A family-friendly wagon with trail-ready chops
The 2025 Subaru Outback is the last year for the sixth generation before it gets turned into a larger, boxier SUV rather than a tall wagon. It's the look many have come to love since station wagons, as we know them, are a dying breed. The current Outback comfortably seats five and comes with Subaru's standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system that provides four-season traction and mild off-roading capability regardless of model or trim level. The Outback slots between the newly redesigned Forester and the three-row Ascent SUV. It's also the brand's second-best-selling model, second only to the Forester.

The Outback received a facelift in 2023, giving the lineup a more rugged appearance. Inspired by its own off-road leaning Wilderness trim, the Outback lineup added more black cladding and fender trim to bolster its tall wagon look. The Outback nicely toes the line between comfortable road manners and decent off-road prowess, which tends to elude most wagons. Its strengths lie with family hauling and solid cargo capacity, and it does so with a rugged attitude that draws customers back to it generation after generation. It's also an IIHS Top Safety Pick. The Outback's major competitors are the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, and the Hyundai Santa Fe, none of which have the Outback's wagon silhouette or off-road ability. On top of that, Subaru is offering a very attractive lease deal for the month of July.

The Outback Base might not have the high-end appointments of the higher trims, but the interior of the Outback is a spacious one, including a total of 109 cubic feet of passenger space and 39.4 inches of second-row legroom. Everything is laid out well, and the Base trim even gets an extra row of physical buttons for infotainment, unlike the on-screen versions on the other trims. Cargo space is a generous 32.6 cubic feet behind the rear seats and 75.6 cubic feet with the rear seats folded flat. Total cargo volume even exceeds the new Toyota RAV4 and comes very close to the big Honda CR-V.
Final thoughts
The 2025 Subaru Outback is one of the most unique crossovers in the industry because it retains a station wagon aesthetic where others have gone boxier, just as the Outback will do when its seventh generation arrives next year. It's a capable, roomy, and truly safe crossover that also offers the benefit of standard all-wheel drive and a remarkably smooth ride. The very affordable monthly lease payment makes it even more attractive in the month of July. Before signing the lease agreement, be aware of the costs due at signing, including taxes and registration fees, etc.

2008 Tesla Roadster For Sale With Just 1,821 Miles

By signing up I agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge that I have read the Privacy Policy . You may unsubscribe from email communication at anytime. View post: Japanese Car Prices Are About to Go Up in the U.S. The Tesla Roadster is a vastly different machine from today's Teslas There's a lot that can be said about Tesla as a company today, but the Tesla Roadster is largely an exception to those criticisms. Based on a Lotus Elise chassis, the automaker's first car was both sleek and impressive, and this 2008 example on Exotic Car Trader with 1,821 miles is a relatively rare sighting of a Tesla Roadster on the open market. 0:01 / 0:09 2024 Kia EV6 GT-Line review: Is this the EV that will convert you? Watch More The Roadster was an impressive machine when it was released, being the first highway-legal production car to use lithium-ion batteries, with a 53 kWh pack onboard. Charging time varies, but if one uses a 240 V charger on a 90 A circuit breaker, Tesla claimed a recharging rate of 56 miles added per hour. The electric motor produces 248 hp and 200 lb-ft of torque, which are sent to the rear wheels through a single-speed transmission. Tesla quoted a 0-60 mph time of around four seconds, which is nothing to scoff at, especially in 2008. Regenerative braking is present, of course, and the Roadster sports both front and rear independent suspension. The EPA gave it a 244-mile range, which isn't great by today's standards but was a good number back then. 2008 Tesla Roadster — Source: Exotic Car Trader The Roadster had some tricks up its sleeve Uniquely, the body panels are all carbon fiber, keeping the weight down for both performance and range-related reasons. The NHTSA also granted the Roadster a waiver from the advantage two-stage airbag rule, allowing Tesla to use standard airbags instead. While that may seem unheard of in the modern world, similar waivers are given to small-volume automakers like Lotus, Ferrari, and Bugatti. The interior is a relatively sparse, but still attractive, and frankly, a massive step-up from modern Tesla interiors. The tan leather seats match the door panel inserts, while the center console houses a 'gear' shifter, controls for the HVAC system, and two buttons for the seat heaters. Above that is a JVC head unit complete with built-in navigation. The cluster is relatively standard, other than the fact that it still has an RPM gauge that goes up to 13,000 RPM. I think more EVs should have rev counters, despite their comparatively useless nature. While modern Teslas are a common sight on today's roads, only 2,450 Roadsters were built in four years, making this one that much more desirable. Tesla sold Roadsters directly to customers online, in 13 showrooms, and over the phone in North America and Europe. 2008 Tesla Roadster 2008 Tesla Roadster Autoblog Newsletter Autoblog brings you car news; expert reviews and exciting pictures and video. Final thoughts Tesla Roadsters aren't a common sight on the road or the second-hand market, so if you've been looking for one, this one on Exotic Car Trader is a must-have. Of course, with such credentials and only 1,821 miles on the odometer, the $225,000 asking price of this one is to be expected. Not only will you be driving one of the first mainstream electric sports cars, but you'll be driving one built on the back of an Elise. Is that something you can really put a price on? The Best Way To Sell Your Exotic Car For The Most Money

Want to know the best ways to sell your exotic car online for the most money? Our car sales guide is here to help. If you're selling an exotic, it's probably not your first time around the block. You already know this isn't something you're going to list on Craigslist or dump at a dealership for trade-in. Whether it's a Ferrari, McLaren, or Lamborghini, the goal here is simple: to get top dollar without getting jerked around. The good news is, the tools to do that actually exist. You just have to pick the right one for the car you're selling. Start With the Right Audience Buyers looking for exotics don't scroll through classifieds. They don't message 'still available?' or ask if you'll trade for a motorcycle. They're already on platforms that cater to high-end cars, and they're ready to buy if the car is right and the deal is clean. That's where you want your listing to show up, not buried between base-model sedans and rebuilt-title SUVs. There are a few platforms that do this well, but they all go about it differently. You decide how involved you want to be. Exotic Car Trader: Let's Someone Else Handle It If you want full exposure without having to lift a finger, Exotic Car Trader is your platform. You send over the car's info—make, model, mileage, condition, etc.—and they handle the rest. They write the listing, manage it, deal with buyers, handle escrow, and even help with shipping. Your car gets listed on multiple sites, not just theirs, so you're not relying on one platform to find the right buyer. It's still technically peer-to-peer, but you're not dealing with the usual back-and-forth. They act as a buffer, which helps weed out the nonsense. This works well for cars that are clean, desirable, and realistically priced, especially if you don't want to manage the sale yourself. Think newer Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsche GTs, anything with curb appeal and a clean record. Get a free offer quote and list your car online with ECT by clicking here. Source: Gran Turismo Wiki duPont Registry: Take the Cash and Skip the Rest If you just want to move the car for a fair price without any of the headache, duPont Registry's Private Client offer is probably your best bet. It's straightforward: submit your VIN and a few details, and they send you a cash offer. If you like the number, they come and get the car and wire you the money. That's it. There's no auction to wait on, no comments section to babysit, and no extra work. It's not going to be top-of-the-market money, but it's competitive, and you're trading a little extra margin for speed and convenience. That tradeoff makes sense if your car's in demand and you're looking to sell without burning weeks chasing leads. It's also one of the few platforms that's truly built for high-end inventory. If you're selling a Bugatti, a McLaren Senna, or a well-specced SF90, they've got the right audience. You can check them out by clicking here. Bring a Trailer: Let the Market Set the Price Bring a Trailer is a wildcard in this space, but it works, especially if you've got something interesting, rare, or low-production. You list the car, set your reserve, and let buyers battle it out for seven days. If your car is well-presented and not overhyped, it can do really well. What BaT does best is visibility. But you've got to do the legwork in gathering photos, service records, and creating a write-up that doesn't sound like a brochure. The BaT crowd likes details, and they ask questions. If you're not into that, this may not be your scene, but if you're game, you can pull in real money. You can check out BaT by clicking here. If You Want Top Dollar, You Need to Show Up It doesn't matter how rare or expensive your car is; if your listing is lazy, you're leaving money on the table. Get it detailed, shoot clean photos, and have your records in order. Buyers want receipts. If you don't have them, they're knocking your price down before they even message you. And no, you don't need to be a pro photographer, but you do need more than three cell phone pics in a dark garage. If the platform offers pro photography, take it. The cars that sell fast—and for the most money—are the ones that look the part. Final Take Selling an exotic car online isn't difficult, but selling it effectively requires a bit of strategy. If you want full control and maximum eyes on your listing, go with Bring a Trailer. If you want someone else to handle the logistics while still gaining strong exposure, Exotic Car Trader is the way to go. And if you're done thinking about it and just want a check, duPont REGISTRY makes it simple. Whatever you're selling, use the platform that actually gets what the car is, and who it's for, so you can make a successful sale. About the Author Michelle Nati View Profile

Although there's nothing quite as attention-grabbing as Ram bringing back the V8 to the 1500, the Tundra still receives some desirable additions for the new year, including a new color, an optional lift kit, and changes to the seats on specific trims. That means fewer refill stops. 4 Platinum and 1794 TRD Off-Road Package models are now available with power running boards. Elsewhere, the SX Package gets upgraded 20-inch alloy wheels. A hybrid version produces 437 hp and 583 lb-ft, and while RWD is standard, 4WD is available. The Tundra ranks as the longest-lasting light-duty vehicle you can buy. 6 The classy but expensive Capstone remains the 2026 Tundra's top trim, and it now gets upgraded leather seats with a Shale Premium Textured finish. 7 Here we can see the new Capstone seats in more detail, including the little perforations. This trim gets heated and ventilated seats in both rows. 8 The Capstone is not the only Tundra to enjoy interior updates. Limited models now get genuine leather instead of SofTex upholstery, in either black or grey, while Double Cab models now have air vents for those seated at the back. 9 The rugged TRD Pro still comes with a red interior. A new option for this trim, inherited from the Tacoma, is ISO Dynamic-type seats that are more comfortable when off-roading. 10 Toyota sticks with a standard eight-inch touchscreen or a larger 14-inch unit on upper trims. Providing added convenience is wireless operation of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 11 The 1794 Edition remains a classy choice for 2026 with its wood inserts and brown interior.
