The Lintas Fire and Rescue Station received the emergency call at 11.43pm and arrived at the scene seven minutes later, about 5 kilometres from the station.

The Fire and Rescue Department received the emergency call at 6.58pm and arrived at the scene, about 8 kilometres away, at 7.05pm.
