Jemma, 37, had accompanied Stacey, 35, to Sunday night's Television Baftas and was in the audience when Sort Your Life Out didn't win.
The BBC series, which began airing in 2021, had been shortlisted in the Factual Entertainment category but lost out to Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour.
Jemma has since shared a picture of herself and Stacey on the red carpet at the glitzy event in London and taken her own pop at the Academy.
She claimed her younger sister would have won if it had been up to the public.
Jemma fumed: "You may not have won but you should be proud of everything you have achieved.
"If only it were a public vote I think things would have been a little different.... Just saying."
Jemma went on to share an inspirational quote about "losers".
It read: "I came across a quote that said, 'I winner is a loser who tried one more time'.
"Remember this on those hard days and weeks."
Jemma commented: "Love this!"

Stacey stunned fans on Monday morning when she took to Instagram and complained about missing out on a Bafta.
The X Factor alum – who also missed out on a win for Entertainment Performance – vented from her garden while dressed down in a green Nike sweatshirt and blue cycling shorts.
Stacey admitted she was "devastated" and was struggling to "take it gracefully".
She told her followers: 'We didn't win a Bafta. And I know I'm supposed to take it gracefully like a champ but, I'll be honest, I'm devastated!
'I'm not handling it very well, I'm not taking it very gracefully - I'm devastated! I'm devastated for our whole team, like I'm so gutted for our team.'
The mum-of-five went on to praise the efforts behind the scenes on Sort Your Life Out, describing the programme as "tough to make" and expressing pride in her colleagues' dedication.
'Everyone got dressed up and was really hopeful, I think because they work so hard. It's not an easy show to make… and they so deserve the Bafta," Stacey continued.
"The Sort Your Life Out team deserved a Bafta and I'm devastated.
"I'm not saying that everyone else didn't deserve their Baftas, they absolutely did… but I'm just gutted for my whole Sort Your Life Out family because I feel like they deserved a Bafta. I'm gonna say it - I'm gutted!'
Explaining the effort involved in producing the show, Stacey described how much is packed into each episode, continuing: 'We'll pack up a house and within seven days that house is packed up, into vans, over to a warehouse, laid out on the floor.
"We go through it meticulously, we make sure it doesn't just get chucked away.
"We donate, we recycle, we resell things. We put it all back and try and put it in systems to help families move forward…"
As she waved a garden hose in the air, Stacey ended her video with a defiant: 'I'm gutted!' But she also praised her team and said they're ready to throw themselves into the next series.
'We're going to give it our all for series six,' she concluded.

Star of ‘one of the best TV series ever' promises season 2 is coming soon

It's been nearly 10 years since BBC's The Night Manager first hit our screens. The six-episode espionage drama, developed from John le Carré's 1993 novel bearing the same name, became an instant hit with viewers. Loki actor Tom Hiddleston, 44, played the main role of Jonathan Pine, while Hugh Laurie excelled as Richard Onslow Roper as Olivia Colman, Elizabeth Debicki and Tom Hollander rounded out a star-studded cast. Last year, fans were left in a state of ecstasy after the BBC finally announced its return to our screens after an eight-year absence. As of now, however, there have yet to be any concrete details released about when the second series is expected to come out. But, it appears the wait might be over sooner rather than later. Appearing on The One Show, Hiddleston – who is set to appear in the second and third instalments of the series – teased when audiences might anticipate the the show's next season. Speaking with presenters Roman Kemp and Clara Amfo, he was joined by The Life of Chuck co-stars Karen Gillan and Mark Hamill. Answering viewer's questions, he playfully shared that the second series would be 'coming soon'. Previously, it was revealed The Night Manager had received approval for second and third series from both the BBC and Amazon Prime Video, with Tom confirming his return to the forthcoming episodes. Additional information has remained largely confidential, though the second series will continue from where the original concluded, regardless of the considerable gap between both seasons. Despite the good news surrounding the second season returning soon, one star is reportedly being replaced. It was claimed last year that The Crown's Elizabeth Debicki will not be returning. More Trending Instead, the 34-year-old is said to be replaced by Daisy Jones and the Six star Camila Morrone – a former girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio. Earlier this month, Metro readers also claimed that The Night Manager is one of the 'smartest shows on television'. The critically acclaimed thriller has picked up three Golden Globes among many other awards. View More » The Night Manager is available to watch on BBC iPlayer. Got a story? Rupert Everett and Hayley Atwell to star in Rivals series two

Rupert Everett and Hayley Atwell are to star in series two of the hit Disney+ show Rivals. Based on Jilly Cooper's novel of the same name, the series centres on a group of wealthy media types in the 1980s who are based in the Cotswolds. Advertisement Hayley Atwell (Maja Smiejkowska/PA) Atwell will be playing Helen Gordon, ex-wife of Alex Hassell's Rupert Campbell-Black, and mother of his two children – Marcus and Tabitha, while Everett will play her husband, Malise Gordon. Executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins, chief creative officer at Happy Prince, told the Edinburgh TV Festival: 'We have some new guests. 'So some new cast, some of them are newly created characters, with Jilly's blessing, some famous characters. 'And most importantly, we're looking into Rupert more. So we have Rupert's children… but also with them… anyone who knows Jilly Cooper knows that Rupert's ex-wife, Helen, loathes him, and she is married to his old show jumping boss, who's a bit older than her. Advertisement 'So we are bringing Helen and Malise Gordon into this series, played by Rupert Everett and Haley Atwell, so they will be joining the cast. 'And for fans of the books, it's great to dig deeper into Rupert.' Everett, 66, is known for starring in a range of TV series and films including My Best Friend's Wedding (1997) and St Trinian's (2007), where he was seen playing headmistress Camilla Fritton. Atwell, 43, has starred in the Mission: Impossible films and is also known for playing Peggy Carter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Advertisement The announcement comes after the BBC reported actress Kate Robbins would be joining the cast. Robbins is the mother of Emily Atack, who plays Sarah Stratton, the character who was seen playing naked tennis with Rupert in series one – a moment that was Bafta-nominated. Emily Atack attending the 2025 Bafta Television Awards (Ian West/PA) Atack told the Edinburgh TV Festival that she 'wasn't afraid to identify with' Stratton, who has an affair with Rupert, and added: 'I completely am her. I'm a very flawed woman. I've made terrible decisions in my love life.' She added: 'The term, sort of typecast, is always sort of seen as this negative thing. Advertisement 'I've been typecast my whole life, and I've loved every single minute of it, and I will carry on playing these sexy women for as long as they will have me.' Further ensemble cast have been announced as Sanditon's Maxim Ays, Mr Loverman star Holly Cattle, Slow Horses star Eliot Salt, and One Day's Jonny Weldon. Rivals series two will be comprised of 12 episodes, and Treadwell-Collins said it will be out 'soon'.
