Ozzy Osbourne's daughter Kelly denied Black Sabbath rocker had ‘suicide pact' with wife Sharon weeks before his death

New York Post3 days ago
Ozzy Osbourne's daughter Kelly fiercely rejected her mom Sharon's claims that her famous parents had a 'suicide pact' just days before his death at age 76.
The 'Fashion Police' alum, 40, earlier this month shut down rumors that the rocker and his wife had such an agreement in place — despite Sharon herself having previously admitted it.
'Stop making articles or posts about how you think my parents are having a suicide pact,' Kelly said in a video on her Instagram Story on July 11. 'That was bulls–t my mom said to get attention one time. And my dad's not dying. Stop.'

Sharon first mentioned her so-called euthanasia pact with the Black Sabbath icon in 2007, saying the couple — who wed in 1982 — had 'come to the same decision' to travel to Switzerland if they suffered a life-limiting illness.
'Ozzy and I have absolutely come to the same decision,' she told The Mirror at the time. 'We believe 100% in euthanasia so have drawn up plans to go to the assisted suicide flat in Switzerland if we ever have an illness that affects our brains.'

'If Ozzy or I ever got Alzheimer's, that's it – we'd be off,' the former 'The Talk' co-host went on.
'I saw my father suffer from the day he came back into my life in 2002 to the day he died in July, There's no way I could go through what he did, or put my kids through that.'

Sharon also mentioned the alleged pact in her 2007 memoir 'Survivor: My Story — The Next Chapter.'

During 'The Osbournes' podcast in 2023, Sharon insisted that her 'suicide pact' with the 'Crazy Train' hitmaker was 'still a plan' for the pair.
Kelly, for her part, has always maintained that the pact between her parents was never legitimate, and earlier this month lambasted an AI-generated video showing her father saying he was 'going to die.'

'There's this video going around on social media, and it's supposed to be my dad, but it's AI,' she said on social media. 'It has a voice like my dad's David Attenborough or something. And it starts out saying, 'I don't need a doctor to tell me that I'm going to die. I know I'm going to die.''

She fumed, 'What the f–k is wrong with you people? Why would you spend your time making a video like this?'
'He's not dying. Yes, he has Parkinson's, and yes, his mobility is completely different than it used to be, but he's not dying. What is wrong with you?'
The 'War Pigs' rocker confirmed his Parkinson's diagnosis in 2020.

According to the Mayo Clinic, the disease is a disorder of the nervous system that affects movement and causes tremors and stiffness. There is no known cure.
The rock legend had also undergone multiple surgeries in recent years, including for a debilitating spinal injury in 2019.

The real reason why Travis Kelce went Instagram-official with Taylor Swift: report

Travis Kelce's Taylor Swift photo dump was more than just his way of making their romance Instagram-official — according to a source, it was also proof that he's 'serious' about the 'Love Story' songstress. 'It was intentional,' an insider told People on Friday. 'They've been private in their own way, but this was his way of showing how serious things have become.' The source added that the couple is 'in a really solid place and more in sync than ever.' Reps for Swift and Kelce did not immediately respond to Page Six's requests for comment. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and 'Blank Space' singer, both 35, began dating in September of 2023 — however, it took until Thursday for the athlete to share relationship highlights to his personal account, captioning the carousel, 'Had some adventures this offseason, kept it .' The intimate look into their romance included pics of Kelce and Swift rocking matching caps, enjoying drinks with friends and snuggling up during a snowy outing. In a sweet photo of the pair in a restaurant, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Kelce's iPhone lock screen featured a photo with Swift. Still more tantalizing, a zoomed-in look at the pic revealed the 'Cruel Summer' singer rocking rings. However, according to a source for TMZ, they were the athlete's trio of Super Bowl rings — not an engagement token. Kelce's comments thread featured some high-profile support. 'things we love to see: travis happy ,' wrote the official Kansas City Chiefs account, while pal Patrick Mahomes remarked, ' ' 'The whole world happy for y'all,,, may God continue to bless you and your families with happiness and pure joy ,' gushed rapper Flavor Flav. 'i'm printing so many of these for my wall,' wrote MTV's official account, while purveyor of sweet baking products, Betty Crocker, wrote, 'This might break the internet.' The NFL star's big social media moment landed amid a pivotal summer for the famous couple, as Swift wrapped up her Eras Tour in December and Kelce finished his season with a Super Bowl loss in February. 'It's been a turning point for their relationship in a lot of ways,' an insider told People earlier this month. 'They're incredibly happy and in sync. There's a calmness and ease to their relationship right now that's been really grounding for Taylor and Travis.' They continued, adding that the couple is 'soaking up every minute of this slower season together.' 'They've been splitting their time between New York, Nashville, and a few quiet getaways, just enjoying each other's company without all the usual chaos,' the insider said. 'This kind of downtime is rare for both of them, and it's really allowed their bond to deepen.' Solve the daily Crossword

Astronomer's Gwyneth Paltrow video after Coldplay 'kiss cam' is perfection

This is the next step if you're Astronomer, the company at which the now-former CEO -- a man named Andy Byron -- and ex-Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were caught on a "kiss cam" during a Coldplay concert. You deal with the crisis, and then you try to go viral with something that resets the conversation. So Astronomer hired actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who spoke in an Instagram post about "a lot of questions" the company has received and how she can answer them. It's actually a hilarious video. Some of the questions are listed, like: "OMG What the actual f..." and "How is your social media team holding..." But Paltrow talks about what the company actually does. You've got to give them credit. This is the way you rebound from what has surely been a rough time at the company with all the memes everywhere and the video of the parties involved going super-mega viral.
