Aaron Phypers accuses Denise Richards of drug abuse and infidelity

Express Tribune2 days ago
Aaron Phypers, estranged husband of actress Denise Richards, has accused her of long-term Vicodin addiction and an ongoing affair in a letter obtained by Page Six.
The claims follow Richards' allegations of domestic abuse, for which she was recently granted a restraining order.
Phypers, 52, alleges Richards, 54, has been abusing Vicodin, Adderall, and alcohol for years — referring to Vicodin as 'Vitamin D' or 'white chestnuts.' He claims her substance use endangers their daughter Eloise and that he has witnessed her passing out from the alleged combination.
In the same letter, Phypers also accuses Richards of having an ongoing extramarital affair, stating he discovered explicit messages and broken promises. He says she physically assaulted him on July 4 — the day he filed for divorce — and that she smashed his phone to conceal evidence.
Phypers further alleges stalking via an AirTag, denial of access to belongings, and harassment of his elderly parents. Despite Richards' claims in court documents that Phypers abused her throughout their marriage — including slapping, choking, and verbal assaults — he denies all allegations, stating he never physically harmed her.
Sources close to Phypers claim Richards' bruised face photo was from a fall while intoxicated in 2022. Richards has not commented publicly on Phypers' latest claims.
The former couple, who appeared together on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, are now entangled in a bitter legal battle involving abuse accusations, drug use, and infidelity.

Sia holds hands with Love Island's Harry Jowsey months after divorce filing from Dan Bernard

Singer-songwriter Sia was seen holding hands with reality TV star Harry Jowsey on Saturday, just four months after filing for divorce from her husband, Dan Bernard. The pair were photographed leaving Ca Del Sole restaurant in Los Angeles, sparking speculation about a possible romantic connection. -GC Images Sia, 49, appeared in good spirits as she walked alongside the 28-year-old Too Hot to Handle alum. Dressed in a long-sleeve black dress and leopard-print boots, she wore her signature blond hair in two French braids. Jowsey opted for a casual look, wearing an olive green button-up shirt and pants with a white T-shirt. Their outing comes just months after Sia's personal life made headlines again. He has previously been linked to several public figures, including Too Hot to Handle co-star Francesca Farago, actress Lucy Hale, and Love Is Blind alum Jessica Vestal. While neither has confirmed the nature of their relationship, the sighting has fueled curiosity about a potential new celebrity pairing.

Rebecca De Mornay reflects on relationship with 'Risky Business' co-star and ex Tom Cruise

Rebecca De Mornay is opening up about her former relationship with Tom Cruise, expressing admiration for the actor and their early days together. In a recent interview with Page Six while promoting her new thriller Saint Clare, the 65-year-old actress spoke warmly about Cruise, whom she dated for nearly three years after meeting on the set of Risky Business in 1982. 'I'm really, really proud of him,' De Mornay said, acknowledging Cruise's extraordinary rise to Hollywood superstardom. The 1983 film, which launched both of their careers, remains a cultural touchstone, and De Mornay credited Cruise's drive and vision even back then. 'He is a brilliant interpreter of the zeitgeist,' she added. 'We started this together and look what he did with it.' De Mornay reflected on their differences, likening Cruise to a 'major chord' and herself to a 'minor chord,' noting that his career path fulfilled what America wanted, while she pursued more unconventional and gritty roles after Risky Business. Her filmography includes Runaway Train, Backdraft, The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, and a role in Marvel's Jessica Jones. Now, De Mornay appears in Saint Clare, a dark thriller starring Bella Thorne as a serial killer with a fixation on Joan of Arc. De Mornay said she was drawn to the project by its unique perspective. 'It's very rare that I read scripts about a female serial killer who's obsessed with Joan of Arc,' she explained. 'I just wanted to be a support to this project.' Despite the film's violent themes, she admitted she didn't initially associate it with real-life figures like Jeffrey Epstein. 'I never even thought of that… it's freaky that that would come into it,' she said.
