The American actress, 47, showed off her jaw-dropping figure in the ribbed bralette and matching high-rise bottoms as she shared the snap with her 1.1million followers.
Leaving her blonde tresses loose, January threw her arm into the air as she posed up a storm in a large bathroom.
The Mad Men actress wrote: 'Knees are weak, sleep is sweaty, attitude petty… never let my strength leave me.'
It comes after January made a rare public appearance with her 13-year-old son, Xander Dane Jones as they stepped out on the red carpet in Southern California last week.
She was seen in Laguna Beach, California with her teenage son at Oceana's 18th Annual SeaChange Summer Party.

January told the publication Red in September of 2017 that Xander has a number of strong male role models in his life.
'Xander has a lot of bro time with the neighbor dads and my dad, who is super young,' she explained.
The star continued: 'It's good to have strong women around a man to teach him to respect women.
'He doesn't have a male person saying, 'Don't cry' or 'You throw like a girl.' All those s****y things that dads accidentally do.'
The Last Man on Earth actress - who formerly dated actor Ashton Kutcher - said at the time she felt zero pressure to provide a stepdad for her son.
She told the outlet, 'I just don't feel I need a partner.'
The two-time Golden Globe nominee added, 'Do I want one? Maybe. But I don't feel unhappy or lonely - it would have to be someone so amazing that I would want to make room.

American Eagle's stock takes off after Trump weighs in on Sydney Sweeney ad furor
Stock in American Eagle is flying after President Donald Trump weighed in on Sydney Sweeney 's jeans ad controversy. Conversations around the clothing brand's punny 'Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans' ad campaign have consumed the internet, so much so that the president gave his two cents on the matter Monday morning. Since then, the brand's stock has skyrocketed. As of Monday afternoon, the company's stock was up 2.57 points, or nearly 24 percent. At 8.56 a.m. Monday, Trump praised the ad and noted the Euphoria star was a registered Republican and 'has the 'HOTTEST' ad out there,' he wrote on Truth Social. The president also took a jab at what he believed to be 'WOKE,' including singer Taylor Swift, writing: 'Being WOKE is for losers, being Republican is what you want to be.' The company's stock started climbing, reaching 12.47 points by 10.15 a.m. At 10.25 a.m., Trump took down the post and reposted it with a corrected spelling of Sweeney's first name. The stock has continued to rise since. The president first weighed in on the ad campaign Sunday. 'She's a registered Republican?' the president asked while speaking to reporters. 'Now I love her ad.' In one video, the blonde-haired blue-eyed actress, wearing an all-denim getup, looks at the camera and says: 'Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality and even eye color.' She adds: 'My jeans are blue.' With a pun on the word 'genes,' the narrator then says: 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans.' The wordplay is at the heart of the online backlash. Critics say the ad's word choices evoke the language of eugenics – the racist and discredited belief that the human race can be improved through selective breeding. American Eagle has defended the ad campaign. It 'is and always was about the jeans,' the retailer said in a statement Friday. 'We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way,' the statement continued. 'Great jeans look good on everyone.' Sweeney has yet to make a public statement on the matter. Some social media users have claimed that Trump is commenting on the internet debate to latch onto the latest distraction from the Jeffrey Epstein files after the Justice Department issued a memo related to the late sex offender's case last month. But much to the disappointment of many, the memo contained no new revelations. The DOJ confirmed that Epstein died by suicide and said there was no evidence to support the existence of a 'client list' of high profile individuals involved in his alleged sex trafficking scheme. 'When it comes to identifying a distraction from a real issue, we have a current object lesson: Sydney Sweeney = Distraction Jeffrey Epstein = Real issue,' Sarah Longwell, a GOP political strategist and founder of the conservative news site The Bulwark, wrote on X. 'The thing I like most about Sydney Sweeney is that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files,' another X user wrote Monday. 'Donald Trump is posting about Sydney Sweeney and Taylor Swift because he doesn't want to talk about the fact that he's in the Epstein files, doesn't want to talk about rising prices, and doesn't want to talk about the job market being the worst it's been since the last time he was president,' another wrote. 'It's all distraction politics. Don't take the bait.' A chunk of the MAGA base, and politicians on both sides of the aisle, along with others, have demanded heightened transparency around the Epstein case. Although Trump has denied that his name was in the files, the Wall Street Journal reported that DOJ officials told the president in May that his name, among many others, had appeared. Being named in the files does not suggest any wrongdoing. The president is suing the Journal sexually suggestive birthday card for Epstein in 2003. Trump has denied he drew the card.

But he returned with this year's former Islanders to the villa to cast their thoughts on the final few couples. Fans backed the islander's votes and the brutal dumping of Meg Moore and Dejon Noel-Williams. And now four couples remain in the show, including bookies favourites Toni Laites and Cach Mercer, and Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley. But now, Blu has hit back at Angel after she rejected him during his return to the villa. Taking to Instagram, the Love Island star was answering a question from fans which asked: "Be honest, how did it feel when angel said you couldn't turn her head?" The fan was referring to a conversation between himself and Angel during the jury challenge. Blue replied: "I didn't expect anything less, she's in a couple, so she's not going to say yes. "Also a lot of it got clipped, I said some other stuff, it just didn't get shown. "I've nothing against Angel and Ty. I think they are both amazing people. Awkward moment Love Island's Harrison calls girlfriend Lauren by his EX'S name live on TikTok - hours after coming face to face with her "I love them both, I literally couldn't have a bad word to say about any of them. "Yeah, I kind of expected it but I'm also gonna back myself. "You're going into Love Island, you've gotta back yourself." Meanwhile, a Love Island couple are seemingly being kept apart following the explosive Jury challenge on the show. The couple have been seemingly inseparable ever since but in a new TikTok live, Harrison told how he wasn't staying with Lauren. With the Islanders still all in Majorca following the vote, Harrison told his fans that he wasn't in the same villa as his girlfriend.

Zara McDermott and Louis Tomlinson take relationship to next level in sweet snap
Love Island star Zara McDermott and Louis Tomlinson took their relationship to the next level by going Instagram official this evening after sparking up a romance earlier this year Zara McDermott and Louis Tomlinson took their relationship to the next level and shared a sweet snap of them sharing a kiss on social media. The Love Island star and the One Direction singer have been dating for several months, but have been keeping their romance away from social media besides a few comments and likes. She was previously spotted singing along at her boyfriend's concert as the 28-year-old went to support her 33-year-old partner at his show in Zurich last month. The sighting comes not long after the loved-up couple were seen having fun together at this year's Glastonbury Festival. And now, Zara took to her Instagram page to share a selfie she took of the two sharing a kiss. In the snap, seemingly taken on holiday, Zara smiled as she held his cheek and gave him a kiss. Louis looked happy as he held the camera. It comes after Taylor Swift sparks engagement rumours as fans spot Travis Kelce's lock screen. Friends and fans were delighted with the social media milestone and rushed to share their happiness for the couple. "Yaaaay," Strictly Come Dancing's Tasha Ghouri wrote. Ellie Louise Leach added: "Soooooo here for this," and another posted: "Love seeing you glowing and happy." One fan joked: "I'm so happy that my boyfriend has a girlfriend." The couple first started romance rumours earlier in the year after being photographed on a cosy date in Suffolk. The moment in March came just a short time after Zara's split from her long-term boyfriend, Sam Thompson. Sam and Zara called time on their relationship for good in December 2024. They had initially met in 2019 after she shot to fame on Love Island. They took a break but soon got back together and seemed to be hopelessly in love until it was announced they went their separate ways after five years together. Despite Zara being in a new relationship, it's been said that Sam isn't so keen to date again. At one point, he dated Samie Elishi but they soon called time on their brief romance. After their split, he was spotted back on celebrity dating app Raya. He later made the decision to stay single for some time. Speaking on his Staying Relevant podcast, Sam said: "I'm going to work on myself. No dating, I'm not ready and I've realised that."
