The awkward questions facing WWE after R-Truth's stunning Money in the Bank return
WWE ultimately did the right thing by bringing Ron 'R-Truth' Killings back, even if it painted itself into a bit of a corner in the process. Triple H handled the situation the way he felt he needed to by saying 'it's all part of he show' in the media scrum after Killings made a surprise appearance at Money in the Bank to beat up John Cena and cost him the main event match on Saturday night, six days after announcing his WWE contract would not be renewed. Triple H's line was an attempt to successfully shut down further questions about the matter because, in some way, a divided fan base passionately debating if it was a shoot or the greatest work of all time is a good thing. Advertisement Also, if it was a shoot as it appears to be, Triple H would need to admit that he and TKO chose to let Killings loose in the first place and have to explain the reasoning. And that's not good for business.
