Jess showcased her toned figure in the two-piece while at pool club Clap House.
Ditching her darker tresses, Jess also revealed her lighter brown locks and her sculpted face
She posed for a series of sunkissed snaps accessorising her look with round rim sunglasses, straw sun hat and a sheer beach dress.
Jess captioned the post: "Summer has been good to me."
Her former Love Island pals were quick to compliment Jess of her new look, with Olivia Hawkins writing: "Wow," with a heart eyes emoji.
Eve Gale commented: "Unreal."
Jess' getaway comes after she spoke about a worrying health scare in May.
The brunette told how she feels "sick all the time" in a candid video taken from her bed.
She said: "So this is a genuine question, is it just me or is it normal to feel sick ever day?
"I actually swear 'I feel sick' probably comes out of my mouth once a day.
Love Island feud reignited as OG villa girl takes a savage swipe at rival
"And I will feel fine and then I just get that wave of I feel sick for hours, and that's it.
"Then it will just clear. I am never ever sick but I just feel sick all the time, it's bizarre.
"To the point that now if I don't feel sick I'm like, why don't I feel sick?"
The TV star then told how she had put a pizza in the oven, but felt too unwell to eat it.
She finished her clip by asking fans: "What does that mean?"
Her fans were quick to offer a variety of suggestions for the sickness, including anxiety and contraception, yet the underlying advice was to see her doctor and get blood tests.
LOVE ISLAND JOURNEY
Jess was in last summer's original Love Island line-up, yet was dramatically dumped from the ITV2 show in a mass cull ahead of the final.
She was embroiled in a love triangle with Harriett Blackmore over Ronnie Vint during much of the series and they came to blows on several occasions.
She also delivered plenty of camera-worthy moments on the ITV2 reality series and coined the phrase "I'm the prize!" during a row with Harriett.
Jess was repeatedly branded a "bully" by Love Island fans.
But the former retail manager insisted she has been a pal to ALL of her fellow islanders.
Following her exit, Jess - who hails from Stockport - claimed she will be "friends for life" with her co-stars.
Recently, she looked unrecognisable following a glam makeover.
At the time, Jess was tipped for a spot on the spin-off All Stars series - yet never ended up featuring.
Though her ex Ronnie did - and Jess then revealed the truth about claims he "kisses like a washing machine".
In the All Stars spin off, Ronnie was labelled a bad kisser after Elma Pazar blasted his kiss for having a bit too much tongue action at high speed.
Reacting to Ronnie's mistake by comparing her own experience, Jess said: 'I mean I can't speak for all his conquests…but he wasn't as bad as a washing machine!
"Definitely not the best kiss I've had though."
Jess added: "I'd rate Ronnie's kissing as a 6/10…but maybe I need to jog my memory?'
Jess, who failed to find lasting love on the show, has previously admitted: "I think I'm single because I don't underestimate the fact that I'm hard work.
"I know what I want and I'm not easily pleased. When you're a loud, outgoing woman, sometimes it can intimidate men…"

Andy Carroll and Lou Teasdale's 'final straw' which led to very public split
Andy Carroll, the former England footballer, and girlfriend Lou Teasdale split recently having had a 14-month relationship after meeting at Glastonbury in June 2024 One of the "final straws" which led to Andy Carroll's split with Lou Teasdale was a huge row at Glastonbury, it is reported. It is said Lou, 41, packed her things and left the festival early in June following the bust-up, thought to have been the latest in a string of arguments. Andy and Lou had gone to Worthy Farm for a weekend away to celebrate their one-year anniversary, having met at Glastonbury in 2024. But Lou "could take no more" and left the festival without her 36-year-old partner, who was a footballer for Newcastle United, Liverpool and West Ham United among other teams. Their split emerged this week, with it now understood Lou ended the relationship rather than Andy. Sources close to the couple understand the row at Glastonbury ultimately led to the breakup. One friend of Lou's said: "They've been on the brink for weeks. Lou left Glastonbury early after yet another bust-up. It got so bad that she decided to leave - it was quite a major milestone. It was supposed to be a happy weekend away, but it instead it was awful." Lou, a make-up artist, is thought to be "very upset" over how the split has "played out" and the "arguments" between them had been "especially difficult" for her. Andy has reportedly tried to reconcile but it is believed Lou is not interested in this. "She left without him because she could take no more... But in the end it was how things were between them: they'd argue, make up, argue again - one of those relationships," Lou's friend told Mail Online. But sharing a screenshot of what she suggested was misinformation in the media on her Instagram Stories yesterday, mum-of-one Lou told her 5.7 million followers: "My friends love Andy." Earlier this week, it appeared Andy was no longer following Lou on Instagram and insiders claimed the former Liverpool and England striker had blocked his girlfriend of one year on the platform. But an insider previously revealed to the media: "It was Lou who ended her relationship with Andy, she walked away a few days ago, it was very much her choice to end their romance." They stated that she isn't interested in "pointing the finger" or "blaming" Andy, and had hoped to handle their split privately. Andy, who played nine times for England between 2010 and 2012, split with reality TV star Billi Mucklow last year. They tied the knot in 2022 having, by then, had two children together. Andy, who is a striker, signed for non-league club Dagenham & Redbridge in the summer.

Love Island's Dejon and Megan put on a loved-up display as they join their glamorous co-stars at the boozy reunion party - after he broke his silence over 'exposé' book
The Love Island cast reunited for a boozy off-screen party at the One Hundred Shoreditch in London on Thursday night. Leading the way, Megan and Dejon proved their romance is still going strong as they put on a loved-up display for the cameras - after he broke his silence amid news of the release of a book detailing his alleged 'gaslighting and abuse'. Megan wowed in a daring mesh gown adorned with glittering accents and bold cut-outs, while Dejon kept it sleek in a dark-toned look. Helena made an entrance in a black corset top paired with a flowing maxi skirt. Emma and Andrada opted for plunging designs that highlighted their enviable figures, while Meg F commanded attention in a deep-red mini with a structured neckline. Emily exuded elegance in a flowing ivory halter dress, and Billykiss brought the heat in a burnt-orange set that showcased her defined midriff. Ty and Angel stepped out hand-in-hand, with the influencer dazzling in a shimmering silver co-ord. Poppy stunned in a bold green cut-out number, while Lauren turned heads in the same striking piece worn by Emma. Also spotted arriving were Giorgio, Boris Vidovic, Caprice Alexandra, and Will Means. The Love Island stars kept fans in the loop throughout the evening, sharing plenty of updates on their Instagram Stories. Winners Toni and Cach captured a tender moment on video, while Shakira joined Emma and Rheo for a playful pose. Harry shared a lively shot alongside Dejon, and Yasmin smiled brightly next to Andrada and Alima. Lucy linked up with Toni for a quick snap, and Cach gathered with Boris and Ty for another cheerful photo. The night out comes after Dejon broke his silence amid news of the release of a book detailing his alleged 'gaslighting and abuse'. Helena made an entrance in a black corset top paired with a flowing maxi skirt. Megan F was a vision in a strapless mini dress Poppy caught the eye in a green cut out dress The former semi-professional footballer and personal trainer, 26, came under fire in the villa for his treatment of now-girlfriend Megan, with whom he failed to reach the final of the show earlier this month. In announcing news of her book, Niah said: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me.' Following the announcement, Dejon took to Instagram to share a trio of images alongside a caption defending himself against the allegations. In his caption, Dejon penned: 'I've stayed quiet, but that doesn't mean it hasn't affected me. I hold my self accountable for my communication and everyday I'm growing as a person, so thank you for those who see the good in me... Dejon is the subject of a book - entitled Surviving Dejon - penned by Niah Sienna, who is said to be his brother's sister and no blood relation to the star. 'I'm not just a character on an entertainment reality tv show I'm also a human being with real emotions, some of the stuff I've seen said about me has been hard to deal with and they are the furthest thing from the truth... 'I questioned why people would do these things and it was getting me nowhere as I couldn't understand and is something I would never do to somebody else but what's kept me grounded is movement... 'Running, training, pushing myself when everything in my head feels heavy. It clears my mind, helps me breathe, reminds me of who I am outside of the noise. 'If you're struggling mentally, I get it. I really do. You don't have to have it all figured out just find that one thing that brings you back to yourself and take it one step at a time.' The Daily Mail has contacted Dejon for comment. It's been over a week since Toni and Cach won the twelfth series of Love Island on Monday evening, making show history in the process. ITV shared the voting breakdown for the four couples that made it to the final, with the figures confirming it was the narrowest win since the show launched in 2015. In total, Toni and Cach received 33.5% of the vote, with Shakira and Harry taking 26.2% - showing the result was a close call. Yasmin and Jamie came third with 22% and Angel and Ty placed fourth with 18.3%. With just 15% between fourth and first place, it's the closest final vote in history. The results of the votes come after host Maya Jama, 30, announced that the couple had received the highest percentage of the public vote and would take home the £50,000 cash prize. In announcing news of her book, Niah said: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me' Toni has made history as the first American contestant to enter the UK Love Island villa, and she and Cach seem set on making their relationship work despite the transatlantic distance. The couple had a rocky beginning after meeting during Casa Amor, as it wasn't long until the pair found themselves in a major love triangle with Harrison. Yet once Harrison decided to leave the villa with Lauren, Toni set her sights on Cach, and the pair went from strength to strength. Toni and Cach won despite the bookies' odds revealing it was Harry and Shakira in the running to win, just hours ahead of the live final.

Gen Z has named two Australian cities among the world's best to live in
Some cities just get Gen Z. Whether it's buzzing nightlife, creative culture or affordable fun, they know how to help young adults (aged 13-28 in 2025) live their best lives. So Time Out quizzed thousands of Gen Zs around the world to figure out which cities are as good to live in as a 3am kebab after a big night out. This data comes from Time Out's annual ranking of the world's best cities, which is based on a survey of 18,500 locals who share their opinions on everything from food and culture to nightlife and green spaces. But what makes a city great means something different to each generation, and that's why we dug a little deeper into the data from the under-30s to find out what they actually value, including affordability, great nightlife, an accessible cultural scene, walkability and ease of meeting new people. Australia's cultural capital, Melbourne, has landed in second place (slay!), beating out zoomer hot spots like Barcelona, Edinburgh and Mexico City. According to the data, 77 per cent of Gen Z described Melbourne as diverse and inclusive, with a whopping 96 per cent giving high ratings to the city's art and culture scene. Our beloved city also scored highly for quality of life, with an impressive 91 per cent of twenty-somethings saying the quality of life in Melbourne is 'good' or 'amazing'. We reached out to our Gen Z audience via Instagram to discover exactly what they love most about Melbourne – and yep, the responses well and truly confirmed the global findings. The most common answer was just how multicultural our city is, with Melbourne's café culture also getting plenty of mentions (given how twenty-somethings are gravitating towards 'third spaces' that offer a matcha-fuelled antidote to nightlife fatigue, we're not surprised in the slightest). Street art, sport, the electronic music scene, theatre and how safe the city is were also specified. Sydney just missed out on a top ten spot, ranking as the 11th-best city for Gen Z to live in worldwide. Its housing market is more unaffordable than Melbourne's, and Sydneysiders have a reputation for going to bed earlier than most – but on the whole, it's a fabulous place to live and work in your twenties. So, which city snagged the top spot for Gen Zs? It was none other than Bangkok. The Thai capital took the crown thanks to its stand-out scores in happiness (84 per cent of Gen Z say they're happy living there) and affordability (71 per cent say it's a budget-friendly city to live in). Rounding out the top five behind Melbourne were Cape Town, New York City and Copenhagen. These are the 20 best cities for Gen Z Bangkok, Thailand Melbourne, Australia Cape Town, South Africa New York City, United States Copenhagen, Denmark Barcelona, Spain Edinburgh, United Kingdom Mexico City, Mexico London, United Kingdom Shanghai, China Sydney, Australia Beijing, China Paris, France Tokyo, Japan Berlin, Germany Seville, Spain Chicago, United States Chiang Mai, Thailand Prague, Czech Republic Lisbon, Portugal Stay in the loop: sign up for our free Time Out Australia newsletter for more news, travel inspo and activity ideas, straight to your inbox. 😱 Four Aussie cities ranked among the 50 best in the world for 2025 🍰 The history of Australia can be told entirely in cake – how many have you tried? ⭐️
