Marc Fennell has sent fans into a frenzy after sharing a series of jacked gym photos.
The Mastermind Australia host, 39, was not afraid to show off his chiselled form to his 66,000 Instagram and TikTok followers this week.
The photos showed the journalist and podcaster hard at work in the gym, working out on a black tank top that showed off his well-honed biceps.
Marc was not afraid to work up a sweat, either, with one photo showing him exerting himself to the limit as he worked on his upper body.
The Feed co-host looked all business as he took his body through its paces, sporting a stoic expression as he adjusted weights on a bar bell.
It wasn't all work for Marc, however, as one photo showed him smiling during his gruelling workout.
Captioning the post, Marc joked that he had returned to the gym as he was a fan of the lighting.
'After weeks away filming, I've returned to the gym. Mostly for the lighting,' he quipped.
Marc's fans were quick to gush over the pulse-raising pics with one suggesting a lucrative side-hustle.
'You should bring out a calendar,' they wrote, while another chimed in with: 'The real question is, did you steal the 'gains' from the British?' referring to Marc's podcast and ABC series Stuff The British Stole.
Another suggested that Marc may just have the goods to compete with another musclebound Aussie.
'Time to give Thor Hemsworth an arm wrestle I think young marc!' they offered.
It was much the same vibe over on TikTok, with one follower admitting they struggled to believe it was Marc in the photos.
'Wow, is that the same Mark Fennell I'm watching hosting Mastermind??' they asked.

Marc is perhaps best known as quizmaster on the popular SBS game show Mastermind Australia.
He took over the role from famed journalist and presenter Jennifer Byrne in 2021.
Having previously appeared on the show as a fill-in host in 2019 and starred as a celebrity contender, he told SBS at the time that he knows just how 'intimidating it can be'.
'While I may be the one holding the questions, I truly marvel at the gumption of the contenders. It's going to be intense,' he said.
'The best part of being the quizmaster is seeing the wild diversity of obsessions and topics that the contenders bring with them.
Back in 2019, the award-winning journalist revealed the one interview that moved him to tears.
Speaking to News Corp, Marc said that it was a 2017 interview with famed children's author Paul Jennings' that had made him cry.
'He casually mentioned in the interview that his dad didn't love him,' Marc said.
'It was a really raw moment for everyone involved,' he continued.
'I still look back at that interview and it moves me tears, because it is so sad that this person that was so instrumental in the childhoods of so many Australian kids.
'Millions of us were raised with Paul Jennings' books and the TV show — to know that deep underneath that was a really unhappy childhood broke my heart.'

Interrogating your privilege can be a divisive, somewhat uncomfortable endeavour – but the way it underpins everyday lives makes for great fiction. It's a topic that has been explored via familial relationships in Brit Bennett's The Vanishing Half, through the employer-employee dynamic in Kiley Reid's Such a Fun Age, and in a schoolgirl narrative in Alice Pung's teen novel Laurinda. Australian author Zeynab Gamieldien's second book, Learned Behaviours, also tackles the issue, via a murder mystery: a searing look at how the intersections of race, class and gender can affect the trajectory of a person's life, even when they no longer seem consequential. It follows Zaid, a prospective barrister who has made considerable efforts to shed his past in a diverse outer part of Sydney known to locals as The Area, which he describes as a 'broad collection of western Sydney suburbs with Canterbury-Bankstown at its heart'. He has travelled overseas, lived in London, drives a Mercedes, and works a job that sees him socialise with the wealthier and whiter north shore and eastern suburbs types on weekends. There he 'assume[s] the role of informant' on the quirks of his past life; it's a currency he trades off in his new world. Amira has found Hass's diary and asks Zaid to read it, convinced her brother might have been innocent. Her request draws Zaid back in time to confront painful memories, make rattling revelations and square up to his own role in his friend's death. Told between his high-school past and the present, Learned Behaviours isn't a typical murder mystery. Fans of true crime and meticulously plotted crime fiction might find the ending lacks the kind of detail that provides closure; they might even scoff at the possibility that the police bungled the investigation so spectacularly. But this book is not about a clean finish or plausibility (I could never imagine the boys I know from The Area keeping a diary, for example). In it, the intricacies of the murder investigation take a back seat to the bigger themes of belonging, upward social mobility and wrangling a past that weighs heavy on your present – not just in Zaid's case, but in that of his father, Tapey, who is constantly dwelling on the injustices he experienced in District 6 in apartheid South Africa. Gamieldien has done an excellent job of interrogating privilege without being sententious or didactic. It's in the cost of Zaid's barrister training, which he feels more than his moneyed colleagues; it's in the bills piling up in his father's home, and Tapey's reticence to seek compensation for the wrongs done against him; it's in his sister Iman's struggle to leave an abusive relationship in London and return home with a young child in tow. Despite appearances, Zaid knows he has not really 'made it'; he's perpetually on the outer edge of his colleagues' orbit, lacking the fancy school connections that are traded for favours in the workplace, and the weekends away at coastal second homes. Like Gamieldien's debut, The Scope of Permissibility – which explored the push-pull of faith and desire – Learned Behaviours explores social codes and what happens when they are broken. Zaid's inability to swim is a motif, representing how the stark disparity between social classes is experienced on even the most mundane levels. Zaid does his best to rectify it, and the novel is littered with scenes where he plunges himself into bodies of water, hoping for a shift. Learned Behaviours is a pacy, compelling and immersive narrative that deftly tackles a weighty topic. It's understated but sophisticated, with more than one tragedy at its heart: a murder, yes, but also a necessary reminder that some people can 'afford missteps … requiring only a single step to get back on course', while others need to tread more carefully, or risk being derailed for ever. What role does YouTube play in the lives of Australian families with children? As the federal government plans to include YouTube in its forthcoming ban on social media accounts for children under the age of 16, Guardian readers responded to a call out about their own kids' use of the platform and what they thought of the ban. This is what they told us. Parents frequently reported they were restricting their children's use to shared areas by co-watching or through parental controls. But many said this was time-intensive and nearly impossible to maintain and were concerned about what content was slipping under their radar. 'We use YouTube Kids and always check what they watch before we let them watch anything on there. We do this because YouTube cannot be trusted – the algorithm leads you very quickly down weird or concerning rabbit holes and the messaging in a video is often subtle and hard to screen as a parent without pre-watching everything (which is not realistic). 'The final reason [we restrict our children's use] is because of my own experience with YouTube as an adult. I currently feel like I am having to actively fight against the algorithm taking me in direction I don't want to go. I watch one video of a gel blaster, and I get 100 videos of Americans shooting guns. One video of a bodybuilder in the gym and I get 100 scantily clad fitness models … If I have to fight this hard, YouTube would do the same with my kids.'Marty, father of two children under 9, Brisbane 'Before we removed it, our children would watch YouTube for hours. We removed it because they would get stuck in gratification loops and jump from one video to the next. 'I have enjoyed watching some videos with our children. Some are clever and very funny. But ultimately it's too difficult to regulate, filter content and be sure they're not being exposed to potentially harmful content. We have three boys and we're aware that many videos contain explicit and implicit attitudes that young boys can be influenced by when it comes to women, for example.' 'I do worry how short content impacts their ability to pay attention and I notice that a TV or a movie definitely doesn't hold their attention for as long. We have to give a warning before we turn it off to manage the transition away from screens. Some of the content certainly seems mindless (like my daughter watching another child playing with dolls) but they also regularly tell me interesting facts and info they've learned on YouTube.' I have no faith in the tech companies caring about the wellbeing of children. Ninajirachi: I Love My Computer review – a surprisingly moving tribute to 2010s EDM

In case the title of Ninajirachi's debut album didn't make it clear, the Australian producer spells out her love for all things electronica on its turbo third track: 'I wanna fuck my computer / Cuz no one in the world knows me better.' A glitched-out cacophony of bleeps, mechanical spirals and sirens, the track – titled, descriptively, Fuck My Computer – is a firework display of raw energy and excitement. That freneticism rarely lets up across I Love My Computer, an immensely fun and inventive dance album that doubles as a surprisingly touching coming-of-age story from one of Australia's minted electronic exports. After first gaining prominence as a triple j Unearthed High finalist in 2016 and 2017, Ninajirachi – real name Nina Wilson – established herself at the forefront of Australia's then burgeoning hyperpop community. But as the genre's saccharine synths, irreverent samples and pitched-up vocals went increasingly mainstream post-2020, Wilson expanded her sound further. She released a cerebral 2022 mixtape, Second Nature, and played a series of slots at major US festivals including Lollapalooza and Las Vegas's Electric Daisy Carnival. Sign up for the fun stuff with our rundown of must-reads, pop culture and tips for the weekend, every Saturday morning The now 25-year-old producer has started identifying her genre as 'girl EDM' – a tongue-in-cheek nod to the 2010s electronica she first fell in love with as a teenager online. Across the album's dozen tracks, Ninajirachi pays tribute to that nascent period. Repeatedly, music reaches out in a language only she can hear: On Fuck My Computer, 'it calls my name'. And CSIRAC, a throbbing track named after the first computer to play music (an Australian invention, incidentally), feels like a deranged, borderline inscrutable trip into Wilson's laptop. Across three minutes, the track jumps from chipmunk vocals to squelching acid-house breaks, metallic drones and pixelated breakbeats, as well as an eerie spoken-word bridge about following a sound. Which is exactly what the track is doing, racing through Wilson's computer at breakneck speed and transcribing its bleeps and bloops. But you don't need to overthink I Love My Computer to grasp the sincere depth of feeling Wilson has for her tech. In iPod Touch, another album highlight, Wilson links her music player to a flood of teenage memories. 'It sounds like high school, front gate, smoke in my face / It sounds like iPod Touch / yellow Pikachu case,' she sings, her sugar-rush delivery thrashed against a frantic beat. Not to will another reboot into existence, but it'd make a great theme for a gen Z take on Puberty Blues. Here, images of archetypal Australian teenage rebellion (including wearing tiny Supré shorts) are just as nostalgic as memories of 'me and my computer hanging out till late', blasting a bass-boosted Porter Robinson song and trying out free music production software. It sounds like the giddiness of adolescent discovery, where a song or artwork can cut through the confusion and awaken something so personal that you have no choice but to make it your entire personality. You might scoff at Wilson's awakening through EDM – arguably the defining sound of the previous decade thanks to the likes of Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Diplo. But I Love My Computer proves how much juice the genre has, especially stripped of its noxious frat bro connotations. Wilson readily embraces steady builds, squelchy drops and a relentless BPM rarely below 120. I Love My Computer isn't all euphoria, either. Delete is a twinkling ode to embarrassing Instagram stories, while Battery Death is a burnout lament built over dystopic error-synths. And on eurotrance track Infohazard, Wilson recalls stumbling upon a photo of a decapitated man on her computer as a teen. Led by a piano, it's one of the few times a non-digital instrument is easily identifiable on the album – offering a strange sense of warmth to the confused, confronting memory. Indebted to electronic pioneer Sophie, Wilson has never been focused on real-life restrictions, more interested in what she can create than replicate. With her debut album, Ninajirachi charts a long-term (and fruitful) relationship with her computer. It's very fun and surprisingly moving.
