As Season 3 in
Call of Duty Black Ops 6
is about to end in a week or so, Treyarch has recently announced another
double XP event
for the final push. Season 3 was released on April 2, 2025 with lots of fresh content, for example: maps like Barrage, Nomad, game modes like Joint Operations LTM, the Ladra SMG and many more.
However, the mid-season refresh called
Season 3 Reloaded
wasn't refreshing at all because it failed to quench the thirst of the fans who have been waiting for more in-game treats. Still, it's more than a week until Season 4 gets released, and the recently revealed double XP event will surely help the fans to complete the Season 3 Reloaded Battle Pass.

The final double XP event of Season 3 Reloaded in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will begin on May 23, 2025.
The surprising part is that it was just last week when the game dropped a double XP event on May 15. It seems fans were hugely disappointed with the mid-season update that they didn't care for the Season 3 Reloaded Battle Pass anymore.
However, Treyarch might want fans to complete the Battle Pass at least, as most of them are eagerly waiting for Season 4 to drop on May 29, 2025. This recently announced double XP event can be accessed from the in-game event tab when it gets released and will be available until May 26.
Players need to keep in mind that this event is specifically based on double player & weapon XP. However, those who want a double Battle Pass XP, have to wait for this weekend. The upcoming event will be beneficial for the players who are looking to upgrade their weapons.
Despite this upcoming event,
all the eyes will be on Season 4 for sure
. This season is rumored to bring back a lot of forgotten aspects of the game, like Olympia Shotgun, or the Grim Reaper multishot rocket launcher scorestreak. However, there has been no details revealed by Treyarch yet, but an explanatory blog is believed to be dropped tomorrow.

Missed Panchayat 3? Here's your quick recap before Jitendra Kumar-led season 4 arrives
The quiet village of Phulera came alive once again in Panchayat Season 3, which delivered a blend of rural charm, emotional depth, and simmering political drama. As fans count down to the much-anticipated Season 4 release on July 2, 2025, it's the perfect time to revisit the key events that shaped the last season. From Abhishek's unexpected return to the village, Bhushan's political ambitions, to a shocking act of violence that shook the village to its core, Season 3 ended on a gripping note, setting the stage for even bigger twists ahead. As anticipation builds for the release of Panchayat Season 4 on July 2, 2025, let's revisit the pivotal events of Season 3 that have set the stage for the upcoming installment. A Return to Phulera Amidst Political Turmoil Season 3 opens with Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) returning to Phulera after a brief transfer. His comeback is orchestrated by Pradhanji (Raghubir Yadav) and Manju Devi (Neena Gupta), who, with the help of Vikas (Chandan Roy), stall the joining of a new secretary aligned with MLA Chandrakishore Singh. The MLA's arrest on charges of animal cruelty further aids their efforts to reinstate Abhishek. Bhushan's Ambitions and Escalating Tensions Bhushan (Durgesh Kumar), harboring aspirations to become the next Pradhan, intensifies his political maneuvers. Aligning with the MLA, he seeks to undermine Pradhanji's authority, leading to a series of confrontations that highlight the deepening political divide in Phulera. Personal Struggles and Community Bonds Prahlad Pandey (Faisal Malik), grappling with the loss of his son, finds solace in community service, using the ₹50 lakh compensation to aid villagers in need. Meanwhile, Vikas confronts financial challenges as he plans to expand his family, adding depth to his character arc. The White Pigeon Incident and Its Fallout In a symbolic gesture to mend ties, the MLA requests a white pigeon for a peace ceremony. However, the pigeon dies unexpectedly, leading to a public outcry and the MLA's hasty retreat from the village. Climax: Violence and Its Aftermath The season culminates in a violent confrontation when the MLA, enraged by the villagers' actions, leads an armed assault on Phulera. The villagers, united under Pradhanji's leadership, defend their home, resulting in a tense standoff. Subsequently, an assassination attempt on Pradhanji leaves him hospitalized, prompting Abhishek to confront the MLA and his associates. Setting the Stage for Season 4 With the panchayat elections imminent and political tensions at an all-time high, Season 4 promises to delve deeper into the complexities of rural governance and personal dynamics. Fans eagerly await the continuation of this compelling narrative on July 2, 2025. The makers recently dropped a teaser of the new season, leaving fans buzzing with excitement. With elections around the corner and Pradhan ji going up against Bhushan, the upcoming season promises to be even more exciting to watch. Meanwhile, season 3 of Panchayat was more than just village antics and lighthearted humor, it was a turning point for many characters and the village itself. With Pradhanji recovering from a life-threatening attack and elections looming, the stakes have never been higher. Abhishek, once indifferent about his role, now finds himself deeply entangled in Phulera's socio-political landscape. Bhushan and the MLA's alliance has escalated tensions, hinting at an all-out power struggle in Season 4.

‘The Last of Us' Season 3 premiere date, schedule, and streaming options revealed
The critically acclaimed post-apocalyptic series The Last of Us wrapped its gripping second season on a major cliffhanger, and fans may be in for a long wait before Season 3 arrives. How did Season 2 end? The Season 2 finale, which followed Ellie (Bella Ramsey) as she, in a moment of painful honesty, revealed the truth about Joel's ( Pedro Pascal ) actions at the Salt Lake City hospital to Dina (Isabela Merced) — a revelation that shook the foundation of their relationship. The episode also signalled a major narrative shift. With Jesse (Young Mazino) tending to Dina's wounds in the aftermath of the prior episode's chaos, the show's focus begins to pivot toward Abby (yet to be formally reintroduced in the finale), hinting that her arc will dominate Season 3. Season 3 Confirmed HBO officially renewed The Last of Us for a third season on April 9, 2025, just days before the Season 2 premiere. Series co-creators Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann confirmed that Season 3 will continue adapting the events of The Last of Us Part II, with a particular emphasis on Abby's perspective and the Seraphite conflict — including new exploration of the group's origins, their elusive prophet, and antagonist Isaac's motivations. Production Schedule Fans shouldn't expect a quick return to the world of Cordyceps. Production for Season 3 has yet to begin, and current projections suggest filming may not start until late 2025 or even 2026. Isabela Merced recently told Variety that delays may push production to early 2026, making a premiere unlikely before late 2026 or 2027. The long gap between Seasons 1 and 2, was extended by the 2023 WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Season 2 itself took over a year to move from announcement to filming and another several months to wrap production. What to Expect The upcoming season is expected to delve deeper into Abby's side of the story — a controversial move, considering her role in Joel's death. While co-creator Mazin promises an 'epic' continuation that reconnects with Joel and Ellie's journey, the narrative shift may test viewer loyalty. 'There is another side to this story we have yet to really delve into,' Mazin said at a virtual press event, while also promising resolution to several unanswered questions from Season 2. Drop in Viewership Despite critical praise, the series has experienced a sharp drop in viewership. The Season 2 premiere drew 5.3 million viewers — up from the Season 1 premiere — but by the finale, that number had dropped to just 3.7 million, marking a 55% decline from the first season's finale audience of 8.2 million. Analysts suggest that Joel's early death, coupled with a shorter seven-episode run, may have contributed to audience attrition. Where to Stream Season 3 will continue to stream on HBO and Max upon release, but the delay could impact fan engagement further.
