'Samantha Is Science Illiterate': Doctor Slams Actress For Selling 'Fraud' Supplements

Last Updated: While Samantha Ruth Prabhu has not reacted to Liver Doc's claims yet, it should be noted that this is not the first time that the latter has called out the actress openly. Samantha Ruth Prabhu is facing criticism once again. Dr Cyriac Abby Philips, popularly known on social media as The Liver Doc, recently took to his Instagram handle and lashed out at the actress for allegedly promoting a supplement brand that claims to contain NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide). Promoting the supplement, Samantha wrote that 'NAD+ declines with age, leading to lower energy, slower recovery, and reduced focus," and claimed that NMN can help reverse this. However, The Liver Doc lashed out at Samantha and accused her of spreading misinformation. He called her a 'science illiterate" and slammed her for promoting 'fraud" supplements. 'How science illiterate movie celebrities defraud their millions of followers by selling supplements that do not work at all," he wrote. View this post on Instagram A post shared by The Liver Doc (Cyriac Abby Philips) (@theliverdr) In the caption of his post, The Liver Doc shared, 'Beware of snake oil salesmen, or snake oil saleswomen. They come in various sizes and forms. Be a well-informed consumer. Progress with science and evidence. Listen to real doctors." Check it out here: Interestingly, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is the co-founder of this supplement brand. 'The results spoke for themselves. So I did not just keep taking it. I joined the mission. I became Co Founder of Gataca because I believe in what we are creating. This is not about shortcuts. It is about showing up for your future," she announced on her Instagram handle a few days back. '@ is not just about supplements. It is about the future of performance and longevity, backed by science, driven by purpose, and built on products that are clean, proven, and purposeful. Every product is: ✅ Third party tested ✅ Heavy metal tested ✅ Microbial tested," the actress added. While Samantha has not reacted to Liver Doc's claims yet, it should be noted that this is not the first time that the latter has called out the actress openly. Last year too, the doctor called Samantha a 'fraud" and lashed out at the actress for recommending the use of hydrogen peroxide nebulisation. First Published:

Meghan Markle marks Lilibet's birthday with a never-seen before picture

Source: Instagram/@meghan Four years after she came into the world, Princess Lilibet has made a rare appearance—this time through two tender black-and-white photographs shared by her mother, Meghan Markle . The Duchess of Sussex marked Lilibet's birthday on June 4 with a heartfelt tribute, offering followers a quiet, intimate glimpse into their lives far from royal duty and public spectacle. 'Happy birthday to our beautiful girl,' Meghan wrote in her Instagram post. 'Four years ago today she came into our lives — and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!' View this post on Instagram A post shared by ColorsTV (@colorstv) The post featured two never-before-seen images: one from Lilibet's early days, with Meghan cradling her newborn daughter, and another more recent photo of the two sitting close together on a boat by the ocean. Lilibet's red hair—something she shares with her brother Archie and inherited from Prince Harry's side—catches the light, a quiet reminder of her lineage. Princess Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born at 11:40 a.m. on June 4, 2021, in Santa Barbara, California, and weighed 7 lbs 11 oz. Her name is a nod to both sides of Harry's family: 'Lilibet' was Queen Elizabeth II's personal childhood nickname, while 'Diana' pays tribute to Harry's late mother, the Princess of Wales. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Trade Bitcoin & Ethereum – No Wallet Needed! Lilibet, who is now seventh in line to the throne, had reportedly met the Queen before her death in 2022, though no official photo was taken. Speaking to People earlier this year, Meghan reflected on building her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard and how her daughter inspires her. 'This is something I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it's like to be a working mom,' she said. 'Hopefully, it can be part of her legacy too.' For her birthday, the Sussexes are said to have celebrated with a low-key gathering at their Montecito home—another quiet milestone in a life that's being shaped gently, on their terms.
