(Video) Local Influencer CEO Batu Exposed For Sending Inappropriate Photos To A 14yo
While most influencers set out to create positive impacts on their fans, some get exposed for being terrible people in real life. Recently, Malaysian rapper-turned-enterpreneur Caprice exposed a popular content creator for sending inappropriate photos to a minor.
Through his Instagram, Caprice alleged that a fan reached out about local influencer CEO Batu, who has been talking to his underage fans on social media. Shockingly, the content even sent an inappropriate picture to the fan during their conversation. The video Caprice posted showed alleged conversations between CEO Batu and the minor, whom he claimed was 14 years old, on TikTok.
In the screenshots posted, CEO Batu and the victim first got in contact through TikTok DMs, talking about meeting to collaborate on a TikTok video. They then continued chatting on WhatsApp, where the influencer shared about a recent injury. He later offered to show a photo of his scar, then shared the inappropriate image. The picture depicts CEO Batu's lower torso, where the scar was, and a glimpse at his private parts, which Caprice had censored.
Through his Instagram Stories, Caprice followed up on the issue, revealing that CEO Batu had contacted the victim's mother after the incident. The influencer claimed that he mistakenly sent the photo, intending to crop the image before sending it. He also added that the photo was for his girlfriend. CEO Batu also allegedly begged the victim's mother not to report the incident to the authorities, saying he could face a 10-year jail term.
After exposing the influencer, Caprice shared a DM he received from a netizen who claimed to know CEO Batu through her husband. The netizen alleged that the content creator is sex-crazed as he often shares intimate videos of himself and his girlfriend with his friends and openly talks about racy topics. Caprice also claimed that more victims had come out against CEO Batu.
Netizens have reacted to the issue, condemning the influencer. Many are also calling for the authorities to arrest CEO Batu. Others also shamed him for sharing private photos with his fans. However, some netizens criticised the victim, noting that she contacted the influencer first. Some also argued that minors shouldn't have access to TikTok, where they can be exposed to danger.
The issue is still under development, so CEO Batu's fate remains unknown. What are your thoughts on this?

Thai PM thanks Anwar for offer to assist in border dispute
BANGKOK: Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra said she has discussed the Thai-Cambodia border situation with Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim during a phone conversation on Friday. She said Anwar has expressed readiness to assist both sides in resolving the dispute. 'Thank you, PM Anwar Ibrahim, for the call this afternoon to discuss the Thai - Cambodian border situation and to express readiness to help both sides to resolve the matter. 'I reaffirmed Thailand's commitment to a peaceful resolution through existing bilateral mechanisms, while safeguarding our sovereignty in accordance with international law,' she said on her official X account on Friday. Malaysia as the current ASEAN chair, is understood to be closely monitoring developments on the border issue. Earlier Friday, Paetongtarn, after chairing the National Security Council meeting, announced that Thailand had established a special task force to address security concerns along its border with Cambodia. She said the army had been assigned to coordinate operations and maintain readiness to respond to any developments, prioritising the protection of sovereignty while safeguarding international relations to ensure national security. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Phumtham Wechayachai, Foreign Minister Maris Sangiampongsa, Supreme Commander General Songwit Noonpakdee, National Security Council Chief Chatchai Bangchuad, and the military's commanders-in-chief. On May 28, Thai and Cambodian troops were involved in a brief gunfight in Thailand's north-eastern Ubon Ratchathani province and Cambodia's northern Preah Vihear province, where one Cambodian soldier was reportedly killed. Cambodia has since announced its intention to bring the border dispute to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Meanwhile, the two neighbours have agreed to discuss the issue through the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC), scheduled to meet in Phnom Penh on 14 June.
