Sabrina Carpenter reveals major career move... and there's a Lady Gaga connection

Sabrina Carpenter is the face of Versace 's latest La Vacanza campaign.
The 25-year-old Short n' Sweet music artist is following the footsteps of Lady Gaga, Madonna and Dua Lipa, who've all done campaigns for the Italian luxury fashion house over the years.
Carpenter — who just collaborated with Fornite — appeared in a new set of striking images and video footage by Carlijn Jacobs this week.
In a statement via the Italian fashion house's website, Carpenter said, 'I have always felt empowered when wearing Versace. That is what Versace means to me: amazing clothes which empower individuals to express themself in so many different ways.
'This La Vacanza collection is exactly that and feels so free and exciting to wear.'
Per the site, the fresh collection is 'centered around La Vacanza 2025' and 'captures the its transformative pool-to-occasion spirit in a poolside atmosphere imbued with the classic language of Hollywood.'
Among the various looks was a snapshot of the blonde beauty in a sequin baby pink minidress.
In it she held the Tag Bowling Shoulder Bag, which retails for $1,190, over her shoulder while sporting lace-up pink high heels.
The Espresso hitmaker posed up with the luxury purse in various iterations, showcasing its other shades, including pink, green, gold, and brown.
Sabrina recently marked the end of the European leg of her Short n' Sweet tour.
Taking to Instagram in early April, she wrote to her 46.6 million followers, 'and that's a wrap on Short n' Sweet tour europe leg!!!! These shows were straight out of my dreams.'
The petite songstress uploaded a carousel of images, including dream Polaroid snapshots as she added, 'You guys and your silly chants and floor rumbles and peer pressuring me to chug, you were dressed to the nines- covered in kisses and some of the loudest most passionate crowds I've ever had the honor to sing for.. this leg was one I'll never forget!'
She summarized, 'I love each and everyone of you so dearly. Thank you for coming!!! Thank you to my amazing crew for always working late!!!! till next show.'
The Bed Chem singer has two London shows this summer before wrapping the show with 17 North America performances.
Sabrina ended her long-term relationship with Irish actor Barry Keoghan in December 2024.
She and Keoghan were an item for about one year before their breakup was revealed days ago, with rumors quickly swirling that the actor had cheated with influencer Breckie Hill.
He deactivated his Instagram in the wake of the speculation, but later took to X to hit back at the 'lies, hatred' and 'disgusting commentary' and explained why he quit Instagram.
'I can only sit and take so much. My name has been dragged across the internet in ways I usually don't respond to,' he wrote in a lengthy statement.
'I have to respond now because it's getting to a place where there are too many lines being crossed,' Keoghan asserted.
'I deactivated my account because I can no longer let this stuff distract from my family and my work. The messages I have received — no person should ever have to read them. Absolute lies, hatred, disgusting commentary about my appearance, character, how I am as a parent and every other inhumane thing you can imagine,' he wrote at the time.
