HumAIn Assets launches at Dubai's MEBA Awards

Zawya01-05-2025

Dubai, UAE: At this year's prestigious Middle East Business Awards, an exciting new player entered the spotlight: HumAIn Assets, a next-generation creative production engine designed to transform how content is made, blending human creativity with the speed and scale of artificial intelligence.
Launched officially during the recent Middle East Blockchain Awards (MEBA), HumAIn Assets is redefining what it means to deliver high-quality digital creative assets - images, video, text, and more - at a speed and price set by the user. This new platform eliminates the friction of creative agencies and freelancer platforms, utilising AI to provide a streamlined, scalable, human-guided alternative to content production.
Having been working in the background for the past twelve months under the Hoko ecosystem for global brands such as LVMH, DP World, ADGM, Mercedes-Benz, OKX and Tag Heuer - HumAIn Assets now brings this tailored workflow to the masses through their user-facing platform. Now everyone will have access to the same level of services as blue chip companies.
According to a recent report by McKinsey, projects estimate generative AI will add $4.4 trillion in value across industries, while they highlight that 75% of generative AI's value lies in marketing and sales - areas where precision and speed matter most.
A guiding principle - AI as co-pilot, humans as pilots - is central to the HumAIn Assets model. At its core, the platform simplifies creative production to four essentials: your brief, your deadline, your budget, and delivery.
"HumAIn Assets isn't another freelancer platform or DIY tool. We've stripped the creative workflow down to what really matters. There's no bloat, no back-and-forth, just high-quality results delivered fast - backed by real creative professionals and smart AI systems.''
HumAIn Assets Founder, Bally Singh
The platform positions itself between traditional agencies and automated AI tools, promising agency-quality content at AI-level speed - with flexibility that scales. From motion ads to social posts, product scripts to YouTube thumbnails, HumAIn Assets offers professional-grade results without the agency timescales and pricing.
'AI and AI tools are set for exponential growth, however the real value is in harnessing their power for real businesses and real-world outcomes. HumAIn Assets is ready to bring this real-world impact to businesses and projects of all sizes.''
HumAIn Assets Co-founder, Scott Melker
Early access to HumAIn Assets is now open, with a tiered rollout of the platform scheduled for early Q3 2025. It's an ideal solution for bootstrapping entrepreneurs, one-person shows, marketers, founders, and growing teams who need high-volume, high-quality content - without the headaches.
As businesses everywhere wrestle with the pace of innovation, the HumAIn Assets promise is simple: A creative workflow you can trust.

Jonathan Anderson Is Announced Creative Director Of Dior

The French major force of fashion has announced Jonathan Anderson will succeed Maria Grazia Chiuri as creative director for men's, women's and couture collections In the world of high fashion, few announcements ripple across the industry with such gravity as an announcement about the Big Four: whether Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Dior. Today, as the morning light hit the ivory façades of Avenue Montaigne, a new era began for latter. 'We have some very exciting news,' Delphine Arnault, Chair and CEO of Christian Dior Couture told Business of Fashion, announcing a new era for one of the industry's behemoth brands. 'Jonathan Anderson is going to be the head of creation for Dior—across men's and women's, couture and accessories.' It's a poetic full-circle moment. For the first time in decades, Dior's artistic vision will be steered by a single creative force, as it once was in the days of Monsieur Dior himself. The announcement is also not entirely surprising, as Jonathan had already been appointed Creative Director of Dior men's collections earlier this year, and his name has been on the lips of every industry insider since Maria Grazia Chiuri announced her departure on Thursday. 'Over the last 11 years that he has been at LVMH, we've often spoken about what could come next,' said Delphine. 'There was always one brand he was drawn to. And now, we believe this is his moment.' Anderson, now 40, brings more than youth. He brings duality — the artisan and the futurist, the romantic and the realist. With an eye trained in meticulous craftsmanship and a mind unafraid to disrupt, he arrives with plenty of energy to take on one of fashion's biggest beasts. 'He has a very clear vision for the brand,' says Arnault. 'He's completely energised by the challenge.' The Northern Irish designer certainly has the meteoric rise to suggest he's up to the task at hand. One of the most daring talents of his generation, Jonathan launched his own menswear brand straight out of London College of Fashion in 2008. In 2013, he succeeded Christopher Kane at Versace's Versus, and shortly after was appointed creative director of Spanish luxury label Loewe. The rest, as they say, was history. In the 11 years at the helm, Jonathan's influence was transformative. Perhaps one of LVMH's greatest coup, Jonathan turned sales of approximately €230 million in 2014 according to Morgan Stanley, to between €1.5 billion and €2 billion in 2024, according to Bernstein analyst Luca Solca. Whether it was an evening gown or a tank top, Jonathan's touch was golden—a talent that we expect to shine even brighter as he accepts the keys to the house of Dior, with the maison's full manpower and métiers d'art at his fingertips. Knowing Jonathan's clean and contemporary aesthetic, we predict he will start with a sketch and simple dream, poised to put together Dior's new design DNA one stitch at a time.

SEBI bans Bollywood star Arshad Warsi, wife, 57 others from securities markets for up to 5 years

Markets regulator the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Thursday barred Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi, his wife Maria Goretti, and 57 others from the securities markets for periods ranging from 1-5 years. The regulator imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh each on Warsi and his wife, Maria. The decision came in a case related to misleading videos on YouTube channels recommending investors to buy shares of Sadhana Broadcast. SEBI found that Arshad Warsi had made a profit of Rs41.70 lakh and his wife earned a profit of Rs50.35 lakh. "It is noted that Arshad Hussain Warsi in his statement recorded before SEBI on June 27, 2023, stated that apart from placing trades in his own account, he was also trading from the accounts of his wife (Noticee 61) and brother (Noticee 62). It is further noted from the submissions of Noticee 60 that Aahuti Mistry acted as the manager of Arshad Warsi,' according to the SEBI order. SEBI also levied penalties in the range of Rs 5 lakh to Rs 5 crore on 57 other entities, including promoters of Sadhana Broadcast (now Crystal Business System Ltd). Apart from the debarment, SEBI also directed these entities to disgorge total unlawful gains of Rs 58.01 crore along with 12% interest per annum from the end of the investigation period till the date of actual payment. The capital markets regulator said the masterminds behind this whole operation were Gaurav Gupta, Rakesh Kumar Gupta and Manish Mishra. Subhash Aggarwal, who also happened to be a director of the RTA of Sadhana Broadcast Ltd, acted as the go-between Manish Mishra and the promoters, the order stated. SEBI received complaints, alleging that there was price manipulation and subsequent offloading of shares in the scrip of SBL. It was also stated in the complaints that YouTube videos were being uploaded with false content to lure investors and a paid marketing campaign worth crores was undertaken to make the videos reach a wider audience. The complainant also provided links to YouTube videos, names of YouTube channels and dates when the videos were uploaded. SEBI examined the complaints and prima facie found that net sellers in the shares of SBL were connected to the creator of YouTube channels, wherein videos with false content and unrealistic target price for the scrip were uploaded with the intention to influence and induce public investors to invest in the scrip. "Search and seizure operations were conducted at the premises of 15 Noticees wherein various documentary and electronic evidences were gathered and statements of various Noticees were recorded on oath," according to the markets regulator.
