Aubrey O'Day Says She Won't Be Testifying at Diddy Trial
Aubrey O'Day has confirmed she will not be taking the stand in Sean 'Diddy' Combs' federal sex-trafficking trial.
The former Danity Kane member made the announcement on Friday (May 16) during the premiere episode of Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Present: Aubrey O'Day, Covering the Diddy Trial, an iHeartRadio podcast recorded in New York City.

'I'm not here to testify for the Diddy trial, that I know of,' O'Day said, according to People.
The 41-year-old singer suggested her involvement could still evolve, revealing she had been 'contacted by Homeland Security' and had a meeting with the agency, which led March raids on Diddy's homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
Earlier in the week, O'Day — who appeared on MTV's Making the Band under Diddy's mentorship — sparked speculation about a possible court appearance after sharing a cryptic Instagram post from New York City.
'Hey New York!!! Where y'all think I should head first?' she wrote on May 14, including a scale emoji. Us Weekly also reported that a source claimed O'Day was subpoenaed to testify at the trial.
During the podcast episode, O'Day clarified the post's intent. 'I posted on my Instagram that I was here in New York and enjoying myself because I wanted to make it clear to everyone that I am not here testifying,' she said.
Diddy is currently facing multiple federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is set to resume Monday (May 19). If convicted on all counts, he could face life in prison.
O'Day previously spoke out after Diddy's September 2024 arrest. 'The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this. I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me. Things are finally changing,' she wrote on X at the time.
Danity Kane, the girl group formed in 2005 on Making the Band, was signed to Diddy's Bad Boy Records. O'Day was removed from the group in 2008 and later claimed on the Call Her Daddy podcast in 2022 that her exit stemmed from her refusal to comply with non-music-related requests from the music mogul.

She recently re-posted to her Instagram stories a post from Adam Eli that reads, "EVERYONE GET MORE GAY NOW!" and underneath she wrote, "Happy freaking Pride. I love being queer." She also reposted a post from drag queen Marti Gould Cummings that reads, "Pride began as a riot led by Black and Brown trans activists." In the caption, Cummings wrote, "HAPPY PRIDE! Protect trans people - Pride was and is a riot and protest against the patriarchal norms that hold us back!" We aren't sure that Gracie McGraw has ever publicly stated that she is queer — we can't find anything that says she parents have always stayed pretty quiet with anything politically charged, but they clearly support their daughters in all endeavors. Gracie recently debuted at Carnegie Hall for her performances of The Great War & The Great Gatsby, which will air on PBS for Veteran's Day. Her parents were right there cheering her on for her premiere on one of the world's most renowned stages. Months-old footage shows flooding in Florida, not Thailand after heavy rain
"Flooding around (Victory Monument) in Thailand at 3:15pm today. Myanmar citizens beware," reads the Burmese-language caption of a Facebook video shared on May 27, 2025. Superimposed Burmese-language text on the video -- which shows partially submerged houses and buildings in an area inundated with water -- reads, "Flooding in Thailand. Those who are close to the sea, please be careful". The video circulated online days after Thai media reported that a combination of heavy rain and slow water drainage had flooded parts of Bangkok (archived here and here). The footage was also shared in similar Burmese posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. But the clip is old and was not filmed in Bangkok. A reverse image search on Google using keyframes from the falsely shared video led to an identical clip published on Instagram on October 9, 2024 (archived link). Its caption reads: "Fort Myers Beach, halfway down Estero island @ 5:30pm on Oct 9. Milton was about double the flooding from Helene for FMB." Category 3 storm Hurricane Milton made landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast on October 9, 2024, pounding communities still reeling from the effects of Hurricane Helene two weeks earlier. At least 16 people died as Milton sent tornadoes spinning across Florida and left millions of buildings without power (archived link). The video matches Google Street View imagery of Fort Myers Beach (archived link). AFP has previously debunked other misinformation related to flooding in Thailand here.
