This Morning star announces that she's MARRIED - and shows off stunning ring as she returns to ITV show
Poppy O'Toole, 32 - who regularly appears on the programme to demonstrate her cooking skills - was all smiles as she flashed her rock to viewers behind the hob.
Presenters Dermot O'Leary, 52, and Sian Welby, 38, were updating viewers with what they could expect from the episode, which included an interview with Tinie Tempah, the Coupon King Jordan Cox and tips on how to save your pet if they are in danger, when they cut to Poppy, who on the show to showcase her smashed potato salad recipe.
Dermot said: 'From the dance floor, to the kitchen table, newly-married potato queen! Poppy O'Toole.'
The camera then panned in on the star waving her ring finger with a grin on her face.
Dermot said: 'Hey Pops! Congratulations.'

They also touched upon Poppy's happy news when she got cooking and she confessed that people just love potatoes.
Dermot told her: 'People also love that you are married and congratulations and wonderful stuff.
'Thank you very much!' Poppy replied.
She continued: 'We got married recently, it was lovely.'
Dermot was keen to know if there were any potatoes served on her big day, to which she revealed that they only had ONE serving of potato truffle salad.
Poppy confessed: 'In a wedding dress you can't eat potatoes all day, I can try...'
The chef took to her Instagram to share the exciting news earlier this month.
Posting a black and white snap from her big day, she said: 'Had quite a busy weekend…'
Yesterday she shared some other snaps with fans.

'Well you know how we organised a wedding in like four weeks… turns out you need to give at least notice 29 days notice and we forgot haha. Very us.
'Unconventionally we had our 'wedding' two weeks ago where we wrote our own vows and had our friend lead the ceremony (she did amazing) so although it wasn't 'official', it was the best day of my life!!
'So this morning we did all the official stuff at the registry office (shout out Redditch xx) with just our parents. We didn't have a photographer so Tom decided to do a little photoshoot of me in the waiting room on his iPhone. Very glam. Very high fashion.
'Then our Moms signed the papers as witnesses and it was all very lovely.
'Moral of the story: it doesn't matter where you are in the world, if you're with the people you love and having a laugh, you're very very lucky.
'I had South of France on my mood board but Redditch will do xx.'
It comes after Cat Deeley gasped when she learned her 'biological age' live on This Morning and revealed a particularly unhealthy habit.
Presenter duo Ben Shephard and Cat hosted Thursday's instalment of the ITV show and sat down with Dr Alka Patel.
The pair had undergone a series of tests to determine their 'biological age', which refers to the physiological state of someone's body.
Cat, whose chronological age is 48, revealed it had been a 'nightmare' for her and opened up about her habit of not sleeping very well.
'So this was a nightmare for me, Zoe had to attempt it twice, I'm a terrible sleeper, but I'm very healthy, I eat healthy, I drink loads of water I do yoga,' she said.
As the numbers ticked down to 33, Cat looked pleasantly surprised and gasped: 'I might cry, I might actually, am I 33?'

The former Hollyoaks star, 41, has updated fans after quitting the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks star Nikki Sanderson has updated fans following her soap exit after 13 years. The actress, 41, debuted her character Maxine Minniver on the Channel 4 show back in 2012 and featured in some major storylines, including domestic violence and miscarrying a baby. Geordie Shore star Kyle Christie celebrated his marriage to model Vicky Turner in Rome on Sunday in a ceremony dubbed 'the wedding of the year'. After legally tying the knot back home in December, the happy couple invited a host of their co-stars to the Italian capital to enjoy a second ceremony over the weekend. With the big day reportedly filmed and set to feature on the new series of Geordie Shore, reality TV fan-favourites such as James Tindale, Sophie Kasaei and Jordan Brook were all in attendance. And they shared a host of snaps of their pals' 'beautiful' celebration to social media, showing Kyle and Vicky beaming as they enjoyed the occasion in sunny Italy. One video posted by Chloe Ferry showed the husband and wife sharing their first kiss in front of guests as a blaze of rainbow-coloured smoke shot up behind them. While a later video showed Kyle, sporting a changed all-black tux, and Vicky, who had slipped into a dazzling sparkly dress, cutting their cake together at the evening's reception. The 35-year-old stunner wrote: 'Will never get over how incredible yesterday was. I watched my friend of 20 years marry his best friend. The most perfect day with so much love in Rome!' Kyle and Vicky previously said 'I Do' at their initial ceremony at St George Church in East Baldon late last year. Kyle announced the news on Instagram accompanied by another collection of adorable snaps. In one, the couple shared a passionate kiss, while their son Crew, three, joined them for a heartwarming family portrait. Kyle and his son both looked dashing in matching black suits, while Vicky wowed in a sparkling white waistcoat paired with a satin cream skirt.
