This didn't age well.
Denise Richards vowed she'd 'never' end her marriage to Aaron Phypers, just four months before his shock divorce filing.
The actress, 54, made the remark in a March episode of her reality series, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
'It's not easy being married to me,' she confessed, with Phypers responding, 'It is not, and she said it! But this is it. I'm done.'
'Yeah, I'm never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I'm not gonna f**king get divorced,' chimed in Richards, referencing her divorce from Charlie Sheen, reports the New York Post.
They married in 2002, and she filed for divorce while pregnant in 2005. It was finalised the following year.
'No, we'll just have different homes or something,' Phypers added. 'But we're not gonna hate each other.'
The reality star said she'd never get divorced during an on-camera interview.
Just four months later, Phyers filed to end their marriage.

All that changed on Monday, July 7, when the fitness guru, 52, filed for divorce, citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind their break-up after six years of marriage.
In the documents obtained by The Post, Phypers listed the date of their separation as July 4.
He also asked to be awarded spousal support from Richards, claiming he's made zero income since closing his business last year.
In his filing, Richards' estranged husband alleged she makes over US$250,000 (A$382,000) per month on various projects like her TV shows, brand deals, appearances and her OnlyFans.
Phypers estimated his monthly expenditure is $105,000 (A$160,000), including $20,000 (A$30,500) on clothing, $18,000 (A$27,500) on rent, $15,000 (A$23,000) on entertainment, $15,000 (A$23,000) on eating out, among other expenses.
He doesn't only want spousal support from his ex.
Phypers also asked the court for possession of his power tools, 2018 Indian Dark Horse motorcycle and his Shelby GT500 sports car.
Richards married the businessman on September 8, 2018.
The Wild Things actress has two older children — daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20 — whom she shares with Sheen.
The reality star also adopted her youngest daughter, Eloise, 14, in 2011, with Phypers legally adopting her 8 years later.
The pair tied the knot in 2018.
The Post caught up with Richards and Phypers at an event in May, and the duo gave no indication their marriage was about to end.
The former Bond girl even pitched her then-husband as the next possible 007, telling The Post exclusively that Phypers 'would be an amazing Bond,' as casting for the leading man has not been announced.
Richards played Dr. Christmas Jones in the 1999 franchise flick The World Is Not Enough alongside Pierce Brosnan.
While the pair appeared happy, Richards' oldest daughter recently revealed she's 'not even that close' with her stepdad.
In an April podcast episode of Casual Chaos with Gia Giudice, Sami disclosed the nature of her relationship with Phypers.
'We don't ever hang out, we never talk,' she shared, but noted, 'He makes her [Richards] happy.'
Richards wasn't the only one married before their relationship.
Phypers wed Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan in 2015. Their marriage was short-lived as Sheridan filed for divorce in July 2016, just a few months after they tied the knot.

'I can't relate because I'm poor,' one noted. 'Rich privilege,' someone else claimed. 'No need to flex like this to the poor,' one complained. Not everyone was offended by her last-minute trip. 'I exercise, I know it's boring … but Australia is where I discovered getting healthy. When I came to do The Voice, everyone was just on a really healthy thing. Now I'm obsessed with it,' she said. G Flip: AFL mad singer-songwriter on Collingwood, the grand final and new tour

Don't miss out on the headlines from Music. Followed categories will be added to My News. Collingwood-mad music star G Flip has become a victim of their own success. The ARIA-winning Melbourne-born, US-based singer-songwriter, who identifies as non-binary and uses they-them pronouns, is backing their beloved Magpies to go all the way this year, but is already booked up for Grand Final day. 'Absolutely, we are Flagpies 2025,' said G Flip. 'And I'm so sad because I have a festival in Washington so I won't be able to get back but everyone knows that I will be watching at whatever hour. We can't be driving on tour where I can't get reception. We need to be with a stable Wi-Fi connection so I can watch the Pies in the grand final.' Although G Flip now lives in Los Angeles, the drummer and multi-instrumentalist still gets up at all hours to watch their team play – and carefully stage-managed their current promotional trip of Australia to be able to catch Collingwood play on the Gold Coast last week and caught up in the dressing room after the game with skipper Darcy Moore. G Flip has even converted their wife of three years – US actor and reality TV star Chrishell Stause, with whom she appeared on the cover of US weekly in May for their Pride edition – to the black and white cause. 'She is a Collingwood supporter,' G Flip said. 'I've bought her two jerseys, a scarf, a couple of hats and a beanie. And she's got a MCC membership even though she's never been to the MCG.' With third album Dream Ride, the follow-up to 2023 No.1 album Drummer, due in September and new single In Another Life released last week, G Flip is back in Australia to announce their biggest tour on home soil yet next year. The tour will kick off at Brisbane's Riverstage on February 27 before moving to Sydney's Hordern Pavilion on March 3; Melbourne's Margaret Court Arena, March 5; Adelaide Entertainment Centre, March 7; and Fremantle Arts Centre March 15, with tickets on sale next Monday. And while G Flip says that the size of the venues is 'a bit daunting', previous gigs such as playing last year's New Year's Eve broadcast to a TV audience of millions, will help them make the big step up. 'All of these shows I've done in my past is just prepping me to take the next step and get to bigger shows,' G Flip said. 'But in saying that, I feel like every like 15 shows something goes wrong. I feel like that's just like a thing with everyone but you just learn how to deal with it. I played a show not long ago and all the power went out. So I just ripped the drum solo because drums don't need a mic. 'Playing all these different stages, all these different venues, all these different places in the world, it's just made me grow and mature as a performer and an artist on how to deal with different situations.'
