WrestleMania 41 results: Becky Lynch returns to capture WWE Tag Team titles over Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez
(USA TODAY Sports via Reuters Connect / Reuters)
Becky Lynch has returned to the WWE and is once again a Women's Tag Team Champion.
The Women's Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria needed a partner for WrestleMania, Night 2, after Bayley's sudden kayfabe injury. The opening set up the new title match with the now former champion Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, as Lynch scored the win in her shock return.

Lynch didn't waste time shaking off the rust as she started the match opposite Rodriguez. Morgan teased the start for her team, but turned to her partner to avoid her old rival, Lynch. Valkyria made the quick tag to Lynch after some brief exchanges between Lynch and Valkyria.
The Intercontinental Champ Valkyria was fired up and landed some big moves to gain momentum before a big boot from Rodriguez halted her in the middle of the ring. Morgan made the tag to get her hands on Valkyria and set up the eventual Lynch hot tag.
Rodriguez and Morgan tossed Valkyria around the ring with a handful of suplexes until she found the Lynch tag. The former world champion started to lay into Morgan and Rodriguez, planting Morgan with a Bexploder, followed by a baseball slide outside.

Lynch locked on a Disarm-Her to Morgan, but Rodriguez made the stop. Morgan hit an Ob-Liv-ion after Rodriguez was removed from the equation. Valkyria broke up the pin, which allowed for a Lynch Manhandle Slam on Morgan for the win.
Check out highlights of Valkyria and Lynch's title win below.

‘Fox & Friends Weekend' Celebrates Gutfeld's Fallon Interview as Start of a New Era: ‘Let's Just All Get Along'
'It seems like he's seeing what happened to Stephen Colbert ... people are exhausted of all the in-fighting,' Rachel Campos-Duffy says 'Fox & Friends Weekend' celebrated Greg Gutfeld's Thursday night appearance on 'The Tonight Show' as the potential start of a new era where everyone can get along. They did so on Saturday morning by lambasting other media outlets for accusing Jimmy Fallon of lobbing 'softball' questions at his fellow TV host. 'One person who's not falling for communism is Greg Gutfeld. He broke the late night barrier on Thursday night and went and took a visit to Jimmy Fallon,' Charlie Hurt said atop the Fox News segment. 'It worked and it was funny because it was two real people just sort of having a conversation and it wasn't any of this stupid ideological nonsense that a lot of the late night shows have gotten into.' More from TheWrap 'Fox & Friends Weekend' Celebrates Gutfeld's Fallon Interview as Start of a New Era: 'Let's Just All Get Along' | Video Kellyanne Conway Wants to Redistrict 'Performative' Jasmine Crockett Out of Her Congressional Seat | Video Bill Maher Compares ICE Agents, Unfavorably, to Child Molesters, Jokes 'America Is United Behind One Thing: Fleeing' | Video Every Renewed, Canceled or Ending TV Show in 2025 'That's why the media has melted down,' co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy then noted. The show went on to display four headlines about the bipartisan NBC sit-down interview — from The Independent, The Daily Beast, Deadline and The Cut. 'It appears that the Left and the media wanted there to be some sort of battle. Like, Jimmy Fallon's going to attack him or Greg's going to attack Jimmy.' 'They were so disappointed,' Griff Jenkins agreed. 'That's why Gutfeld is the king of late night, because he understands what comedy was — funny stories, engaging.' 'It seems like he's seeing what happened to Stephen Colbert,' Campos-Duffy said, referencing the 'Late Show' cancellation. 'This moment, people are exhausted of all the in-fighting. And they're also seeing so many successes from Donald Trump and I think people just want to let it all go.' 'Greg Gutfeld is sort of like that perfect person, along with Jimmy, to sort of showcase that this is maybe a new era, 'Let's all just get along,'' she continued. 'Before 2016, before that very moment, the late night landscape wasn't as political. It was when Trump came in that it changed and became hyper-liberal,' Jenkins noted, to which Campos-Duffy concluded: 'Yep. There was a memo that went out.' Yes, WWE PLEs Are Leaving Peacock
WWE's premium live events are leaving Peacock, but have found a new streaming home. After the closure of WWE Network, the events moved to Peacock for the US audience. While Peacock was a comparatively reasonable option for users, the new application WWE is moving to is likely costlier. So, here's everything you need to know about why WWE is shifting from Peacock and how much viewers can expect to pay going forward. Are all WWE PLEs leaving Peacock? Yes, all WWE PLEs, including WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam, are leaving Peacock. They will exclusively stream on the ESPN streaming service. The news broke on Wednesday, August 6, when ESPN announced that WWE will move to its streaming service, starting in 2026 in the US for the next five years. ESPN chairman Jimmy Pitaro said, 'WWE has an immense, devoted and passionate fan base that we're excited to super-serve on our new ESPN DTC platform. This agreement, which features the most significant WWE events of the year, bolsters our unprecedented content portfolio and helps drive our streaming future.' ESPN's streaming service will be launched on August 21, 2025. Users will be required to pay $29.99 per month to access the WWE content. The current introduced price is way more costly than what users paid to WWE's previous streaming service, Peacock. Its subscription costs $10.99 per month, excluding taxes, but it proved useful for viewers who were committed to the service and enjoyed a mix of entertainment and sports. Now, with the newly introduced prices for ESPN, users will have to pay $360 per year if they want to keep watching WWE content. As of now, there's no update on the fate of WWE archives. However, there are speculations that WWE's partnership with Google could lead to the archives making their way on YouTube. The current shift of WWE PLEs from Peacock to ESPN is likely to affect only fans based in the US. The rest of the global population can continue accessing the events on Netflix. Jimmy Fallon Welcomes Fox News' Greg Gutfeld After Trump Cancellation Threats
Jimmy Fallon hosted an unexpected guest on Thursday's (August 7) episode of The Tonight Show as rival late-night host and Fox News favorite Greg Gutfeld joined him on the sofa. While Gutfeld has hosted his own titular late-night show on cable since 2015, his appearance on The Tonight Show marked the conservative comedian's late-night broadcast debut. Gutfeld was on the show to promote his new Fox Nation game show, What Did I Miss?, in which contestants are sequestered for 90 days and then quizzed on whether recent news headlines are real or fake. After greeting each other with a big hug, the pair mostly kept the conversation away from politics, instead reminiscing about their first meeting 15 years earlier. 'You have no memory of it, which is understandable because we were both wasted,' Gutfeld said, explaining how they met at a mutual friend's 'illegal speakeasy' in Hell's Kitchen. Gutfeld also opened up about his career, revealing he was 'fired a lot' before landing his gig at Fox News. 'You think firing is bad? It's the best thing in the world… you always end up someplace better,' he shared. This led to him hosting the show Red Eye on Fox News, where he was able to hire his mother as a 'senior correspondent,' explaining her job was to watch Fox News during the day and let him know what was happening. While they mostly avoided political talk, President Donald Trump did come up once during the conversation. As Gutfeld was explaining the concept of his new show and how the contestants have to guess whether news headlines are true or false, he quipped, 'With Trump, you can't tell.' Despite airing on cable, Gutfeld! continues to dominate the late-night ratings wars, topping its broadcast rivals — although it does air over an hour earlier in primetime at 10/9c. For the second quarter of 2025, the Fox News show averaged 3.289 million viewers, compared to The Late Show with 2.417 million, Jimmy Kimmel Live! with 1.772 million, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with 1.188 million. In July, Stephen Colbert announced that CBS had canceled The Late Show, with its final episode set to air in May 2026. While the network cited financial reasons, others have speculated that the decision was made due to Colbert's criticism of Paramount's recent settlement with Donald Trump. This comes amid Paramount's proposed merger with Skydance, which requires regulatory approval from the Trump administration. Trump has continued to gloat over Colbert's firing and has warned that Fallon and Kimmel will be next. At a White House press conference on Wednesday (August 6), the President said, 'Fallon has no talent. Kimmel has no talent. They're next. They're going to be going. I hear they're going to be going. I don't know, but I would imagine because they get… you know, Colbert has better ratings than Kimmel or Fallon.' Reactions to Gutfeld's appearance on The Tonight Show were mixed, with some accusing Fallon of sucking up to Trump to help save his show from potential cancellation. 'Fallon sees the writing on the wall. Doesn't want to go the way of Colbert,' wrote one YouTube commenter. 'Greg Gutfeld was on Jimmy Fallon tonight, a pathetic example of desperate groveling to the MAGA media machine,' said an X user. 'They were yucking it up about his Fox Nation reality TV show and Fallon told him 'your mom is proud of you, congrats on everything you've accomplished. It's amazing.' 'The Roots must have been wondering if they entered a MAGA twilight zone,' said another, referencing The Tonight Show's house band. Another added, 'Jimmy Fallon hosted Greg Gutfeld and Good Charlotte tonight? pathetic, why couldn't that show get cancelled by our right wing corporate overlords.' However, others praised Fallon for having Gutfeld on the show, with one YouTube user writing, 'Must respect for having Gutfeld on as a guest. Cultural left mixing with cultural right is one of the best ways to reunite the country.' 'Well done, Jimmy! So glad you invited Greg on. Took courage to do that. I hope you get a chance to guest on Gutfeld's show one night,' said another. 'Respect to Jimmy for actually inviting guests and have fun conversations and not make it political,' another added. 'I'm here for the king of late-night Gutfeld, but Jimmy has my respect for this,' wrote one commenter. What did you think of Gutfeld's appearance on The Tonight Show?
