Sacha Jones showcased a snap in a blue hospital gown and white medical stockings to her Instagram Stories.
She was seen stretched out on the bed and the Married At First Sight 2024 bride added a poll box to ask her followers: "What do you think I'm having done? (If you don't know already.)"
Sascha, who was married to dad-of-one Ross on the matchmaking show, then showed an image of her face and nose taped up after the surgery.
She went make-up free and left her blonde hair loose as she posed propped up on her pillows.
In her caption she added: "If you guessed nose, you guessed correct."
The star has been sharing more about her life after her marriage breakdown played out on-screen.
Sacha married Ross at the start of MAFS' 2024 series when sparks flew and everything seemed perfect between the pair.
The couple then went from strength to strength in their marriage, with them dubbed as one of the strongest couples early on in the programme.
Yet cracks began to show and Ross' temper began to flare as they hit a series of bumps in the road.
Sacha was keen to move to Manchester to be with Ross, with her even open to leaving her life in Birmingham behind.
Yet fans then witnessed the blonde beauty break down on-screen after her renewal vows with Ross, before the dad of one dumped her
Her eventual split with Manchester-based Ross then came two weeks after filming wrapped.
DIVINE INTERVENTION
The Walsall lass then turned to Christianity following her failed MAFS experience.
Sacha then stunned fans as she joked she had married again back in January.
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn't keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam's Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: 'I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out - and excited for everything to come.'
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: 'I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
"While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
'The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, 'Wouldn't it be funny if I signed up?'
'A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.'
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna's vegan lifestyle, the show's first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: "We're not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship."
Yet all was not as it seemed, with the aesthetics practitioner stating she had: "Married our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."
Flashing a silver band, she added: "Now guys this is a purity ring and I just wanted to explain that to you.
"A purity ring just represents your commitment to God and vowing to stay abstinent until marriage.
"They're on your hand as a reminder of your vow to God if you ever get tempted."
On MAFS UK, Sacha became famous for her abstinence, as she told Ross she wasn't planning to be intimate with him until their relationship was well established.

Robbie Williams, Murrayfield Stadium, review: The most spectacular end-of-the-pier show ever seen
'Allow me to reintroduce myself!' yelled the squat, muscular, tattooed, silver haired 51-year-old, standing on a runway in the centre of the vast Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland, a tiny, isolated figure in the midst of a 70,000 strong crowd. 'My name is ROBBIE! F______! WILLIAMS!' And the crowd roared back with a gusty, noisy delight to match the star's own. He's back, folks. To be fair, I am not sure how far he ever really went away, but Britain's self-proclaimed 'King of Entertainment' is on the march, determined to reclaim his crown. Oasis mania is about to be unleashed once more in the UK, as the biggest band in Britpop returns to the stage next month. Cheekily stealing their thunder, they are being preceded around Britain's stadiums by the biggest British hitmaker of the 1990s and 2000s in a show mischievously entitled Britpop, filled with buzzing guitars and mighty singalongs. Mind you, that's where any resemblance to the fiercely dour and belligerently stationary Oasis ends. Because Williams throws everything he's got at his audience – special effects, jokes, choreography, stunts and, mainly, himself – in a relentless, almost desperate desire to please. His spectacular show opened with a gasp-inducing high dive from a giant winged platform suspended above the stage and ended two hours later with fans singing the choruses of Williams's beloved ballad Angels louder than the giant PA, whilst the star of the occasion looked on beaming with emotional delight. I am not sure who was more moved by Williams's relentless antics – the woman named Debbie from Dundee openly weeping as Williams clambered into the crowd to serenade her with a version of She's The One, or Williams himself as he basked in the glow of love and acceptance. A neurotic neediness is at the heart of Williams's appeal but is crucially wrapped up in songs with meaningful lyrics, flowing melodies, snappy hooks and huge choruses that the audience seem even more eager to sing than the performer. Indeed, it is not really a criticism, but Williams talks as much as he sings, frequently interrupting his own emotional performances with silly jokes and overexcited chatter. 'I'm s_______ hits all over the place!' he shouts in the middle of an otherwise gorgeous A Love Supreme and makes a lewd penis joke during his most vulnerable anthem Come Undone. A Robbie Williams show is a lot to take in. It's an end of the pier cabaret routine staged with the firepower of a Hollywood blockbuster; a cheesy pop extravaganza infused with darkly witty postmodern irony; an exposed bundle of raw human neuroses transposed into monster pop anthems interlaced with old fashioned showbiz comedy patter and interrupted by scatological stream of consciousness babble. He makes unscripted comments about age ('I'm 51,' he repeatedly shouted in self-amazement), anxiety ('I've been s_______ myself for weeks, old feelings from Take That, PTSD'), his family ('my mum has dementia, and my dad has Parkinson's, I feel like I'm in sniper's alley'), and sings the showbiz standard My Way in a pink suit and boa with all the feeling of a man who can't quite believe he's made it this far. He's 51, you know. There is a theme to proceedings, roughly hovering around the question of 'what is entertainment?'. Williams offers himself as the answer to his own question, to which the crowd offer noisy validation. From the riotous bombast of Let Me Entertain You to the vulnerability of anthemic ballad Feel, Williams arrived fully armed with the singalong hits that his massive audience have already taken to heart. In his natural element on stage, he put them across with a combination of ridiculous humour, raw humanity and powerful musicality that proved irresistible. We let him entertain us. I suspect from his gurning delight that the experience was mutual.

‘I was on one of the biggest TV shows in the 90s, but I ditched fame ten years ago for a very different job'
IN the 90s, TV show This Life launched the careers of some of the UK's biggest stars. While Andrew Lincoln went on to star in the Walking Dead, and Jack Davenport appeared in Pirates of the Caribbean – their co-star chose a completely different career path. 8 8 8 Now Daniela Nardini, who became a fan favourite on the show as straight-talking lawyer Anna Forbes on the show, is now a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), living life away from the spotlight in Glasgow. Daniela, now 57, was beloved as Anna on the smash-hit series, which launched in 1996 and followed a group of five friends as they navigated their twenties after graduating law school. The series saw the gang living together in East London as they try to get their foot on the career ladder, with Anna having a love-hate relationship with Miles (Jack Davenport), whom she had a fling with while studying. Daniela appeared in 32 episodes of the series, before reuniting with the cast in for TV movie This Life +10, marking the show's 10th anniversary in 2006. The role won her a BAFTA for Best Actress in 1998. While she continued to act – starring in multiple episodes of Waterloo Road, plus episodes of Vera and Lewis on her credit list – her performance career later took a backseat to events in her personal life. In 2020, Daniela told the Daily Mail she had endured 'the worst five years of her life', revealing her father died in 2015, she got divorced shortly after, before being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer in 2018, getting a mastectomy. She told the site: 'I went through a very dark period. Sometimes I wonder if it was all the emotional stuff I was going through that caused my cancer. 'A couple of years down the road, I now feel as if I've emerged stronger and a better person really. Anna would be proud.' However, she noted that her time on This Life feels like 'another life now', and doesn't miss the fame that came with it. Trailer for 90s Brit drama series This Life During her recovery, Daniela turned to art therapy to help her process her cancer diagnosis, admitting she 'lost interest in performing'. 'Not because I felt physically I was not right, but I just felt mentally and emotionally not ready,' she explained. 'Acting is a very personal thing for me, as I suppose it is for other actors. But you've only got yourself to use and if there's not much 'self' there to use, it's futile even trying. At its worst, I would have struggled to even remember a line.' Proud of where she is in her life, Daniela said she came forward with her diagnosis in order to encourage others to get their breasts checked. 8 8 'It took a lot of pain and heartache to get here. But I'm a survivor and I feel strong,' she said. 'I feel like I'm finally the woman I wanted to be.' After launching her CBT practice from her home in Glasgow, Daniela explained that she felt being an actress helped her understand people on a more fundamental level. 'I have worked as an actress for over 35 years. This has been an invaluable education for me to study what it is to be human and how we can all suffer at times and feel misunderstood and lonely,' she wrote on her psychologist bio. 'I myself have struggled at times. My practice involves helping you gain insight, clarity and believe it or not humour at times. I don't shock easily so I won't judge.' 8 8 8

The blonde bombshell put on a very leggy display as she walked hand in hand with her singer and chef husband Jade Jones. The pair who have been together for over two decades appeared more loved up than ever, as they made their way into the Habbibi restaurant.
