We are in peak sales season now. But if you're feeling overwhelmed by where and what to shop, a sure place to find great bargains and savings on investment buys is H&M.
This Swedish haunt on the high street has become a go-to for It-girls on the look out for unbranded, stealth wealth looking buys that don't break the bank.
The sought after Scandi look is far more achievable than you think when you start shopping here, where most of its stock could rival designer styles. And the sales are excellent, with up to 60% off some of its premium items.
Think last minute event dresses and holiday buys, bags that you'll wear daily, sleek sandals, statement knitwear and even the winter coats you should be snapping up now for fabulous prices.
Keep scrolling for my edit of the top pieces to shop.

If you're still on the hunt for holiday buys. This floaty mini will work a treat in hot climates. The little gold shell beads are a luxury touch and the tiered shape makes it a great throw on option for lunch by the pool or cocktail hour.
I also have my eye on this chocolate number - our obsession with brown isn't going anywhere. The knot detail at the neck really elevates this simple column shape, which will skim over your curves and give the illusion of longer legs. Add some chunky gold studs and oversized sunglasses and you've got a seriously sleek go-to look.
Tie-detail maxi dress £17

Nightie dress £9

Looking for a wedding guest dress? Try this tomato red, spaghetti strap dress. You can wear this style time and again, plus it's less than £20, so you can splurge on the accessories.
Alternatively, Google searches for 'nighties' - aka billowing blousy dresses - are surging in the heat right now. This little white puff sleeve iteration will help you nail the trend for as little as £9.
Shift dress £8
Shop
We've had enough of graphic florals and polka dots. Leopard print is set to be big again later this year. Pair this simple shift shape with pumps or chunky sandals now, and then with tights and knee high boots later.
Investing in classic arm candy doesn't have to hurt your purse - see this tan bucket tote for just £13. You're guaranteed to find that it goes with most of your wardrobe.
Straw bag £12
Shop
Still hunting for the perfect straw bag? This faux leather trimmed iteration is right on the money. The compact shoulder silhouette will make it just wearable beyond summer and the exposed stitching makes it look far more high end than a £12 spend.
Another accessory to covet; suede sandals have been everywhere this season. This chic crossover strap style in dark brown will amp up the simplest of white jeans or a linen dress.
Red pumps are also set to storm the shelves again soon - this mesh pair is a no brainer for £13. And you'll be surprised at just how comfortable this slip on style is.
Your mind may not be on knitwear just yet, but this classic monochrome cardi will be perfect for office days where you're sat in frosty air-con and with your jeans come September.
Striped knit £10

Faux suede shacket £16
Shop
Speaking of knits. You can't go wrong with this £10 fisherman stripe turtleneck. Wear it with your linen Bermuda shorts now on cold evenings and with leather trousers in December. It's a classic that you shouldn't go without!
A suede shacket is another great staple to have on your rail. Layering yours with denim or linen shirts will make this faux number look like the real deal. And it's a buy that you can go back to again and again for the rest of the year.
Teddy coat £41
Shop
Twill coat £27
Shop
If, like me, you're looking ahead to your winter wardrobe, don't hesitate when it comes to this black teddy bear maxi coat. The quality of the fabric and tie waist make it look far more expensive than it really is. For just £41 it's probably the best sale buy I have seen yet - and it will last you through many blustery months to come.
Or hop on the field jacket hype with this bonded twill style which you'll likely wear a little sooner than faux fur.

Katie Price shares cryptic post about motherhood amid Princess Andre 'rift'

Former glamour model Katie Price took to her social media to share a cryptic post about motherhood amid rumours of a rift between her and daughter Princess Andre Katie Price shared a cryptic post about motherhood amid reports of a rift between her and daughter, Princess Andre. The former glamour model recently revealed she was 'upset' about not being featured in her daughter's new show, The Princess Diaries, about the teen's childhood and life in the spotlight. ‌ Amid rumours of a family rift, which Princess denied, Katie took to her social media to share a post about "only having one mum". In a big font, the post read: "You only get one mum," before it went on to list the many stage's of a person's life and how mothers are treated throughout the stages. ‌ It read: "5 years old - Mum, I love you. 12 years old - Mum, you're so annoying. 16 years old - I can't wait to move out. 25 years old - Mum, you were right about everything." It comes as Katie Price reached out to Harvey's lookalike half-brother but fears 'he's too scared'. ‌ The post continued: "30 years old - I just want to be at mum's house. 50 years old - I'm not ready to lose my mum. 70 years old - I'd give anything for one more day with her." Princess' new reality-series The Princess Diaries will air on ITV2 tomorrow night (Sunday, 10 August) but Katie, 47, recently said she's upset as she wasn't asked to take part. ‌ Days before the show's release, Katie took to her podcast to share her upset. In this week's episode of The Katie Price podcast, Katie said there is no rift between herself and her daughter. She fumed: 'But what hurts my feelings – and it does upset me – is when your kids grow up, you go to their assemblies, you go to their Christmas things, you go to their awards, you know, you go to their football matches or their gymnastics, you're involved in everything they do. ‌ 'And knowing that what my career has been, Princess is taking that same path – trying to do the same as what I've done – which I absolutely love and adore of Princess but I had not been allowed to go on any photoshoot, no signings or Superdrug openings or anything like that. Why? Because I'm not allowed and I'm not welcome." Following Katie's rant on her podcast, Princess broke her silence and shared her side of the story. Denying any fallout, she told Daily Mail: ''It's my show, it's not based on my parents, it's focused on me. "To be honest there's no rift between me and either of my parents.' Elsewhere Katie has recently fumed about not being invited to her daughter's 18th birthday celebrations and claimed she jetted off to Ibiza to get away from it all. ‌ Katie said in her podcast: "The reason is because Pete doesn't want to be in the same room as me because I'm his ex. "Well, we need to have some home truths here; when the kids get older and they get married is he still going to have the same attitude that only one parent can be there, because I disagree."

Piers Morgan issues groveling apology to Jake Paul and walks back 'staged fight' claim to avoid legal action

Piers Morgan has U-turned on his claim that Jake Paul 's fights are 'boring, staged bulls***' and apologized to the boxer in a bid to avoid legal proceedings. As exclusively revealed by the Daily Mail, YouTube star-turned-pro boxer Paul retained Alex Spiro earlier this week in what appeared a serious threat to address and counteract what he claims to be false and damaging statements. And it took just a few short days for Morgan to publicly walk back his statements, writing a rare - and lengthy - apology to his 8.9million followers on X. 'I posted a few weeks ago that Jake Paul's boxing career has been 'boring staged bullsh*t.',' Morgan began. 'What I meant is that his fights have been predominantly against older, past-their-prime opponents, which may be lucrative for both sides, and may have entertainment value, but don't reveal how he stacks up against currently ranked boxers and therefore are not a good look for the sport. 'I did not intend to suggest that the outcome was predetermined and certainly didn't mean to suggest anything illegal. But if reports are correct that Jake is now in negotiations to fight Anthony Joshua, that would obviously be a seriously credible bout against one of the best heavyweights in the world. I posted a few weeks ago that Jake Paul's boxing career has been 'boring staged bullsh*t.' What I meant is that his fights have been predominantly against older, past-their-prime opponents, which may be lucrative for both sides, and may have entertainment value, but don't reveal… — Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) August 9, 2025 'Jake is welcome to come on Uncensored to discuss this, and verbally slug it out with me, anytime.' Spiro, reportedly charging around $3,000 an hour, is known for aggressively protecting the reputations of his clients - who include the likes of Elon Musk, Jay-Z, Alec Baldwin and Naomi Osaka - and that appears to have been the case once again with Paul. Spiro played a pivotal role in Baldwin's defense following the fatal 2021 'Rust' shooting. He helped uncover that prosecutors had withheld evidence, leading to the dismissal of involuntary manslaughter charges against Baldwin. Despite Paul's 12th professional victory back in June, several notable media figures and celebrities have publicly alleged that his fights were fixed or staged. Paul's manager and MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian pushed back hard against these accusations during an interview on The Ariel Helwani Show, stating: 'When you definitively state that Jake is putting on staged or rigged fights, that's just defamation, and you're causing substantial damage to his business, to MVP's business, and something that's 100 per cent not true.' Bidarian emphasized the broader implications, noting the damage these accusations are causing to Paul's partnerships with major brands such as DAZN, Netflix, and Celsius. 'We're having to have conversations with our partners that are just unjustifiable,' he said. 'Our legal representation is looking at multiple individuals to go after.' Paul's most widely-viewed bout came last November in a high-profile fight against former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, which was streamed live on Netflix and watched by over 108million viewers globally.

Myleene Klass' ex hits back after cheating claim saying he hasn't seen kids in years

Friends of Mylenne Klass' ex husband Graham Quinn have spoken out and refuted claims made by the former pop star that he cheated on her with a well known celebrity Friends of Graham Quinn have hit back at claims he cheated on his then-partner Myleene Klass. The pair split in 2013 but now 12 years later, talk about Myleene's former relationship with the security manager has resurfaced. ‌ The singer turned TV personality has alleged that she caught him cheating on her with a well known celebrity, with the alleged affair reportedly occuring just before the couple tied the knot in 2011. ‌ Myleene, 47, shot to fame after appearing on reality TV show Popstars and went on to become a member of Hear'Say. Speaking on a podcast, the Loose Women panellist claimed that she walked in on Graham and the unknown female "unzipping each other" on the balcony at her birthday party. ‌ Speaking to the Daily Mail, a friend close to the father of two said: "Gray is a private person and is happy leading a quiet life. Despite being fed up to the back teeth with Myleene, he's not going to dignify these fantasies with a response. He thinks she's a bully." The friend told the publication that they felt the timing of exposing her allegation was "vindictive and calculated", as it was made during the week of his 51st birthday. ‌ The friend continued: "She knew what she was doing. That woman will do anything for attention and once again she has dragged Gray's name through the mud to get it." Myleene and Graham share two daughters together Ava, 17, and Hero, 13. Despite Graham's silence over his alleged betrayal, he has recently spoken out about the fact he hasn't seen his kids in years. Graham, who now works in Ibiza, shared with Fathers4Justice in a recent article: "I haven't seen my kids in years." ‌ He continued: "I've thrown so much more money at it [trying to see his daughters] and I can't afford much more. I've spent £20,000 and am probably further away from them now than I've ever been. It's like banging my head against a brick wall. I've missed so many birthdays and Christmas days. I'll never get that back." He went on to claim that his parents and other members of his family haven't seen the children too. At the time of the couple's split, Graham said that Myleene tried to perpetuate a narrative that her financial stability was rocked while proceeding with their divorce. But now Graham insists that he did not receive a financial settlement. He alleged: "I got no financial settlement at all. All I got from the sale of the house was the money I'd put in. In fact, we sold it at a loss. My eldest used to say to me, 'daddy, did you take all of Mummy's pennies?' and I'd have to explain no. She got the easiest divorce ever. My lawyer at the time said I could've demanded a lot more, but I didn't want to. It would be taking away from my daughters."'
