Tammy Hembrow has fuelled rumours she has split from husband Matt Zukowski after admitting she is going through some 'heavy stuff'. In an emotional Instagram post, the fitness influencer, 31, opened up about some of the challenges she is currently dealing with and thanked her followers for their understanding. 'I just want to say thank you to everyone, I have been dealing with some heavy stuff. I feel like people can tell... I definitely don't like to pretend I am okay when I am not,' Tammy said. 'I feel like I have been trying to do that for a little while because I have so much I have to focus on. I just feel like pretending is doing me more harm than good.' Tammy added she would not go into detail about what she is going through, but asked her followers to be 'kind'. Meanwhile, her husband Matt has also ramped up rumours that his whirlwind romance with Tammy may be over after posting footage of himself going to the movies solo. The former Love Island star took to Instagram to share a video from inside the cinema, revealing he was watching Death of a Unicorn alone — a move which came after fans noticed he was absent from Tammy's 31st birthday celebrations. Sources close to the couple previously told Daily Mail Australia the pair are 'on a break', with Matt relocating back to Melbourne. 'Matt and Tammy are on a break. They're not saying it's over for good, but for now they're taking time apart,' the insider revealed. 'They're both emotional people, and they've decided to put their marriage on pause for now.' Tammy added she would not go into detail about what she is going through, but asked her followers to be 'kind' The fitness mogul shared several glamorous snaps from her big birthday, including photos of her decadent cake, extravagant floral arrangements and gifts. However, her husband was nowhere to be seen at the event. Tammy and Matt began dating in mid-2023, after he slid into her DMs and were engaged just three months later. They tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay in November.

The Love Island stars won the £50,000 cash prize on All Stars in February but split just three months later, deciding they are better off as friends. Now, an insight has been given into the reason behind their split in resurfaced comments made by Gabby, 33, mere days before they went their separate ways. The fitness influencer admitted she didn't have 'time' for a boyfriend and told how she was adjusting to making time for Casey, 28, after leaving the villa. Speaking to the Mirror at the BAFTA TV Awards on Sunday, just two days before their split was made public, Gabby said: 'I have two businesses so I have to like try and juggle that. 'Which I don't have time to bl**dy see anyone, let alone have a boyfriend.' 'You have to make time because otherwise you end up not seeing each other for a week,' she added. 'Like when we do see each other, we just wanna like snog and stuff and not be on camera!' News of the couple's separation emerged on Tuesday with the pair confirming that they remained on 'amicable' terms. 'He actually asked me weeks and weeks ago, we'd been out the villa about a month and I just thought I'm not even going to tell anyone,' she said. He literally asked me on a dog walk and a nice country pub and it was so nice there were no frills attached and it was perfect for what we wanted. 'I get why people want the elaborate stuff but this really from Case just really made it feel like it was real.' Gabby and Casey stormed to victory during the live Love Island final - pipping longtime frontrunners Luca Bish and Grace Jackson to the post while Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Curtis Pritchard finished in third.
