People are just realizing hidden detail in Kai Trump's first Instagram post

Daily Maila day ago
Kai Trump, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Haydon - and the oldest grandchild of former President Trump - was just 14 when she made her Instagram debut.
Her very first post? A photo with her grandfather and Tiger Woods, taken on a sunny day at one of Trump's golf courses and shared on February 23, 2021.
'Wishing Tiger luck and a speedy recovery. Also wishing his family all the best in these incredibly trying times. Get well soon! #goat #tigerwoods,' she captioned the shot, referencing Woods' serious car crash in early 2021.
Now four years later, people have been noticing the significance of the post after Kai's mother started dating the golfing legend.
Vanessa and Trump Jr divorced in 2018 after 12 years of marriage and since Thanksgiving 2024 Vanessa has been dating Woods.
Sharp-eyed fans have been commenting on Kai's first post with one writing: 'Ironic this is her first post when he's now dating her mom.'
Now 18, Kai has made a name for herself in golf. A senior at The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida, she committed to the University of Miami last year and is poised to become a star in one of the country's top golf programs.
She's also one of the most-followed student-athletes online, with a growing fanbase thanks to her YouTube channel and golf content.
Last fall, she played against popular golf creator Garrett Clark and regularly shares behind-the-scenes vlogs.
Her popularity has paid off. She recently landed a major NIL deal with Accelerator Active Energy, joining stars like Livvy Dunne and Travis Kelce.
Her announcement video - complete with a mock presidential speech - showcased her signature humor: 'My fellow Americans and content creators. After months of reflection, I made a decision. I'll be running - no, stepping - into a new role.
'One with great responsibilities and 100 per cent natural caffeine. I've partnered with Accelerator!'
Speaking to Fox, Kai said the 'organic' partnership was a natural fit: 'I love energy drinks… I don't eat a lot of sugar, because I get a little jittery and I crash and with accelerator there is no sugar and I don't crash at all.'
She reportedly holds a $1.2 million NIL valuation and is now part of a brand lineup that includes Dunne - who launched her own cotton candy flavor in April - and Super Bowl champ Kelce.
Kai is the eldest of Don Jr. and Vanessa's five children. Her younger siblings include Donny, 16, Tristan, 13, Spencer, 12, and Chloe, the youngest.
Kai has previously spoken about how her grandfather has pushed her to be a better golfer.
'He taught me to just keep on working at it, and, honestly, I've gotten a lot better in past years with golf, but, he really just [taught me to keep] trying to keep on fighting and keep on practicing and whatnot,' she told 'Fox & Friends' last month.
'And I love playing golf… it's something that we share, a special bond together.'
The high school student also spoke about the difficulties in having such famous relatives.
'I mean, it's a lot to handle sometimes with the public eye and also being a high school student and just like a normal kid,' she said.
'But honestly I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm very lucky and grateful for the opportunity I have to meet all these people and meet world leaders.
'I'm very thankful and just lucky to have this opportunity.'

Shocking frocks, bleached brows and jaw-dropping cleavage: The WORST dressed stars at reality TV premiere

The stars of Joseline's Cabaret: California stepped out in their most outrageous outfits for the season six premiere of the hit series on Sunday. Leading the pack was of course Joseline Hernandez herself, who shocked longtime fans by bleaching her eyebrows. The former Love & Hip-Hop star slipped her famous curves into a revealing black cocktail dress and a fluffy black jacket that blended in with her long hair. Her dress was completely sheer, so it was impossibly to miss her skimpy black thong when she stood under the bright lights inside the Cinepolis theatre in Inglewood. Other stars at the premiere let their cleavage do the talking instead of their brows. Erica Mena was hard to miss in a busty floral frock that seemed ill-equipped to contain her sizeable chest. Miss Kaniya, who is a contestant on The Zeus Network series, decided to flaunt both her cleavage and her stomach. She wore a nude-colored gown that appeared to be made of a thin plastic material. Zeus Network host Janeisha John turned heads in a blue and green bejeweled miniskirt and matching crop top. Hosted by Hernandez, the X-rated reality series sees strippers and sex workers competing to earn a spot in Hernandez's touring strip show. Sadly, the franchise was recently struck with tragedy after former contestant Monica Sandoval Saavedra was killed in a car accident. Monica, also known as 'Spicy Monii', was known for being the only plus-size contestant on her season and repeatedly stated during her tenure on the show that she was proud to represent bigger women and Latinas. She was also known for being more conservative than her co-stars and was even branded 'boring' for her refusal to participate in some of the show's wilder scenes. The Zeus Network issued a statement about Monica's death in June. 'We're deeply saddened to share that #SpicyMonii, who brought unforgettable energy to #JoselinesCabaretTexas, has tragically passed away. Your energy, beauty, and presence will never be forgotten. Rest easy, Queen,' the network wrote. Hernandez herself also weighed in, posting a string of crying emojis on Zeus' official Instagram account. Monica was a mother to two teenage boys, Tyrese and Angel. Zeus Network host Janeisha John turned heads in a blue and green bejeweled miniskirt and matching crop top alongside CEO Lemmy Plummer Miss Kaniya (left), who is a contestant on The Zeus Network series, decided to flaunt both her cleavage and her stomach The Zeus Network is known for some of the most outrageous shows on reality TV. Joseline's Cabaret contains graphic sex scenes, nudity, violent brawls, racial slurs, and the kinds of politically incorrect remarks that would get most mainstream celebrities canceled in this day and age. Hernandez, dubbed 'the Puerto Rican Princess', was previously arrested for brawling with police officers in Florida after assaulting her former co-star, rapper Big Lex. Joseline's Cabaret is far from the only shocking show on Zeus. The streaming app is best known for its Baddies franchise, which is based on the now defunct Oxygen network series Bad Girls Club. Hosted by Natalie Nunn, Baddies follows a group of combative young women as they verbally and physically attack each other while touring nightclubs across the US. Baddies has featured a number of celebrity guest stars in the past, including Amber Rose and Aubrey O'Day. Joseline's Cabaret stars TeLovee and Oceans rocked contrasting looks on the carpet Sugababes singer Mutya Buena recently hinted at a forthcoming appearance on the upcoming season of controversial US reality show as well. Eagle-eyed fans spotted that the singer enjoyed a recent night out with one of the show's most popular stars as they posed for a TikTok video together. It was recently reported that the next season will be called Baddies UK and will follow reality stars from both the UK and the US. Zeus is also home to the bisexual dating show Two Ways with Erica Mena, which features male, female, and transgender contestants vying for Mena's love. Much like Baddies and Joseline's Cabaret, the series also features physical brawls between the cast members.

YouTube star arrested for playing game of hide and seek in Texas mall after it closed

Twitch star Duke Dennis was arrested at a Texas mall on Saturday while playing hide-and-seek with a group of friends after hours, according to police. Police encountered Dennis, whose full name is Denzel Shaquille Dennis, after being called around 10pm about a disturbance at the Shops at Rivercenter in San Antonio. Officials said Dennis and his friends were "causing disruption throughout the area," and had refused to leave despite being warned by mall security guards. The Twitch star, part of the AMP collective alongside fellow streaming celebrity Kai Cenat, verbally and physically refused similar warnings from police. When an officer told Dennis to put his hands behind his back, the 31-year-old 'jumped back and started running away,' according to a police report obtained by the San Antonio Express-News . Streamer Duke Dennis faces charges of criminal trespassing and evading arrest over an August 2 incident, in which police say the content creator was playing hide-and-seek in a closed San Antonio mall (Bexar County Sheriff's Office) Police eventually caught up with Dennis and arrested him. Unverified video on social media appears to show Dennis being put in handcuffs as Cenat watches from an upper floor. Dennis was charged with criminal trespass and evading arrest, and released on Sunday on a $1,000 bond for each charge after being put in jail in Bexar County, according to public records. "Officially on vacation, need suggestions on where to y'all later," Dennis wrote on Instagram on Sunday. Dennis has over 3.2 million followers on Twitch and is a member of the AMP streaming collective alongside Kai Cenat (Copyright 2017 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.) The Independent has contacted Dennis for comment. The Twitch streamer, who has more than 3.2 million followers on the platform, wasn't the only one booked in the incident. Lavoune Mark Clarke, 40, was also arrested for pushing an officer during the incident, causing the policeman to injure his hand, My San Antonio reports. He posted his $5,000 bond on Monday. The AMP collective was in Texas throughout July for a 30-day summer-themed streaming marathon. Members of AMP including Dennis (third from right) were in Texas for 30-day streaming marathon (Getty Images) The group stayed part of that time at the San Antonio home of NBA legend Tony Parker, a former player on the San Antonio Spurs. Dennis was recently detained in China after law enforcement found a bullet in his bag. The streamer said the bullet was put in the bag before visiting the country as he cleaned out his car. The streamer was released without being charged or facing any jail time in that incident.

Why is Donald Trump discussing Sydney Sweeney and American Eagle

President Donald Trump is praising Sydney Sweeney in the wake of backlash against the American actress for her controversial American Eagle advertisement. "Sydney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the HOTTEST ad out there," he wrote in a Truth Social post. "Go get 'em Sydney!"The Emmy-nominated actress for roles in Euphoria and The White Lotus stars in a denim jeans advertisement, where she states: "Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour. My jeans are blue." Critics have called out the blonde, blue-haired actress's wordplay in the commercial, using "genes" instead of "jeans" - sparking debate over race and western beauty Eagle has defended the advert and stated it was - and still is - only about the company's jeans. What is the controversy? The clothing store American Eagle released a jeans advertisement featuring Sweeney on 23 July. The slogan "Sydney Sweeney has great jeans" appeared on television, social media and on the outside of storefronts. Almost instantly, it received pushback from people on social criticised the "genes" pun coming from a blonde-haired, blue-eyed actress as echoing rhetoric associated with eugenics - the controlled selective reproduction of humans to improve future generations. Conservatives backed Sweeney and labelled the outrage as overblown and "woke". Reports then surfaced that Sweeney is a registered Republican. Shortly after, Trump made comments about the saga and expressed his support for her. Sweeney, herself, has not commented on the matter. What has American Eagle said? American Eagle has responded to the controversy and said the ad campaign "is and always was about the jeans". "Her jeans. Her story," American Eagle said. "We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone."Since Trump began speaking about the advertisement on Monday, the company's stock has skyrocketed, and was up as much as 20%. That did not surprise, Allen Adamson, co-founder of marketing consultancy Metaforce, who said American Eagle "nailed" the advertisement."It is exponentially harder than it was years ago," he told the BBC. "Success in marketing today is to get consumers sharing [advertisements] on social."But advertisements have to be "extraordinary" for people to share them, "whether that's extraordinary good or extraordinarily bad," he Adamson said the social media buzz American Eagle is getting from the advertisement is worth ten or 20 times what the store spent on creating it. Is Sweeney a Republican? Sweeney has been registered as a Republican in the state of Florida since 2024, records show. But she has not spoken out about politics. She made headlines in 2023 when videos and images from her mother's birthday party were shared online and showed some attendees in Make America Great Again hats. Sweeney responded and said people should "stop making assumptions" and turning the "innocent celebration" into an "absurd political statement."Months later, she was asked about it in an interview: "Honestly, I feel like nothing I say can help the conversation," she told GQ. "It's been turning into a wildfire, and nothing I can say will take it back to the correct track," she added. What has Trump said about it? On Sunday, reporters travelling with the US president asked him about Sweeney. "You'd be surprised at how many people are Republicans," Trump said after a reporter stated that the White Lotus star is a registered Republican."That's what I wouldn't have known, but I'm glad you told me that. If Sydney Sweeney is a registered Republican, I think her ad is fantastic," Trump said on before Trump weighed in, the saga had been the focus of conservative media with some suggesting the advert had been not only a great promotion for American Eagle - but also for the political party.
