The fitness influencer shared a post to Instagram on Tuesday flaunting her body transformation, with dramatic before and after images. The 31-year-old showed her fans how much her physique had changed, particularly her pert derrière
'I've been the girl who didn't know where to start. I've been the girl who felt uncomfortable in her own skin,' she penned.
'I've been the girl who stopped and started a million times. And I've also been the girl who stuck it out… and saw her strength come to life.'
She went on to say that no matter what stage you are at in your fitness journey, 'it's never too late to show up for yourself.'
Tammy added: 'This newest challenge was created for women just like you (and me). To feel strong. To feel proud. To feel like you again.'
The 'fave challenge' includes a full body workout, with an emphasis on glute exercises, Tammy informed her fans.
It comes after Tammy revealed she 'didn't recognise herself' during her marriage to Matt, 29.
The influencer revealed on Sunday that she has toned up her body and lost weight since leaving the marriage.
She shared a video on Instagram that featured her look during and after her time with Matt, with Tammy having visibly trimmed down and gained muscle in recent weeks.
In her caption, Tammy said she was feeling like herself again amid the painful and very public split.
'Guys I'm starting to feel like myself again. I don't even recognise myself in those first videos, to be honest,' Tammy wrote in her caption.
'You won't always feel motivated, but you will never regret starting and investing in YOU,' she added, while also promoting her fitness app.
Tammy and Matt confirmed they had split on social media last month.
Matt announced the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly.
'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began.
'Both of us have struggled with making this decision, however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children.
'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support and asking for privacy.
Despite their short-lived marriage, both parties have asked for privacy as they adjust to life post-break-up.
'We appreciate everyone's support and space at this time as we navigate the split,' Matt concluded in his emotional post.
Tammy later addressed the split in an emotional TikTok video where she announced announced she was filing for divorce.
'I don't want to get into the details and I want to be sensitive to everyone involved,' she told fans.
'Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it is going to be forever, and I blame no one but myself,' Tammy continued while breaking down in tears.
'I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. I'm good at putting on rose-coloured glasses.
'Obviously, the worst part for me is that I have kids. I don't care about me, I know I will be okay, but I feel awful.'
Tammy and Matt tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay on November 23.
They became engaged in December 2023 after dating for just three months.

Snezana Wood steps out wearing unusual bandage as she runs errands with daughter Eve in Melbourne

Snezana Wood was doing a supermarket run with her daughter Eve Markoski-Wood on Monday. The former Bachelor star was sporting an unusual accessory in the form of a square bandage on her neck. The 44-year-old appeared a tad tired as she popped into the local shops in Elsternwick with her teen in tow. Snezana was casually chic in a white shirt underneath a dark wool trench coat, and had on a pair of blue jeans. She opted for a natural makeup look with some winged eyeliner and a soft pink lipstick. It's unclear why the former reality star, who recently dyed her hair to an auburn tone, was wearing the bandage on her neck. Eve, 19, matched her mum, wearing a black and blue ensemble consisting of a loose jumper and jeans. The pair left a Coles supermarket, each carrying a brown paper bag containing their purchases. The sighting comes after Eve opened up about her biological father in a rare and deeply personal public moment that has since gone viral. The teenager broke down in tears during an interview with Dose of Society, which was shared to the popular Instagram page's 1.7 million followers earlier this month. In the raw and unfiltered video, Eve was asked: 'What is the most painful thing anyone has ever said to you?' Her candid response left viewers stunned: 'Probably that I don't deserve the life I'm living.' Wiping away tears, the Melbourne-based teen explained it was her biological dad, Jason Rapoff, who made the comment. 'I don't know why he said that to me. I grew up just with my mum,' she continued. 'She raised me to be the woman I am today. He wanted to see my mum suffer. And I think when he saw that my mum had built a life for both of us, it was just more of a reaction.' Eve revealed she hasn't seen her biological father in eight years and that he was largely absent from her childhood. 'He was never around when I was little, so it was just my mum and I. I was very close to my mum's side. 'Everyone was there to support me. But I think he just did some things a while back that ended him in places he shouldn't have been in. He just got involved with the wrong people,' she said. The heartfelt clip quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views and comments, with fans flooding the comments section with support and admiration for Eve's strength. When asked what she would say to her mum today, Eve fought back tears again. 'How proud I am of her,' she replied. 'She's done a lot. She sacrificed a lot. She was working nine to five, and after that going to uni. 'She ended up getting her bachelor's in molecular genetics and biology. Seeing how strong she is, how much strength she's got to keep going through all of this - it makes me proud to be my mother's daughter.' Eve, who has grown up largely in the spotlight after Snezana found love with Sam Wood on The Bachelor in 2015, later commented under the clip, offering further insight into how hard it was to speak so vulnerably on camera. 'Thank you so much for letting me share my story,' she wrote. 'I was nervous about how this would be received, especially being vulnerable on social media, knowing how harsh it can be. But the kindness and messages I've received have meant more than I can explain.' Snezana and Jason's short-lived marriage lasted a year before the pair separated in 2005, when Eve was just two months old.

How to apply for Love Island 2026 and what you need to stand a chance of success

The 12th series of Love Island is coming to a dramatic end but for those wanting to get even closer to the action, they are able to apply for future series of the hit ITV2 show Love Island 2025 may be wrapping up this evening as one couple are crowned winners, yet bosses will soon be on the hunt for next year's cast. The finale of the 12th series airs on Monday night and the latest offering has been dubbed TV gold by fans. ‌ It has been hailed as 'iconic' with another summer filled with jaw-dropping twists and turns. Stars Toni and Cach, Yasmin and Jamie, Shakira and Harry or Ty and Angel will be taking home the title tonight. ‌ However, fans will have to cope with a break from the hit ITV2 show as it won't return until next year. It comes after reports of all the celebrities rumoured to be joining BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2025. ‌ For those feeling a little inspired by this year's Islanders and think they have what it takes to head to the iconic villa, dreams can come true as anyone can apply for the show. ITV have a section dedicated to Love Island on its website where hopefuls can submit their application forms. It reads: "ITV2 & ITVX are looking for vibrant singles from across the UK who are looking for love in the sun! ‌ "The chosen cast will spend time in a luxury villa, getting to know one another, but to remain in paradise, they must win the hearts of the public and their fellow Islanders, who ultimately decide their fate on Love Island. If you think you've got what it takes, then we want to hear from you!" Those wanting to apply must be aware of the all-important eligibility requirements. All applicants must be at least 18-years-old at the date of applying and they must not be currently employed by ITV, Motion or Cast It Reach. They also must not have a live-in partner or relative who works on Love Island. Applicants need to have or be prepared to get a passport and they must be available to participate in Love Island for a minimum of ten consecutive weeks. Bosses are able to keep the names and contact details for applicants so they can reach out with opportunities for three years or suggest other ITV shows. As well as meeting all the eligibility criteria, those wanting to appear on Love Island will need to complete the application questions "honestly and truthfully". ITV put a call out for applicants in February this year. They will also be on the hunt for former contestants to make an epic return to the villa as Love Island: All Stars makes its comeback. ‌ Single Islanders from across the 10 years of the show will return to the famous Villa in South Africa, but this time they'll be in the villa for six weeks instead of five. Speaking on the renewal, Mike Spencer-Hayter, Creative Director at Lifted Entertainment, said: 'Love Island: All Stars has quickly established itself as a stand-alone hit, keeping fans of the show gripped by iconic Islanders from the past 10 years returning for another chance to find love. "We are very excited about series 3 and you can expect the twists and turns to continue in All Stars, after an incredible smash hit summer series.'

Rod Stewart's 'tacky' AI tribute comes far too soon after Ozzy Osbourne's death

Fans at Sir Rod Stewart's latest gigs were left horrified after an AI video of Ozzy Osbourne meeting dead musicians in heaven was shown on screen. The Prince of Darkness could be seen smiling as he held a selfie stick and posed with the likes of George Michael, Amy Winehouse, and Kurt Cobain. It played as Sir Rod dedicated the track Forever Young to the late Black Sabbath legend, but many felt the AI video was too 'tacky' and simply too soon. Osbourne died aged 76 on July 22 and was laid to rest on July 31, with a procession through his hometown of Birmingham. Days later, on Saturday, August 2, the AI video was splashed across the screen in what one fan described as 'man-made horrors beyond [their] comprehension.' Using artificially generated footage of dead celebrities (and regular people) always proves contentious, but Sir Rod really angered fans with this move. So Rod Stewart has been on tour dedicating Forever Young to Ozzy… and now he's showing the AI generated video of him in heaven taking selfies with all these dead artists… I've seen some shitty AI visuals in concerts but this is a new low — peter lane (@peterlanee) August 3, 2025 Sloane Steel, who was at the Alabama concert where the video was unveiled, called it 'the craziest most disrespectful s**t I ever saw in my life'. The comments on her Instagram post largely agreed with her, as playattentionnow replied: 'Weekend at Bernie's vibes. Prince didn't even want his music on Spotify and changed his name to a Symbol to protect his intellectual property. 'I'm 100% sure he wouldn't have signed off on Rod Stewart puppeteering his face for this tacky 💩.' Dietcokeconnoisseur added: 'Omfg I was there too and was horrified by this 😂.' 'Good idea: pay tribute to Ozzy and his friends in heaven,' said theroseboy22. 'Bad Idea: Making an AI-generated video with his dead friends/members.' The (somewhat baffling) list included Prince, George Michael, Amy Winehouse, Kurt Cobain, Tina Turner, Bob Marley, Tupac Shakur, Aaliyah, Michael Jackson and XXXTentacion. 'Those aren't even Ozzy's friends,' criticised jenndependence. 'I doubt he even knew most of those people. That's part of what makes this so cringey, they just threw in any dead celebrity they could think of. Even more bizarre, the video was seemingly taken from a TikTok account called Eternal Stars, the sole purpose of which is to make AI videos of dead people. This wasn't a tribute made by Sir Rod's team, or footage taken from old Osbourne videos (of which there are plenty) or even a personal picture of the pair together. It was made by a random TikTok AI generator with no personal touch at all, plastered on a screen by someone who called Osbourne his 'friend'. The resounding feeling from fans was that this was a huge misstep on a topic that is still incredibly raw for many people. Many are still grieving the death of the icon who invented heavy metal, making Sir Rod's surprising inclusion even more jarring. Only days before, we all watched a heartbroken Sharon Osbourne weeping in her children's arms as she stood at Black Sabbath Bridge to see the thousands of tributes left for her husband. At the time of the Glastonbury Legend's concert, it hadn't even been a full month since Osbourne was last on stage himself for his farewell gig with Black Sabbath. Described as 'frail' by bandmate Geezer Butler, he sat in a chair the entire gig, looking thrilled to perform one final time for the sea of fans. More Trending That's before we even dive into the morality of reanimating dead celebrities, often without their permission, to use their likeness for our own gain. Shockingly, there are no requirements to gain permission to make AI deepfakes of people, so it's unlikely the Osbournes were even aware of the original TikTok. While Sir Rod may not have meant to offend fans, he clearly has. Maybe it's best to quietly drop the AI and use some iconic Osbourne clips instead, at least then he'll be authentically Ozzy.
