One pleased customer commented: "Lovely coat, fits true to size and very warm despite feeling quite light too. Would highly recommend." Another said: "I went down a size after reading reviews I'm normally a 16 but got a 14 , I'm very happy with this coat it is not too heavy or bulky so very slimming (it may have been different if I got my true size). I may not get much use now but it was a good price and will get plenty of use later in the year. "I love this coat," another person stated. "Beautiful, well made garment. I've gotten tons of compliments. I purchase regularly from Boden and will definitely continue that trend." Among the few negative reviews, one shopper gave the Quilted Belted Coat a three-star review because they felt it's 'not worth' the money. They wrote: "Wonderful colour, solid workmanship, but is the coat worth the high price? Not for me. "It has neither a particularly beautiful hood nor a sophisticated collar. I would also have liked an additional zipper on such a warm jacket. I can't imagine that the buttons last particularly long. It's a shame." Light and warm with enough room to fit a jumper under. The material feels so soft."

The opening comes as part of ongoing efforts to elevate Swansea's retail offering, with many locals hopeful that the city will continue to evolve to match the vibrant shopping scene seen in nearby Cardiff. With the restaurant sector flourishing along Wind Street, many locals have expressed a desire for more diverse shopping destinations. The closure of big-name stores like Zara and The Body Shop, has further highlighted the need for new retail choices. Never miss a Swansea story by signing up to our newsletter here . The new store, located in Swansea Quadrant, will feature an immersive space showcasing Rituals' signature range of luxurious bath, body, and home products, all designed to encourage moments of mindfulness and self-care in daily life. It is believed that it will be located in the unit that previously housed The Body Shop. This opening also forms part of Rituals' wider UK expansion strategy. With existing stores in Cardiff and Bridgend, the new location will strengthen the brand's presence in Wales and extend access to its popular wellbeing-focused collections. News of the September opening of the store has already been met with a positive reactions from locals. One person commented, "Can't wait, love Rituals." Another added, "Can't wait, love their stuff." Article continues below A third said, "Never heard of this shop but by their online site it looks fairly decent - and a couple of notches up from what we usually get in Swansea!" Founded in Amsterdam in 2000, Rituals now operates in over 33 countries, with more than 1,300 stores worldwide. As a Certified B Corporation, the brand is committed to improving its social and environmental impact, with a focus on using natural origin ingredients and recyclable or refillable packaging. As well as the new Rituals store, it was confirmed earlier this year that two retailers and a leisure operator will open at Swansea's former Debenhams store, also located in Quadrant, next year. Council leader Rob Stewart said: "We know how important the former Debenhams building is for local people and city centre businesses. "That's why we've been working tirelessly to attract retail and leisure tenants and reach a stage where refurbishment work can take place to prepare the building for occupation once again." Article continues below The former Debenhams anchor store closed in 2021 when the company went into administration. The council bought it, backed by £2.85 million of Welsh Government funding. The purchase price was £3.15 million, with a further sum of just over £100,000 spent on professional fees and roof repairs. It is hoped that Rituals, and the new businesses setting up at the former Debenhams building, will breathe new life into the Swansea shopping centre.
