Victoria Beckham says David's hair 'looks terrible' after DIY buzzcut goes wrong and leaves bald patch

If you're anything like us, you srsly back Victoria Beckham.
The one-time Spice Girl and current reigning fashion mogul is known for being, well, faultlessly chic. And while she's best known as a style icon, she's also got some serious stakes in the beauty world.
Alongside her luxury fashion brand, she runs her own beauty line called (what else?) Victoria Beckham Beauty. And when you look back at her hair transformations over the years, you begin to understand that she is responsible for some of the most major hair trends from recent memory: from chunky highlights and a blonde pixie in the aughts, to a sleek 'pob' in the 2020s.
So, basically, we trust her opinion on all things hair, style and beauty. Which is why we're particularly intrigued about a recent IG post of hers, where she weighs in on a hair mishap suffered by her hubbie David Beckham.
In a video captioned "Dad what have you done?!?!😂😂 @davidbeckham", Victoria provided followers with some unique insight into the Beckham household.
The video opens with David clutching his head, looking particularly sheepish, and blocking his DIY haircutting handiwork from view.
"What have you done?" asks Victoria off-camera, as she stumbles upon the scene.
"The head of the clippers fell off my head," David replies, still covering his head with one hand.
Not taking no for an answer, Victoria is keen to get to the bottom of what's happened saying: "You were trying to give yourself a haircut, what have you done? Let me see..."
David then raises his hand, putting his uneven buzz cut, and subsequent bald patch, on full display.
Able to judge the hairstyle now it's properly in view, Victoria shares her prognosis. "It does not look good," she weighs in. "I'm going to always be honest with you - it looks terrible."
Even in times of hair catastrophe, Victoria and David have soooo much chemistry that it gives us hope that we'll find true, lasting love (once we get over our last situationship, that is).

Artists behind Dudley's Sam Allardyce mural are 'glad the big man loved it'

The mystery surrounding a Sam Allardyce mural in Dudley town centre has been solved as two artists have come forward to claim credit. Dion Kitson and Adam Wynn collaborate on the 'Really Big Sam' piece which featured the former England boss tucking into a bag of orange chips. Big Sam was a fan of the work and said he was "absolutely privileged" to be honoured in his hometown, adding: "I think it was a very good likeness." READ MORE: 'I almost died in childbirth - my boyfriend kissed me and knew something was really wrong' In a video message shared with ITV News, Allardyce joked: "Chips look a bit hot, but I really enjoyed seeing it. "Whoever did it, thank you very much." The mural - and other bizarre artwork - appeared in the town last week, but the artists only revealed themselves on Sunday, July 20. In a joint Instagram post, they clubbed together footage from ITV News and a clip showing the mural being pasted onto the wall in Union Street. Passers-by were also caught on camera as they snapped pictures of the finished product. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Dion Kitson (@dionkitson) The video was captioned: "Dion Kitson x Adam Wynn created the mural dedicated to Sam Allardyce in Dudley town centre. We're glad the big man loved it." The duo were now selling A3 prints, which they have signed and dated, for £50. Other artwork that appeared in the town centre last week included a 'Beware of the Cob' piece, which appeared around the corner from the Allardyce mural on High Street. The humorous artwork was plastered on a boarded up store next to The Full Moon pub. Another appeared on Castle Street - opposite Sofi's Plaice chip shop - showing bags of chips lying on a sunbed dubbed 'The Orange Chip Maker 3000'. While it is likely the duo were also behind these pieces, they have not officially claimed responsibility.

Look of the Week: Charli XCX is the anti-bride

While evolving bridal fashion trends have made suits, bright colors and shorter hemlines more common, the image of a demure, virgin-like woman in princess gown is still ubiquitous in western culture. But on Saturday, musician Charli XCX proved that going against bridal tradition isn't simply a matter of style, it's an attitude. At an east London townhall, the 'Brat' singer married her boyfriend, The 1975 drummer George Daniel, in an outfit that was faithful to her signature party girl style. An ivory, Vivienne Westwood mini dress — the most traditional element of her bridal get-up — was offset with her trademark blackout bugeye sunglasses, worn everywhere from her most recent Glastonbury Festival performance to out clubbing with friends. She donned a pair of Jimmy Choo Amita 95 court heels, but eschewed a necklace or bracelet, and instead wore just her engagement ring and two small hoops in her ears. Her long black hair was left down, embellished with a mid-length veil. Unfussy, pared-back and distinctly Charli. It didn't take long for photographs of the pair's low-key nuptials to circulate across the internet. On X, images of the newly-weds smoking and drinking orange wine at an outdoor table at popular neighbourhood Italian restaurant Dalla — the familiar acid glow of several parked Lime Bikes (the city's preferred E-bike provider) loomed in the background — spread fast. No one found Charli's anti-bride vibe more endearing than her fellow Londoners: 'Just married, cig & drink in hand, sat in front of lime bikes. The king and queen of east London. Everything is romantic,' read one post on X now liked over 49,000 times. 'Idk (I don't know) how to explain it but I really love when brides get married looking very much like themselves,' added another. In recent years, many celebrities have taken to mining the archives of Old Hollywood for wedding inspiration. Even high-profile brides known for their distinct, rule-breaking style seem to have fallen in line when it comes to walking down the aisle. In 2019, Zoë Kravitz swapped her minimalist, cool-girl edge for an Audrey Hepburn inspired Alexander Wang drop-waist wedding gown. Similarly Paris Hilton, queen of mini skirts, crop tops and Juicy Couture tracksuits, referenced Princess of Monaco Grace Kelly for her dress in 2021. In Charli's case, it's clear the only reference was herself. Westwood has become an unofficial tradition for fashion-forward brides including Demi Lovato, Barbara Palvin, Miley Cyrus and even Carrie Bradshaw — the fictitious 'Sex and the City' fashion-addict and relationships writer — who opted for a Westwood bridal gown to marry Mr Big. Charli's irreverent version, styled more like she's the last man standing at an after-hours party than a traditional blushing bride, harked back to the London label's punk origins. 'People are drawn to Vivienne Westwood because she stands for something,' the brand's creative director, Andreas Kronthaler, told CNN earlier this year. 'She stands for women, and for strength, power and courage.' He continued: 'The Vivienne Westwood bride is a heroine.'
