He has sent her bouquets and she visits him in prison regularly, it is said.
A source added: 'They talk all the time — despite the fact he's in jail.
"He's got a phone they speak on and he's sent her flowers a number of times.'
Possessing a phone in jail is an offence and can lead to a loss of privileges or a longer sentence. Collins got an extra eight months in 2018 for smuggling a phone into jail.
His fresh antics emerged after The Sun on Sunday revealed that scheming lag Collins had a 'steroid' injected into his bottom in his cell.
The would-be Romeo was dating Towie's Ferne McCann in 2017 when he threw acid in the Mangle E8 club in Dalston, East London — leaving 16 people with chemical burns.
Collins planned to marry Annie Bull in 2022 after romancing her from his cell. He proposed during a visit, after which she had his name tattooed under her boobs.
Now Amelia, on Love Island in 2017, has fallen under his spell.
On his birthday last month, she posted on her Instagram an image of red roses with the letter 'A' above them.
She wrote: 'Happy birthday to the most handsome pain in the arse, Love you x.'

Our source went on: 'Amelia has made no secret of her relationship with Arthur and has told her friends she's mad about him and thinks he's the one.
'She says she thinks Arthur is a changed man.
"Some of her mates are worried about her getting involved with him but Amelia won't listen.'
Another source, close to Amelia, tried to downplay talk of a romance and said: 'She's visited Arthur but he is a family friend.'
Meanwhile, Collins has been transferred from The Mount Prison in Herts — where the injection footage was taken — amid fears he was scheming to import drugs using drones.
An anti-corruption team has found illicit items at his new home, HMP Buckley Hall, near Rochdale.
A source said: 'He's in trouble constantly and doesn't seem to care.
"He goes around like the big 'I am' as if he rules the roost.'

Tories and Reform decry two-tier justice as suspended Labour councillor cleared
Ricky Jones, 58, faced trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court accused of the offence after he described demonstrators as 'disgusting Nazi fascists' at an anti-racism rally in the wake of the Southport murders. He was cleared on Friday. Nigel Farage and shadow home secretary Chris Philp both pointed to the idea of 'two-tier justice' in relation to the case. This is another outrageous example of two-tier justice. — Nigel Farage MP (@Nigel_Farage) August 15, 2025 Mr Philp compared the case to that of Lucy Connolly, who was jailed after she posted a tweet calling for 'mass deportation' and 'set fire to all the f****** hotels' on the day of the Southport attacks last year. In a post on X, Mr Philp said: 'The development of two tier justice is becoming increasingly alarming.' Ex-Reform chairman Zia Yusuf also referred to Connolly's case, and said that 'two tier justice in this country is out of control'. Connolly pleaded guilty last year to a charge of inciting racial hatred by publishing and distributing 'threatening or abusive' written material on X, which meant she did not face a trial. In Jones' case, a jury deliberated for just over half an hour before they found him not guilty. A video showing Jones addressing crowds on Hoe Street in Walthamstow, east London, on August 7 last year went viral on social media after the protest, which had been organised in response to plans for a far-right march outside Waltham Forest Immigration Bureau. It is astonishing that Labour councillor Ricky Jones, who was caught on video calling for throats to be slit, is let off scot free – whereas Lucy Connolly got 31 months prison for posting something no worse. The development of two tier justice is becoming increasingly alarming.… — Chris Philp MP (@CPhilpOfficial) August 15, 2025 The suspended councillor said in the clip: 'They are disgusting Nazi fascists. We need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all.' He also drew his finger across his throat as he spoke to the crowd. Jurors deliberated for just over 30 minutes before finding him not guilty. Jones, who wore a navy blue suit with a white shirt and pale pink tie in the dock, was seen mouthing 'thank-you' at the jurors. Family and supporters hugged each other before Jones, who declined to comment, was driven out of the court grounds in a car. The 58-year-old, who at the time was also employed as a full-time official for the Transport Salaried Staffs' Association union, was arrested on August 8 last year and interviewed at Brixton police station that night. Jones, who has been a borough councillor in Dartford, Kent, since 2019, was suspended by Labour the day after the incident. It is understood a party investigation continues and its outcome will decide what happens to his membership. A spokesperson for the party said at the time his behaviour 'was completely unacceptable and it will not be tolerated'. Giving evidence in his trial, Jones said his comment did not refer to far-right protesters involved in the riots at the time, but to those who had reportedly left National Front stickers on a train with razor blades hidden behind them. Before he made the comment, jurors were shown video where he said to crowds: 'You've got women and children using these trains during the summer holidays.' Lawyers said the case cannot be compared to that of Connolly, as they faced different charges and she pleaded guilty while Jones did not. Peter Stringfellow, a solicitor at Brett Wilson, said in Connolly's case, racially aggravated discourse on social media translated into real-life violence across the country, whereas Mr Jones' comments at a rally did not cause violent disorder. Ernest Aduwa, partner at Stokoe Partnership Solicitors, said: 'We need to be honest about what is going on here. The verdict in the Ricky Jones case was not political, it was legal. 'A jury listened to the evidence, tested it and decided unanimously he was not guilty. That is not bias or 'two-tier justice', it is the justice system doing what it is supposed to do, separating facts from noise.' Laura Allen, head of the protest and public order team at Hodge, Jones and Allen lawyers, said it was 'frankly offensive' to the ordinary members of the public who sat on the jury to suggest they had not acted appropriately. She said: 'They are 12 members of the jury, picked at random, who have done their civic duty, have listened to the evidence in the case and concluded they could not be sure that Ricky Jones was guilty. 'Due to the way our jury system works they are not required, and certainly are not permitted, to explain the reasons for their decision.'

Bachelor star welcomes her first baby and reveals the newborn's very unusual name - following 'terrifying' labour complications: 'I felt hopeless'
Bachelor star Mia MacKinnon has welcomed her first baby—a little girl—with fiancé Joshua William King. The former reality TV star, 33, shared the happy news to Instagram on Wednesday, revealing she gave birth to 'Malibu Emma Malua King' on August 8. 'You are perfection,' she captioned a reel of photos of the bub dressed in a baby pink knitted onesie and matching booties. A few days later, Mia shared another gallery of photos taken as she cradled Malibu in the hospital, and later after she and Joshua took their bundle of joy home. In one photo, Joshua looked every inch the proud father as he held Malibu in his arms and smiled down at her. However, it would seem not everything was sunshine and rainbows, as Mia revealed she was left 'terrified' when complications arose during her birth. The brunette beauty said it all began when she developed persistent headache last Thursday before she went into labour. She rushed into hospital to get checked out and doctors discovered her 'amniotic sac had no fluid in it'. 'We were told I might have to be induced... A catheter balloon induction quickly began and our baby girl did not like that,' Mia revealed. 'They stripped me down and said we might need to make a quick sprint for surgery any moment. 'Things calmed and on came the most excruciating pain which felt like contractions with zero break in between for 30 mins.' Mia said her dreams of having a water birth were quickly scrapped since she had no fluids in her amniotic sac—the membrane in which the embryo develops into a fetus. The new mum added she had 'no sleep' and was running on a 'McDonald's feast' by the time she had her catheter removed and went into labour the next morning. 'I tried for hours without an epidural but Malibu's heart rate kept dropping with every contraction, so it was suggested we finally give in to an epidural to help her relax and to promote dilation,' she said. In one photo, Joshua looked every inch the proud father as he held Malibu in his arms and smiled down at her 'It knocked me out and a few hours later we checked. Still no progress so it was time for an emergency caesarean. 'We mentally prepared, and a terrified mum and dad went down to theatre. The drugs were so strong that I could not stop shaking uncontrollably to the point where the midwives were pinning my arms down to help.' Mia said she 'felt hopeless' as she went in for the 'heartbreaking' surgery, and revealed she couldn't even hold Malibu when she was born because she 'was too weak and busy throwing up'. 'Lucky my beautiful fiancé, who I can't even put into words how grateful I am for, took our baby girl for her first cuddles, and fed her her first meal!' Mia said. 'Not long after I was carted up to our home for the next 6 days. Too high on drugs to really grasp what happened. 'Josh again took over and cared for our princess until the morning when I woke up. What a whirlwind, but wow was it all worth it.' Mia and Joshua announced in January they were expecting their first child together. They shared images to Instagram which saw them cuddling up and cradling Mia's baby bump as they posed on the beach together. Just a few months later, on April 6, Joshua got down on one knee and asked Mia to marry him.
