Ivan Zazzaroni: Inter Milan To Make Atalanta New Cash + Player Offer For Ademola Lookman
Atalanta wantaway star Ademola Lookman is inching ever closer to joining Inter Milan after an exhausting transfer saga. According to Ivan Zazzaroni, the director of Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, the player has left Bergamo. It's now a near-certainty that Ademola Lookman will not play for Atalanta next season. Despite the club's reluctance to lose another star player after selling Mateo Retegui, Lookman has other plans. Indeed, the 27-year-old is hellbent on joining the San Siro club by the end of the summer. Furthermore, he has already made his intentions clear by refusing to take part in pre-season training. On top of that, he has removed all social media posts in the Atalanta shirt. However, Lookman's actions have not fazed La Dea, who are seemingly sticking to their guns. They won't sell their prize asset for less than €50 million. As such, they've already turned down two offers from Inter, including a €45 million bid last time out. On the contrary, they're piecing together a new offer that will reportedly include a counterpart. Indeed, Inter are hoping that a player-plus-cash bid would change Atalanta's mind. 'Inter are ready to offer €46–47 million plus a youngster for Lookman,' Zazzaroni claims. 'This will truly be their final offer. 'The player has physically left Bergamo, and at the moment, no one knows where he is.' Furthermore, Zazzaroni insists the relationship between the clubs remains phenomenal. 'The relationship between Inter and Atalanta remains excellent. 'Inter are now waiting for a response from Percassi and are willing to go up to €50 million – but not a cent more – including a young player as part of the deal.'

Davante Adams has been 'blown away' by Rams since joining the team
Veteran receiver Davante Adams came to the Los Angeles Rams to win a Super Bowl, but he's also been surprised by what he's found on the team since he joined this offseason. Adams told "The Pivot Podcast" that he's been "blown away" by what he's experienced on the Rams. This includes the team's discipline and how they've bought into what head coach Sean McVay has curated in L.A. "When you come to a place like this where the foundation is set, the staff knows what they're doing, you know, the players are totally bought in. It's a young team and one of the most disciplined groups of people I've ever been around," Adams said. "This is a real disciplined football team and, obviously, I hope we can put it on tape that way and show it all year. But just based off what I've seen, man, I just, I've been blown away by this experience and what this can present." This isn't the first time Adams has had glowing comments about his new team. Adams said he felt "rejuvenated" since joining the Rams because of how excited everyone is around him. This is what many have come to expect from the McVay-led squad. The Rams have rebuilt themselves despite limited draft capital in recent years and have become one of the younger ascending teams in the NFL, thanks to savvy drafting and great coaching. Adams, though, unlocks another level of the Rams offense the team hasn't really seen since its Super Bowl run in 2021. The combination of him and Puka Nacua is already among the best in the league, and playing for a team that's all-in on itself will do wonders for Adams in his 12th NFL season. Highlights from Day 12 of Bears training camp
The Chicago Bears were back at Halas Hall for their 12th practice of training camp, where there were plenty of notable observations and highlights from Tuesday's padded session. The Bears had their most physical practice in two decades, according to Brad Biggs, and boy was it a doozy. There were several skirmishes that broke out during practice with guys getting "tossed, pushed, shoved and taken to the ground," per Alex Shapiro. It's clear they're eager to practice against another group at this point, so it's a good thing the Miami Dolphins are coming to Halas Hall on Friday.
