Deborra-Lee Furness's true feelings about Sutton Foster moving into her ex-husband Hugh Jackman's New York penthouse have been revealed.
Sutton, 50, is believed to be "slowly migrating" her belongings into Jackman's penthouse five months after the couple publicly confirmed their romance in January, according to New Idea on Tuesday.
Jackman, 56, and Furness, 69, purchased the home in New York's Chelsea district for USD$21.12 million (AUD $30 million) in 2022, a year before he filed for divorce from her in September 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
Furness is now said to be "shattered" Sutton is making a home out of the property she once shared with her ex-husband.
"They're living together, they're inseparable... She's slowly migrating her things over to Hugh's place," a source said.
"Deb is shattered knowing Sutton is making the penthouse her own - the place she poured her soul into."
The source said Furness is also concerned Hugh is "leaping into living with someone else way too soon" and that her ex is "green" when it comes to dating.
The development comes after Jackman and Sutton were spotted in New York City carrying boxes outside his penthouse earlier this month, further fuelling speculation she was moving in.
Foster cut a casual figure as she left Jackman's Chelsea apartment in activewear before cycling off on a Citi Bike.
Jackman later emerged from the building and carried boxes and belongings inside.
The 56-year-old kept a low profile in a hoodie, baseball cap, and aviator sunglasses.
While moving in together might seem like a leap after just a few months of public romance, insiders have said their connection runs deep and long.
The couple first connected through the theatre scene in 2008 before starring as love interests in the Broadway revival of The Music Man in 2021.
At the time, Foster was married to American screenwriter Ted Griffin, 54, and Jackman to Furness.
Nevertheless, their friendship blossomed, reflected in social media posts and public interviews where they praised one another over the years.
Foster then split from Griffin last October after Jackman filed for divorce from Furness.
After months of speculation, Jackman and Sutton's relationship was finally confirmed when People magazine published exclusive photos of the pair holding hands on a date night in Los Angeles in January.
Sources close to Furness later told DailyMail.com the actress "had suspicions" about the pair and felt "vindicated" after the photos emerged.
Jackman and Foster's relationship appears to be going from strength to strength.
A source told Closer that the Wolverine star "wants to make Sutton his wife" and that they both "want to walk down the aisle" once their divorces are finalised.
The division of Jackman's multimillion-dollar fortune is proving to be a sticking point in settling his split from Furness, with whom he shares children Oscar, 25, and Ava, 19, according to a source close to the actress.

Hugh Jackman, Deborra-Lee Furness divvy up real estate amid divorce, including $35 million NYC apartment

As tensions heat up in their divorce, Hugh Jackman and Deborra Lee-Furness have started splitting up their real estate assets. Furness, 69, reportedly paid $11.7 million (AU$18 million) to the company that the couple used to buy their glamorous New York City penthouse in 2022 for $21 million. The luxury apartment in Manhattan's Chelsea neighbourhood is now valued at around $23 million, according to People , meaning that Furness has bought Jackman, 56, out. Property records suggest that the Australian actress made the payment on May 25, two days before she officially filed for divorce after 27 years of marriage. The three-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom apartment sprawls over 5,000 square feet across two floors, with an additional 3,700 square feet of outdoor space. It's tucked near the Hudson River in a neighbourhood known for bold facades and even bolder celebrity residents. The riverfront haven is just one of many standouts in the former couple's enviable real estate collection, which includes properties in the US, UK and at home in Australia. It is believed that they still own together a waterfront apartment overlooking the iconic Bondi Beach, a second apartment in New York City's West Village and a Hamptons beach house. The news comes after the former couple were reportedly struggling earlier this year to divvy up their estimated $250 million fortune after it was revealed they didn't have a prenup. The pair eventually reached an agreement behind the scenes. 'A settlement was reached that Deborra is pleased with, which includes a handsome spousal support payment,' a source revealed to The Daily Mail . 'There was some back and forth regarding this financial agreement, but in the end, she got what she believed she deserved. Both are coming out of this financially secure.' It is believed their marriage began to unravel during COVID, which is around the same time Jackman struck up a friendship with Sutton Foster, his co-star on the hit Broadway revival of The Music Man. In a recent statement, Furness hinted that the Wolverine star committed an act of 'betrayal', fuelling rumours that her former husband cheated on her with Foster. Furness is now reportedly planning to publish a tell-all book, which will detail her side of the divorce. Jackman is yet to release a statement about the divorce, but is believed to be 'extremely disappointed' in Furness' allegations about 'betrayal'.

Jonathan Groff grateful to get older

Jonathan Groff sees every day as a "gift". The stage star turned 40 in March but he feels "privileged" to be around to get older and though his feelings around ageing can be "complicated", his overwhelming emotion is gratitude. Discussing his role as singer-and-actor Bobby Darin in Broadway musical Just in Time, he grew emotional as he told People magazine: "There's a line at the end of the show that I say: 'Every breath we take is a gift we get to open.' "I'm realising that to get older is a privilege. Aging is complicated, and can be confronting. But to be here now is a gift. Every day is a gift." And Jonathan has pledged to use his future birthdays to express his gratitude for life, rather than "make a wish" for the things he wants. He said: 'I was with my family, they were singing 'Happy Birthday,' and I was about to make a wish. And then I thought, 'No more wishes.' "It's just 'thank you,' now. That's it. I don't need for anything. I don't wish for anything. I'm just really grateful to be here.' Jonathan is nominated for Best Leading Actor in a Musical at the Tony Awards for Just in Time and making the shortlist means a lot to him because he has been involved with the production from the beginning. He said: 'It's meant so much. We've been developing this Bobby Darin musical for eight years now. So to get six nominations for the show was just phenomenal and incredible. It's been such a long road to get here, and every night at the theater feels like a gift. 'I've never been involved in something from its inception. So there's this extra energy of 'We all made this together,' and the nominations were extra sweet.' Mack the Knife singer Bobby suffered chronic health issues and died in 1973 aged just 37, so Jonathan feels the production has an important message to impart. He said: "His life is operatic. He was told he was going to die by the time he was 16 when he was eight. "And the way we're kind of weaponising his story in our show is: He accomplished a lot in a short period of time because he had this ticking clock. "What we're hoping to give the audience is this message: Life is short. Live it to the fullest while you can.'
