Emmerdale fans slam 'unbelievable' surrogacy storyline
Sarah was planning to undergo IVF to make her baby dreams come true prior to the surgery, but now, in a desperate bid to help their grandchild, Charity and Cain Dingle suggested she try a surrogate.
After reaching a dead end with surrogacy agencies, viewers watched last night (July 14) as Charity took it upon herself to ask Sarah's aunty Victoria whether she would be a surrogate for her niece.

Victoria's shock was evident, which led Charity to impulsively offer to carry the baby and be Sarah's surrogate.
However, some viewers were less than impressed with the idea.

Taking to Twitter, formerly X, one user said: "Not having it that Charity at 49-years-old will be having it...come on get real."
While another said, "Please no. Unbelievable."
A third said, "Charity made it sound as simple as asking for a cup of sugar!!"
While others looked at the storyline with slightly more depth, commenting: "Aside from other issues with the storyline, you'd think a general conversation first, at least about Sarah's struggles and seeking a surrogate, would have been a gentler lead in than just putting her right on the spot and asking her. Not exactly something to rush into #Emmerdale"

The couple narrowly avoided being dumped from the Love Island villa after Shakira and Ty chose to dump Tommy and Lucy - saving Harrison and Lauren and Conor and Emma. As the Islanders settled down for the night, Harrison could be seen reaching over to Helena and Harry's bed via the night cam, as he asked: "Do you have a condom?" Harry and Helena could be seen in hysterics as Helena quickly pulled one out the drawer, with Harry passing it over. The couple then got under the covers, as the cameras panned to them kissing. However, fans were less than impressed, especially as Harrison stated he was continuing to talk to his ex partner, Toni. Fresh horror for The Six in EastEnders as destructive report set to be filed
Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) threatens to blow The Six's cover in EastEnders next week. 18 months on from Keanu Taylor's (Danny Walters) death, the women are once again fearing that they'll end up behind bars. As viewers of the BBC One soap will recall, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) stabbed Keanu with a meat thermometer to prevent him throttling best mate Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean). Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth), Suki Panesar-Unwin (Balvinder Sopal), Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and Denise Fox (Diane Parish) then helped the ladies to conceal the murder, burying his body under the caff. Eventually, twisted Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) went to his grave with authorities believing that he was the one who committed the crime. But that wasn't before the grizzly truth was revealed to Keanu's grieving sister Bernie (Clair Norris). In the months that followed – now trustee of the Panesar business empire – she swindled the family out of thousands, placing fake invoices for repairs to their GP practice. It wasn't long after Vicki began some accountancy work on Bernie's behalf that her dodgy dealings were exposed. She threatened to tell the Panesars what Bernie was up to, unless she coughed up half of the cash so that she could pay off her debts to sister Sharon and ensure she had a roof over her head. Bernie reluctantly went along with the plan, but then turned the tables by framing Vicki. Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) knew that something suspicious was afoot after threatening Vicki and her partner's son Joel Marshall (Max Murray), and planted spyware in Bernie's laptop.
