 'chakra scanning' and 'cleanse and reset' courses, for prices that range from Rs 3000 to Rs 1.75 lakh.
A healing session is priced at Rs 7,500, but 'aura cleansing' and 'chakra scanner' programmes both cost Rs 10,000. Cryotherapy and 'red light therapy' sessions aren't as expensive; however, things get interesting when you discover the signature week-long sessions on offer.

They offer five main sessions which are supposed to last for an entire week, and all of them start at Rs 1.75 lakh a pop. The sleep program is 'designed to gently realign your sleep cycle and restore balance to your circadian rhythm. Through a curated blend of bespoke treatments, we focus on harmonising the pineal gland, optimising the natural sleep cycle, and ensuring a deep, rejuvenating slumber.' A women's health programme with the same price tag is described as a 'ritual designed to restore balance, nourish the body, and support emotional wellbeing at every stage of life.' There is also the 'singing bowl therapy' and the 'emotional freedom technique', which deal with 'chakra balancing' and 'tapping therapy', respectively.
Fans on the internet wasted no time in questioning the prices. A user on Reddit wrote, 'You will forget whatever your trauma was and suffer from the new trauma of losing 10K for that session,' while another said, 'My aura and chakra went into an automatic cleanse and align mode after looking at the price.'
Mira seems focused on her journey. In a recent conversation with Hello! magazine, she talked about how her childhood and her upbringing made her conscious about beauty and wellness and how she wants to turn that passion into something fruitful. She said, 'All the practices I picked up along the way are greatly shaped by Ayurveda because it recognises each individual's unique constitution. I've always had an interest in understanding how the body and nature interact. I've now turned this interest into my next business venture, Dhun Wellness.'
