Man suffers serious injuries in horror crash
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a motorbike crash yesterday, Sunday, May 11.
Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Albert Road in Farnworth just after 5pm.
It's believed that a man on a motorbike collided with infrastructure on the carriageway and received serious injuries.
Emergency services attended and a 29-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
They are also keen to speak to anyone who may have any footage, including dashcam, mobile phone footage from the area in the moments leading up to the collision.
