Kate Middleton's ‘Ruthless Discipline' as Queen Will Line Up With Prince William's ‘Demanding' Reign Amid Reports They Could Ascend ‘Sooner Than Anticipated'
Kate Middleton is prepared to be Queen. Several royal experts have weighed in that the Princess of Wales is ready to take up duties alongside her husband Prince William when he takes the throne.
Royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital that Kate Middleton has stepped up to her role as Princess of Wales, and that has prepared her for the biggest Royal duties. 'Her emphasis on a ruthless discipline in her regimented daily routine and commitment to self-improvement has helped her,' Fordwich told the site.

Prince William Accused of Being 'Pretty Demanding' Amid Reports He's Planning to 'Flex His Muscles When He's King'
Princess Diana Made an Eerie Warning About Prince William Before Her Death & It Just Came True
'She divides her time meticulously between parenting, supporting the heir to the throne, and her royal duties and manages to fit in an intense workout regime,' she continued. 'Regarding her three children, she can combine tradition with a modern, more middle-class approach to family. This, on top of her dedication to duty, is seen as essential for the monarchy's relevance and continuity.'
Royal author Valentine Low concurred on the statement, saying that Kate has 'developed a toughness' behind palace doors as she supports her husband. She told People, 'She has this public image of being nice and smiley. But she is strong-minded, strong-willed, and prepared to fight for what she wants and what she thinks is right.'The Princess had a hard year battling cancer, but she emerged a stronger woman once she was in remission. 'The onset of a life-threatening illness can make a person tough,' she said.
Richard Fitzwilliams told Fox News Digital about how she developed thicker skin over time. 'When they have a clear goal, as Kate has, the maintaining of the monarchy and bringing up her family means the experience, although traumatic, can be used to advantage in the years ahead,' he said.
'Kate needed confidence as a public speaker, which she now has,' said Fitzwilliams. 'She is a fashion icon, which she uses to enormous advantage. And she and William are so close, as their PDA clearly shows. They are the monarchy's future. They work brilliantly as a team now, and they will continue to do so when William becomes king.'
The news comes after several royal experts believed that William's reign would come 'sooner than expected.' And during the reign, we can expect a different kind of monarchy. Helena Chard told Geo News, 'Prince William's most important role is that of dad and husband. However, he is paving the way to be King sooner than anticipated. He is in tune with the public and the younger generation. He realizes that to justify the existence of the royal family, the heaviest burden will soon fall at his feet. This weight always rests on the king or queen.'
In an interview with The Telegraph, the Prince William's secretary for his role as the Duchy of Cornwall, Will Bax, described William—who visits the region once every four to six weeks—as 'pretty demanding' to work with' but in a 'great' and 'ambitious' way. 'He's easy to follow because he's got great conviction and personality, and he really wears his heart on his sleeve in terms of social interest and his desire to have a positive impact in the world,' Bax said.

Kylie Kelce Jokes She Has to Carry Around Two ChapSticks Because Daughter Benny Uses One as Her 'Wake Up'
Kylie Kelce is revealing the real reason she keeps two ChapSticks on her at all times — and it's because of her daughter Bennett The podcaster says her daughter uses it for her makeup – or rather, her "wake-up" Kylie shares her four kids with husband Jason KelceKylie Kelce is happy to make sacrifices for her kids — but she draws the line at sharing ChapStick. At the beginning of this week's episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, the podcaster, 33, shared that she has to carry around two tubes of ChapSticks in her purse at all times because her daughter Bennett "Benny" uses it for her makeup — or rather, her "wake up." "Not gonna lie. I have two ChapSticks in my purse at any given time. One is mine, and the other one is Benny's 'wake up,'" Kelce says. "That's right. Her 'wake up.'" "And as soon as I use my ChapStick, I will immediately be prompted, 'I hab some?' It's an attempt to not have to share my ChapStick with those grimy, dirty little lips. Ew," she continues. "We've all seen the food crusted on your face, Benny. I don't wanna share my ChapStick with you." Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. Kylie shares her daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley "Finn," whom she welcomed in March, with husband Jason Kelce. Elsewhere in the podcast, Kylie spoke with guest Bindi Irwin and shared that Jason's brother Travis Kelce is 'definitely king of the funcles." 'They just know that when he comes, he's gonna lock in,' Kylie told Bindi of her kids. 'He's gonna give them his undivided attention. They're gonna be like, can you get on the floor? And he's gonna be, like, already down there.' She added that she takes advantage of Travis' visits, using them to get in some basic self care. 'It is really nice to have someone who is fresh and fun,' she said. 'You got this. I'm gonna have a warm cup of coffee for five minutes and maybe have a shower because that would be nice.' Earlier this week, during an episode of his podcast New Heights with Travis, Jason spoke about how he'd just opened up the pool in his backyard for the summer. As Jason is speaking with Travis, one of his daughters interrupted him to ask if he's going in the pool that day. "Am I going in the pool today? Yes. I turned the heater on. The pool will not be cold," Jason said to his little one, turning to Travis and the microphone to say, "F------ bougie." "Well, that's what happens if you raise those suburban kids, Jason," Travis teased. "You're right. You're right. I told Kylie [Kelce] we should have raised them in West Philly, and she was like, 'There's no chance,' " Jason said. "Oh yeah. That's how you get cultured right there," Travis quipped. Coldplay's Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson call it quits after nearly 8 years
If Coldplay 's rendition of 'Fix You' sounded especially mournful during the band's recent concerts at Stanford Stadium, it may be because frontman Chris Martin has officially parted ways with actress Dakota Johnson. In what appears to be a definitive end to one of Hollywood's more quietly enduring romances, the 48-year-old Coldplay singer and the 35-year-old 'Fifty Shades of Grey' star have split after nearly eight years of an on-and-off relationship, according to People. Martin and Johnson, who began dating in 2017, were last seen together in mid-May in Malibu, where they had shared a home since 2021. Despite that recent outing, sources told People the breakup 'feels final this time.' Representatives for the pair have not commented. The couple largely kept their relationship private, though it was occasionally illuminated by moments of public affection — most memorably in 2021, when Martin gave Johnson an onstage shoutout during a London concert. 'This is about my universe, and she's here,' he said, gesturing to Johnson before launching into Coldplay's BTS collaboration, 'My Universe.' Johnson, who partially grew up in San Francisco, previously shared that the couple enjoyed being homebodies. 'We've been together for quite a while, and we go out sometimes, but we both work so much that it's nice to be at home and be cozy and private,' Johnson told Elle UK in 2021. 'Most of the partying takes place inside my house.' She also spoke warmly about Martin's two children, 21-year-old daughter Apple and 19-year-old son Moses, with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow. In March, sources confirmed to People that the couple had been secretly engaged for years. Yet despite their long-running commitment, the relationship has now ended, just as Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour continues to fill stadiums worldwide and Johnson prepares for the release of her upcoming film, 'Materialists,' on June 13.

Astley, who has been vocal about the song's viral popularity, commented on the meme craze in 2016 and told PEOPLE about the first time he was Rick-Rolled. "A friend of mine Rick-Rolled me a couple of times, and I didn't really know what he was doing. I just thought he was being an idiot," the singer said at the time. "I just kept thinking, 'What is this idiot doing? This is just not amusing. I don't really know what's going on.' So we eventually got on the phone and he explained it to me." Added Astley: "To be honest, I still didn't really get it. It took a few weeks for me to grasp." However, he only sees the meme as a "positive thing." "I don't think you can really have any bad thoughts about an Internet prank that turned your song into a global moment," said Astley. The PEOPLE Puzzler crossword is here! How quickly can you solve it? Play now! He also consulted his daughter, who was a teen at the time, on navigating the new trend. 'She was saying, 'Don't sweat it. It has nothing to do with you,'' he told PEOPLE in January 2025. "And I'm like, 'How can it have nothing to do with me?' And she said, 'Just leave it where it is. Don't try to embrace it and try funny things with it,'" continued Astley. Less than 1,000 songs have reached the Billion Streams club on Spotify. Astley's hit joins "Love Story" by Taylor Swift, "Mr. Brightside" by the Killers, "Uptown Girl" by Billy Joel and "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire, among other tracks.
