It's a big weekend for WWE, as its partnership with AAA kicks off properly with WWE Worlds Collide 2025 on Saturday inside Los Angeles' Kia Forum. The event will precede the action at WWE Money In the Bank 2025, starting at 3 p.m. ET on WWE's YouTube channel.
Two titles will be on the line at Worlds Collide, highlighted by the AAA Mega Championship that pits champion El Hijo del Vikingo against Chad Gable. The pair briefly teased their match with an encounter on a recent episode of "WWE Raw," and are expected to deliver sequences fans won't soon forget.

A WWE title will also be on the line, as NXT North American Champion Ethan Page will attempt to hold off three challengers in a Fatal 4-Way. The match acts as a solid blend of promotions, also featuring Laredo Kid, who is under contract with AAA and TNA, alongside NXT superstar Je'Von Evans and Ray Fenix from "WWE SmackDown."
In the night's lone women's match, former NXT Women's Champion Stephanie Vaquer joins forces with Lola Vice to take on Chik Tormenta and Dalys. Rounding out the card, it's trios action when Legado Del Fantasma takes on Dr. Wagner Jr., Pagano and Psycho Clown. LWO's Dragon Lee and Cruz Del Toro also team with Lince Dorado against Octagon Jr., Aero Star and Mr. Iguana in the last of the five-match lineup.

Sovereignty wins the 157th running of the Belmont Stakes

Kentucky Derby winner Sovereignty galloped to victory in muddy conditions at the 157th Belmont Stakes in Saratoga Springs, New York, on Saturday in the third leg of the Triple Crown. Sovereignty, who entered the race with 2-to-1 odds, defeated a field of seven challengers. Journalism finished in second place. The race marked a kind of replay of the Derby, in which Sovereignty finished in first and Journalism was the runner-up. Journalism had entered as the heavy favorite after winning the Preakness. Derby third-place finisher Baeza was also in the field of eight. Journalism was the only horse who ran in all three legs of the Triple Crown this year. Bob Baffert-trained Rodriguez was in the Belmont after being scratched from the Derby because of a minor foot bruise that also kept the colt out of the Preakness. The Belmont took place for a second consecutive time at the historic Saratoga Race Course in upstate New York. The New York Racing Association temporarily relocated it there while Belmont Park on Long Island undergoes nearly half-a-billion dollars in renovations. This is a developing story and will be updated.
