Barcelona star ‘not expected to enjoy many minutes' next season
That's according to Diario Sport, who point towards Marc Casadó as the player in question.

Youngster Casadó is for his part of course fresh off a breakout campaign on the books of Barcelona.
Afforded a prominent role by new Blaugrana headmaster Hansi Flick, the 21-year-old took full advantage, shining from his berth at the base of midfield.
Casadó's excellence in possession was complemented by a never-say-die attitude off the ball, culminating in a complete midfield package.
And yet, if the latest word stemming from the media this week is anything to go by, game time could prove tough to come by for the Spanish international in Catalunya's capital next season.
As per a report from Sport:

'In principle, he will not enjoy many minutes after the renewal of De Jong and the bet on Marc Bernal.'
For this reason, in the case of a big-money offer arriving for his signature, it is not out of the question that Casadó could be sold.

Julián Alvarez's entourage believe he ‘made a mistake' joining Atlético Madrid
Something of a bombshell update on the situation surrounding Atlético Madrid star Julián Alvarez at present has come to the fore on Wednesday. This comes amid claims that those closest to the Argentine international are of the opinion that he made the wrong call in penning terms at the Metropolitano. Frontman Alvarez of course made the move to Atlético in the summer of 2024, after the Rojiblancos agreed to meet the hefty valuation laid out by Manchester City for their attacking star. The 25-year-old went on to enjoy an impressive debut campaign in Rojiblancos colours, to the tune of 29 goals and eight assists across all competitions. Atlético, however, endured a largely underwhelming season as a collective. And with Diego Simeone's troops fresh off an opening day La Liga defeat this past weekend, too, it would appear that cracks are beginning to appear behind the scenes in Alvarez's representative group. As per a report from journalist Matias Palacios, speaking during an appearance on El Chiringuito TV: 'Julián Alvarez's entourage believes he made a mistake by signing with Cholo's team.' Manchester United Are Ready To Step Up Their Efforts To Land This Sevilla Talent: Good Option For Amorim?
In a recent report, Mundo Deportivo claimed that Manchester United are ready to step up their efforts to land Sevilla talent Lucien Agoume this summer. It has been stated that the Red Devils are determined to recruit the French midfielder in this transfer period. Agoume's Impressive Rise In Spanish Football Agoume enjoyed a solid season at the Andalusian club recently as he managed to impress at times with his performances at the centre of their midfield. The French midfield ace made 37 appearances for Sevilla in the previous campaign, scoring one goal and securing three assists in various competitions. The 23-year-old anchored the midfield well for the Spanish club after he made 70 tackles, 30 blocks, and 41 interceptions in La Liga. He even distributed possession relatively well from midfield, as evidenced by his pass success rate of 79% in the Spanish top tier (stats via His current contract at Sevilla will expire in the summer of 2028, which could make it tough for the Red Devils to sign him on the cheap in this transfer window. SEVILLE, SPAIN – MAY 18: Joaquin Caparros, Head Coach of Sevilla FC, shakes hands with Lucien Agoume after the LaLiga match between Sevilla FC and Real Madrid CF at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on May 18, 2025 in Seville, Spain. (Photo by) Will Agoume Be A Good Option For Manchester United Boss Ruben Amorim? Agoume is a good tackler of the ball and can sense the danger well to secure the ball back for his team inside his half. He usually clears his lines when the opposition are on the offensive and is a tidy passer of the ball as well. The French sensation can even chip in by scoring and creating the odd goal for his team. However, only time will tell whether he can cope with the physical side and high intensity of the Premier League if the Red Devils manage to bring him on board this summer. Agoume would no doubt enhance the quality of Man United boss Ruben Amorim's midfield in the long run. He is good enough to serve as a long-term successor to Casemiro at the Mancunian club. At 23, Agoume has got a bright future ahead of him, which makes him an excellent option for Man United to consider before the end of this transfer window. However, Amorim has to give him some time to adjust to life at Old Trafford before he can get the best out of the French midfielder.

Ally McCoist rages at Alexander Isak over Liverpool transfer saga - 'I've got a problem'
Alexander Isak has disappointed Newcastle's fans through his refusal to turn out for the club during his ongoing transfer dispute, according to Rangers icon Ally McCoist. The 25-year-old has made his position crystal clear that he has no intention of representing the club again, while pushing for a switch to Liverpool. Isak issued a statement on Tuesday, suggesting what he maintained were assurances that the club had failed to honor, though Newcastle swiftly responded to refute any such commitments had been given. This leaves Eddie Howe with no choice but to persist without the Swedish forward, with Liverpool visiting St. James' Park next Monday for what promises to be a thrilling Premier League encounter. READ MORE: Alexander Isak finally breaks silence on Newcastle fallout as Liverpool transfer hangs in the balance READ MORE: Alexander Isak could use little-known FIFA rule to force Newcastle transfer exit Speaking on talkSPORT, McCoist, who had previously condemned Isak's handling of the situation, once more emphasised that the striker had pursued his desired transfer through the incorrect channels. While he acknowledges that there are always multiple perspectives to consider, he believes Isak is primarily disappointing the Newcastle faithful with his present position He said: "The right way to do it is, you put in a transfer request or you have a chat with the manager and say, look, I want to play my football somewhere else, whatever, and the manager will then sit down and have a chat with you. "The way he went about it, you could clearly say he had a problem with Newcastle or a problem with somebody at Newcastle. "My argument is he still shouldn't and can't do what he did. "Throwing the toys at the pram is one thing, but actually making the statement that you're not going to play for the club again and let yourself down, let the fans down. That's where I've got a problem. "I understand he'll feel let down, I get that, and we can argue about the rights and wrongs of the gentlemen's agreement. "Who's let them down? Are they out of order? Was it previous owners? Do the new owners feel obliged to honour a gentleman's agreement made by the previous owners? "That's all up for debate and that's a conversation that we can and will have. "What's not up for debate is him throwing the toys out at the pram and then saying, I'm not playing for you anymore? "I think he's particularly letting the fans down." Isak won't be available for Liverpool's visit to Tyneside on Monday, with Anthony Gordon expected to lead the line against Arne Slot's team once more.
