The Lowry issued an apology over the situation on Instagram earlier today. In an initial statement shared this morning, the theatre and gallery complex said that it would try to resolve "issues" with booking tickets that it was aware of.

In a subsequent post, the Lowry expressed gratitude for fans' patience with the situation. It said: "Thank you for your patience while we resolve the issues with our ticketing system this morning. Please do keep trying - seats are still available."

Then, around three hours after its initial post, the Lowry announced that the two shows had sold out. It once again referenced the prior issues, writing at the time: "Peter Kay in conversation with Sara Cox is now sold out! Thank you for your patience while we resolved the issues with our ticketing systems."
It's been announced that Peter and Sara will reflect on his life and career during the two shows. It's been teased that it will includd discussing his upcoming memoir Peter Kay's Diary, which is scheduled to be released in October.

Peter's memoir was announced earlier this month. As reported at the time, it's been described as his "most personal and hilarious book yet," with it said to take readers on a "laugh-out-loud journey through his life, month by month".
The shows at the Lowry will be specially recorded for broadcast, it's also been announced, "bringing the laughter and stories to a nationwide audience". Organisers have also said that all profits will be in aid of Bolton Hospice & Crescent Foodbank Bolton.

Katie Price and Peter Andre's ugliest TV row that broke marriage as Princess' show debuts

Katie Price and Peter Andre's non-stop bickering was always dismissed as a bit of harmless 'banter' by the couple Katie Price and Peter Andre's non-stop bickering was always dismissed as harmless banter by the dupo. ‌ But their final TV spat - caught by cameras filming Katie and Peter: Stateside - was far more than just a petty lovers' quarrel. Explosive scenes airing on ITV2 in 2012 showed the couple embroiled in an ugly and bitter row that signalled the end of their three-year marriage. ‌ In shocking scenes, Peter is heard calling then wife Katie a 'talentless diva' and a 'miserable and arrogant cow' while Katie fires back by calling him being a washed-up singer, before raging: "I can't stand you." ‌ Both Katie and Peter said later that filming in Los Angeles signalled the end of their marriage. From battling to see who was more famous in the US to launching a tirade of insults at each other, the fight, shown on episode 4 of the series, was for many the moment fans also knew Katie and Peter were over. ‌ Transcript of the bitter row: Katie: When someone knows who you are and you come into a shop and you're blatantly lying, you look a t***. Peter: Really? Shhh Kate, zip it. [To assistant] So, have you heard of Kate? Assistant: I'm not sure. ‌ Peter: [To Katie] How do you feel now? How do YOU feel? Katie: You're a f****** knob, I can't stand you. Peter: Ahh, did I hurt your feelings? Did he not know who you were? ‌ Katie: Oh, as if I'm bothered. No one knows who you are, you're an old f****** singer no one knows about. Peter: You've got a real attitude problem. Katie: Get over it Pete. I want to go home. ‌ Peter: I'm so glad you guys are here to film this... Katie: I'm so glad too so you know what a k**b you are. Peter: You can see what kind of a stupid, miserable, arrogant cow she is. ‌ Katie: Arrogant, what 'cos I'm talking to someone genuinely and you're sitting there f****** lying? I can't stand liars. Peter: Really? You've got f****** issues. I can't wait for you to watch this back and see how miserable you are. Peter tells Katie she always wants her own way. ‌ Katie: I'm the one making money Pete, so course I can have it how I want. Peter: What, don't I make money? Katie: I don't know, do you? Hurts, doesn't it? ‌ Peter: You know what? You really, seriously, seriously are a psycho. I hope you are f****** proud of yourself. Peter ends the argument by calling Katie a 'stuck-up diva' moments after their manager Claire stepped in to break it up. ‌ It was a sad end to the couple who had captivated the nation when they met on I'm A Celebrity... Get Met Out of Here! in 2004. They tied the knot a year later and went on to welcome two children. The early years of their romance was captured almost continuously by documentary cameras - with their daughter Princess now following suit and landing her own reality show. The drama has started before the show has even aired with Katie's mum accusing Peter and Princess of blacklisting her from the show. The mum-of-five had insisted she was banned from her daughter's 18th birthday party and that her former management team – who look after ex-husband Peter and Princess – did not want her on the show as they considered her 'trash'. Speaking on her podcast, Katie claimed: 'Princess was like 'I'm having a party'. And I wasn't invited because it was for 'filming'.' She added: 'The fact is there's stuff my daughter is doing and I'm not allowed to be seen at any of it.'

'I spent £215k tattooing my entire body and one area was most painful by far'

Remy believes there's no other human on the planet to have tattooed their body more times than him. Now he exclusively revealed what area of his body is the most painful It's quite common for people to have multiple tattoos all over their body. And for the world's most tattooed dad, it's not just one inking but more multiple designs covering layers of his skin. ‌ Remy has been hitting headlines for years and more so nowadays having spent over £215,000 ($394,000 CAD) on his unique inkings. The former chef's journey began all the way back in 2001 where he got his first facial piercing, then shortly after he got a tattoo of his son's name in custom script. And now he's unstoppable as he goes under the needle multiple times a week. ‌ He might often share his progress on Instagram (@ ephemeral__remy), where he boasts 164,000 followers, and recently mentioned the savage response to trolls who comment on his appearance. ‌ But the tattoo fan often receives a lot of praise from followers who are inspired by his tattoo journey. In the comments section of a recent post, one said: "There's no such thing as perfect in this world but you are a perfect, example of a tattoo God Remy." Speaking exclusively with Mirror, the dad-of-one shared his progress and also revealed which area of his body is the most painful to tattoo. ‌ He said: "Most painful places for me have been in the inner crotch/inside the bum checks. "Most of me is between 10-30+ layers, and I am 100% positive there is no human who has ever lived that's had more layers, hours, and sessions than I have." ‌ On top of all the sessions Remy has had, he shows no signs of stopping anytime soon as he still gets inked multiple times every week. Most people who have an obsession with ink might be scared to ink their nether regions, but for Remy, that's not the case. He added: "My genitals are tattooed multiple times, and my armpits have been tattooed 16 and 17 times, for a combined total of 33 armpit tattoo sessions over the years. ‌ "I don't find armpit painful, and have always considered them overrated in terms of pain compared to what most people would have you believe." The Canadian once worked in the kitchen as a chef and he's spent decades on his incredible transformation. He usually shares updates to his tattoos on social media, whether it's Instagram or YouTube. And on his page, he calls himself the "real world's most tattooed man". Whether he gets the odd troll on social media, Remy often ignores the noise.

We tried the viral Korean tofu gelato in Singapore, and yes – it's worth all the hype

Messina is ringing in the crowds for good reason, but we've got our eye set on another viral ice cream parlour right now: Tofu G, a Korean concept specialising in tofu-based gelato. Unlike other gelato cafés that might boast of their wide flavour range, Tofu G keeps things sweet and simple with only six options to choose from, but quality more than makes up for the lack of quantity here. The original vegan tofu ice cream is pleasant on the tongue, but we highly recommend the 'high protein' version for a richer and more intense mouthful. Impressively, the fact that it's dairy-free doesn't compromise its creaminess. The sweet corn and black sesame flavours are also strong crowd favourites, and while we don't quite fancy the sweet potato (it reminds this writer of potong ice cream), we have high praises for the pistachio gelato, which has a full-bodied nuttiness. At $8 per scoop, Tofu G's gelato is a tad pricey but entirely worth the dollar. There's also much to love about the wooden hanok-inspired decor in muted tones. Tofu G's space at Orchard is only temporary, and the café will eventually make its home in a Telok Ayer shophouse right next to SongGyeOk. For now, you can still drop by this pop-up outlet at Mandarin Gallery #02-21 from 11am to 10pm daily. Look out for updates via Tofu G's Instagram page.
