Byron - who is married - dived to hide his face by looking at the floor, while Cabot covered her face with her hands and turned her back to the crowd.
Their reaction appeared to show guilt and has since gone viral online with speculation Cabot is the tech boss' "mistress".
Laughter erupted among the thousands packed into Gillette Stadium as Viva la Vida singer Martin quipped: "Oh what... either they're having an affair or they're very shy."
The mortifying footage from Wednesday night's show has gone viral on social media - having been shared millions of times on X and TikTok.
Hundreds have accused Byron of cheating on his wife, and have shared support for her.
According to Byron's LinkedIn, he has been CEO of software development company Astronomer - understood to be worth more than $1.3 billion (£1 billion) - since July 2023.
Cabot, meanwhile, has been the firm's Chief People Officer for nine months.
boasts on her page that she wins "trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants".
It emerged last night that the Astronomer CEO had raved about the HR chief in a press release when she was recently hired.
Byron called Cabot a "proven leader" when she joined the company in November last year.

He gushed: "Kristin's exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory.
Calbot released a similarly enthusiastic comment, saying she thought the "real magic happens when you align the people strategy with the business strategy."
On her LinkedIn, she boasts: "I lead by example and win trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants."
One social media user commented: "Sorry for the wife but glad they're being exposed and embarrassed."

A third said: "They are both incredibly stupid, sorry. Why would you go to a concert of all places if you are having an affair."
Neither Byron or Cabot appear to have addressed affair allegations yet.
The Sun has approached Astronomer for comment.

Giant bust of infamous billionaire stops stunned hikers in their tracks at Yellowstone National Park
A gigantic white sculpture of Elon Musk 's smirking face is causing a stir after it sprung up in Yellowstone National Park over the weekend. The replica of the Tesla CEO's head sailed through the park on the back of a trailer Saturday after previously making appearances at Arches, Yosemite and Mount Rainier national parks. The statue - made of a combination of 3D-printed foam, wire rebar, wood and epoxy - may be an ode to Musk, but not in a positive way. Beneath the huge bust a sign reads 'Make America Wait Again' - a parody of Donald Trump 's tagline, 'Make America Great Again'. 'Now With Longer Lines Thanks To DOGE Cuts!' the spoof sign continues. The bold art display was created to troll Musk for his contribution to Trump's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). According to its organizers, the statue spent the day in Yellowstone 'lording over the long lines and congested trails while bragging about cutting staffing and resources'. In an email sent to Cowboy State Daily from an email address labeled 'Giant Elon Head', the statue's organizers said: 'We want to bring back awareness to the absolute insanity of the world's richest man haphazardly firing tens of thousands of employees across the federal government and the chaos that has ensued.' According to an email from organizers, the statue spent the day in Yellowstone (pictured) 'lording over the long lines and congested trails while bragging about cutting staffing and resources' The organizers, who did not reveal their identities, continued: 'One strikingly visual and fun way to do that is by showing the arrogant smirk of that billionaire in overcrowded parks now affected by staffing shortages in their high season.' After Trump took office in January, Musk was put in charge of DOGE, with the goal of modernizing federal technology and enhancing governmental efficiency. Under Musk's leadership, DOGE slashed almost 280,000 job across 27 government agencies, according to a report released by Challenger, Gray & Christmas in April. Over 90,000 more cuts were expected to be made that same month. Many of the job cuts affected US natural preserves. The National Park Service has lost 13 percent of its 20,000-strong workforce since Trump took office in January, according to the National Parks Conservation Association. Much of the decline is attributed to job eliminations and staff taking buyouts offered by DOGE. According to Reuters, the workforce has been stretched so thin at national parks this Spring and Summer that all staffers, even scientists, have had to take shifts cleaning whatever bathrooms are still open, as DOGE shut many public restrooms down too. Because of federal regulations, Musk could only remain in his post for 130 consecutive days as a special government employee. On his last day with DOGE on May 30, Musk claimed his team's efforts had saved $160 billion for taxpayers.

Education Secretary Linda McMahon derailed by hacker's clown music at conservative student event
Education Secretary Linda McMahon was interrupted by circus music during her remarks to a conservative student conference. McMahon, arguably one of President Donald Trump's more controversial Cabinet picks, was on stage at the Young America's Foundation's annual Conservative Student Conference Wednesday when the music and other voice clips, blared out, during an apparent hack of the audio system. As she spoke, a voice boomed from the speakers, cutting her off mid-sentence. 'McMahon is a corrupt billionaire who knows nothing about education,' the voice appeared to say. 'Oh!' McMahon said, looking surprised. McMahon, the co-founder of World Wrestling Entertainment, has a roughly $3 billion net worth with her husband, professional wrestling mogul and personality, Vince McMahon, according to Forbes. Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, the foundation's president who was moderating the discussion, suggested the Chinese Communist Party were responsible for the audio hack. 'The CCP didn't like that,' Walker said, drawing a roar of laughter from the crowd. 'They're cutting into our technology.' The Education Secretary then quipped: 'We're getting a little feedback in here.' 'I think it was a few of the liberal Senators in connection with the CCP who thought they could try and cut into that,' Walker added. It was not immediately clear who was responsible for hacking the audio system. Five minutes later, the audio feed could still be heard in the background, although what the recording was unintelligible. 'I'm so happy we're getting to share this feed,' she said. Walker added: 'Yeah. I said it's the wonders of hacking. Apparently, in the world of free speech, these folks on campus have dealt with this before. If liberals don't like your ideas, they try and shut you down.' Nearly 10 minutes after the first interruption, the orchestral piece, 'Entrance of the Clowns', started playing. It appeared to throw McMahon off track as she spoke about Trump and his 'working style', before she recovered and finished her remarks. At another point, the Curb Your Enthusiasm theme song played. McMahon continued to talk over the music. 'Radicals tried to stop Secretary McMahon from being heard, just like they do to conservative voices on college campuses,' Walker told The Independent. 'Our students are not deterred, nor was the Secretary. We have the truth on our side!' Linda McMahon, who led the Small Business Administration during Trump's first term, was tapped by the president to lead the Department of Education in his second administration. The National Education Association, an organization of educators with nearly 3 million members, urged the Senate to reject her nomination. A civil lawsuit, filed in October 2024, accused the McMahons ofpermitting a 'rampant culture of sexual abuse' at WWE. The lawsuit details abuse allegations of underage boys by ringside announcer Melvin Phillips, who died in 2012. The case is ongoing but the McMahons and WWE filed motions for dismissal in June, and have denied the claims. Neither Vince McMahon or Linda McMahon has been criminally charged in connection with the allegations.
