The REAL reason behind Love Island couple Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman's split is revealed
The real reason behind Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman's break-up has been revealed.
The Love Island stars won the £50,000 cash prize on All Stars in February but split just three months later, deciding they are better off as friends.
Now, an insight has been given into the reason behind their split in resurfaced comments made by Gabby, 33, mere days before they went their separate ways.
The fitness influencer admitted she didn't have 'time' for a boyfriend and told how she was adjusting to making time for Casey, 28, after leaving the villa.
Speaking to the Mirror at the BAFTA TV Awards on Sunday, just two days before their split was made public, Gabby said: 'I have two businesses so I have to like try and juggle that.
'Which I don't have time to bl**dy see anyone, let alone have a boyfriend.'
'You have to make time because otherwise you end up not seeing each other for a week,' she added.
'Like when we do see each other, we just wanna like snog and stuff and not be on camera!'
News of the couple's separation emerged on Tuesday with the pair confirming that they remained on 'amicable' terms.
In a joint statement, their reps told MailOnline: 'After much thoughtful consideration, Gabby and Casey have decided to go their separate ways romantically.
'This decision was mutual, and they both remain on good terms as friends with a shared respect for each other.'
Gabby's rep added: 'Gabby is grateful for the memories they've created together and wishes Casey nothing but the best as they both move forward on their individual journeys.
'She's excited for what the future holds and appreciates.'
The split came as a surprise to fans as Gabby was seen supporting Casey as he ran the London Marathon earlier this month.
She waited in the crowd to greet Casey and the pair shared a sweet kiss as she cheered him on.
They were also seen going for dinner together at Lucky Cat restaurant in Mayfair on Saturday night, just days before their split.
The break-up came exactly one month after Gabby and Casey enjoyed a trip to Dubai together in their first holiday as a couple.
The pair shared loved-up snaps from the trip where Casey was seen planting a kiss on Gabby's cheek while they enjoyed a romantic dinner.
Since winning the show, they have also enjoyed plenty of double dates with last year's All Stars winners Tom Clare and Molly Smith.
Gabby discussed their relationship on the Agree to Disagree podcast earlier this month, including the moment when Casey asked her to be his girlfriend.
'He actually asked me weeks and weeks ago, we'd been out the villa about a month and I just thought I'm not even going to tell anyone,' she said.
'It's almost funnier that people are still giving me s**t about it! He literally asked me on a dog walk and a nice country pub and it was so nice there were no frills attached and it was perfect for what we wanted.
'I get why people want the elaborate stuff but this really from Case just really made it feel like it was real.'
Gabby and Casey stormed to victory during the live Love Island final - pipping longtime frontrunners Luca Bish and Grace Jackson to the post while Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Curtis Pritchard finished in third.
The couple had flown under the radar in the leadup to the finale, with bookmakers never placing them as favourites to clinch the £50,000 prize.

It's little surprise that she's often compared to the UK's answer to the Kardashians. Much like the groundbreaking reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which follows the day-to-day lives of the famous family and appeals to a core demographic of women aged 18 to 49, Molly-Mae's show strikes a similar chord. A telly insider revealed: "It was the most-watched show by females in the UK in the hugely valuable 18 to 35 age group. That's a crucial market for the streamer." Advertisement And while the Kardashian-Jenner family are worth billions of pounds, Molly-Mae and her family could be heading that way given enough time. Since leaving the villa in 2019, the reality-star-turned-business-mogul has built a £6 million empire for herself, making her one of the most successful stars to have appeared on the show. And it appears that she's only on the way after already becoming one of the 'most inspiring young people in the UK' while also making The Sunday Times Young Power List 2025. Publicist and ex TV producer Emma Bunning, who has over two decades in the industry, says: 'Distancing herself from the Love Island stigma, Molly-Mae has established herself as an icon in her own right, going on to achieve what most islanders dream of in terms of fame and fortune. Advertisement 'But her subtle emulation of the Kardashian sisters over the years could see her rake in the multi millions as she morphs herself into the UK's answer to the Hollywood mega stars. 'From her self confessed Kardashian inspired walk in-wardrobe to the pared back jewellery free red carpet look after a robbery; you can count the ways in which she has taken 'inspiration' from the successful sisters. Molly Mae drops HUGE C4 show hint as she returns to reality TV for first time since Love Island 'Molly is an astute business woman as well as being incredibly clever and considered in her strategy. 'She knows that the most successful influencers in the world are the Kardashians and it's a tried and tested formula to follow in their wake. Advertisement 'This means BIG money and she's made smart moves to increase her earning potential in this way. 'Currently worth an estimated £6 million, if she continues on this trajectory, she could see herself doubling this income and tipping into the £20 million bracket over the next few years.' Here, we take a look at the 'exact formula' which can help Molly-Mae to become a perfect Kardashian dupe - and it'll be sure to rake her in millions. The couple, who share a one-year-old daughter, Bambi, previously lived in a stunning £4 million six-bedroom home in Manchester. However, they are reportedly moving between homes as they work through their relationship. Advertisement Molly-Mae has firmly established herself as the 'Queen of Influencing', boasting an impressive 8.6 million Instagram followers. She also held the role of Creative Director at PrettyLittleThing from 2021 to 2023, reportedly earning an incredible £5 million a year during her tenure. With her ever-growing influence, Molly-Mae seems well on her way to building a global following akin to the Kardashians, who collectively have millions of devoted fans. It seems Molly-Mae shares a similar taste, which is an impressive nod to her success. But it doesn't stop there - private jets are another preferred mode of travel for these reality stars. Both Molly-Mae and the Kardashians aren't shy about showing off their lavish lifestyles, regularly sharing snaps of their travels with their millions of followers. The advertising campaign featured models lounging in nude underwear, which reminded many of the imagery Kim used to promote her shapewear line. Even the group shots, with women posing together and parts of their bodies cropped out, had some fans drawing parallels to Kim's iconic aesthetic. "This is such a knockoff of KKW," told a social media user. The collection, featuring primarily base layers and faux leather pieces, immediately grabbed attention, amassing an impressive 504k followers on Instagram within its first week. However, the pricing raised eyebrows, with a strapless mini dress costing £110 and a black trench coat retailing at £215, leaving many shoppers stunned – much like the reaction to Molly-Mae's previous ventures. The faux leather range also faced criticism from fashion fans on social media, with many comparing it to affordable brands like Boohoo. On one of her posts, a fan commented: 'Molly-Mae, I literally had to do a double take here. I thought this was Kylie Jenner!" Both stars share a love for timeless wardrobe staples, often opting for neutral tones like black, white, cream, and grey. And, much like her American counterpart, Molly-Mae has moved away from bold Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga pieces, favouring the more refined styles of Chanel and Hermès Birkin bags. Advertisement Since launching Maebe, Molly-Mae has frequently been spotted posing with her Hermès Birkin 35 – a bag Kylie is also famously obsessed with. Sharing a video onto her YouTube, Molly-Mae gave her fans an insight into her wardrobe which was "everything and more' she could've 'dreamt of.' The reality star explained how she took inspiration from Pinterest and Khloe Kardashian as she pointed out how her gym leggings and sports bras were being hung up. Both of their homes reflect a sophisticated yet understated elegance through clean lines, open spaces, and carefully selected furnishings. And to prevent the interiors from appearing too plain, they incorporate textures such as marble, wood, or soft furnishings to add depth and warmth. Concerns were heightened as Molly-Mae stepped into the spotlight with her impressive engagement ring. Following a 2021 break-in at her home, she has been particularly cautious about showcasing her wealth, especially now that she often has her daughter, Bambi, with her. Molly-Mae is said to be mindful of what happened to Kim Kardashian in Paris in 2017, when Kim was left traumatised after being tied up and held at gunpoint in her apartment by thieves who stole her jewellery, including a £3.5 million 20-carat engagement ring. Gogglebox star set to be a millionaire as he splashes out on TWO houses

Appearing alongside his sister Sophie, 29, The Sun can reveal how Pete, 30, is on course to becoming a millionaire. 3 3 3 The much-loved siblings joined Gogglebox in 2017, and have been a huge hit ever since. Reaping the rewards of his popularity, the Blackpool native has made sure that any money he's made from the show hasn't gone to waste. He's proved to be a shrewd businessman - especially when it comes to property. The Sun can reveal how the TV star has recently opened up his own investment firm Corgi Real Estate. He has also invested in a house in Fleetwood and an apartment in nearby Thornton-Cleveleys, each worth £80,000. Pete has also capitalises on any earnings he makes from his TV career by setting up Corgi Media Ltd. Nevertheless, the star's daytime job isn't just appearing on Gogglebox - which he's only contracted to do 15 hours a week - but as a roofer and builder. He's got a business alongside a pal called TJ Joinery & Construction (NW) Ltd. The firm is going along very nicely and in its first set of accounts filed a £88,475 profit. Pete can't quit his regular job as he gets just £1,500 for each episode of Gogglebox, which is split with Sophie, so it's only right when he once said 'I have got to pay my mortgage somehow.' Gogglebox's Pete Sandiford reveals he's become a dad for a second time Pete and Sophie first appeared on their sofa - and bright yellow chair - in 2017 for the 10th season of Gogglebox. They quickly became popular with fans of the show for their quick wit and hilarious interactions. Aside from his humour, Pete won fans with his emotional side that he is never afraid to show. The duo aren't the only Sandiford siblings - they have another brother and sister called Harry and Lucy who do not appear on the show. Despite his popularity on Gogglebox, Pete still finds fame peculiar. "I am just a builder from Blackpool, so it is a bit strange when celebrities know us, " he once said. "I was on a roof yesterday."
