Although the show has been renewed for a sixth series, the on air team will be slightly different.
Panelists answer questions about Black history throughout the programme.
Holby City legend Chizzy Akudolu, who played Mo Effanga, will be taking over as host.
The 51-year-old has been with the show from the start, appearing as a team captain.
She succeeds fellow Holby alum Jimmy Akingbola, who is filming the final season of US drama Bel-Air.
Jimmy, 47, had presented Sorry, I Didn't Know throughout its run on-screen.
He will be continuing as an executive producer and may return as presenter in the future, according to Deadline.
Viewers will also see soap star Richard Blackwood replace Chizzy as a team captain.
The actor and rapper, 53, played Vincent Hubbard on EastEnders as well as Felix Westwood on Hollyoaks.
He will be joining former Strictly star Eddie Kadi, who became a team captain in 2022.

The programme's co-creator Frazer Ayres said: 'Chizzy has been part of the SIDK family since our pilot in 2016 and was amazing when she hosted an episode last series, so it's great to see her in the hosting seat.
"And in Richard we have the perfect sparring partner for Eddie.
"They're long-time friends and he has already shown he's a brilliant and hilarious guest, so we are thrilled he will be joining the team on the regular.'
The show has received rave reviews and was also nominated for a Royal Television Society Award.
Past guests include Big Brother presenter AJ Odudu and comedian Russell Kane.
Former I'm A Celebrity stars Babatunde Aléshé and Seann Walsh, as well as the The Chase quizzer Shaun Wallace have also competed.
Ex-Hollyoaks actress and former Loose Women panelist Jamelia has also competed.
Sorry, I Didn't Know airs on ITV1.

However, when George goes to tell Elaine she deserves a second chance, she's furious and that he hasn't taken responsibility for his part in their break-up and rejects him. Things get serious when George packs his bag and leaves the Vic – although Elaine puts on a brave face when Linda decides to throw her mother a divorce party to cheer her up. The party, attended by Kim, Mo, Priya, Denise, Honey and Yolande, takes a wild turn when Elaine shocks Linda by declaring the prosecco is on the house all night. Danny Boyle's 2019 rom-com Yesterday took a fictionalised look at what the world would be like if The Beatles never existed, with a little bit of a love story thrown in for good measure Danny Boyle's 2019 rom-com Yesterday has been hailed as a fantastical tribute to The Beatles, featuring a screenplay by Richard Curtis and a shared story credit with Jack Barth. The jukebox musical presents a whimsical yet fictional narrative, all the while offering an artistic salute to the iconic music group. The film's producers reportedly shelled out nearly $10 million for the rights to The Beatles' song collection. Although no surviving members or their relatives partook in the making of the film, Boyle has claimed he secured their blessings before commencing with the project. Debuting at the Tribeca Film Festival in May 2019, Yesterday enjoyed its cinema release within the UK and the US in the following month. The romantic musical comedy reaped a global box-office haul of $155 million, surpassing its production budget of $26 million. Boyle's cinematic piece features an almost unrecognisable EastEnders actor Himesh Patel as the hero protagonist, with Lily James, Joel Fry, Ed Sheeran, and Kate McKinnon in supportive roles. Reports suggest that Boyle was persuaded of Patel's fit for the role after hearing his renditions of Beatles hits Yesterday and Back in the U.S.S.R. at the auditions, reports Surrey Live. Labour MP Marsha de Cordova hails growth of Tennis Black List Awards
Member of Parliament for Battersea Marsha de Cordova was delighted to receive another opportunity to support the 2025 Tennis Black List Awards. De Cordova has previously attended the inaugural edition of the bespoke ceremony and made a return to this year's edition of the awards, presented in association with Dante Talent and held during the HSBC Championships at The Queen's Club, London on the 11th of June, supported by the LTA. MP for Battersea since 2017, de Cordova admits she didn't have to think twice about making the short trip to West Kensington to support a cause so close to her heart. She said: 'I've had the real privilege of being part of the inaugural Tennis Black List Awards a few years ago so to be back here this year is amazing. 'To see how it has grown from strength to strength makes me so excited for what the future holds going forward. 'It's incredibly important to celebrate black excellence. Representation and diversity really matter, and we recognise black folks in many other spheres like football so why not tennis?' Tennis Black List is the global celebration of Black and mixed black excellence across the game — spotlighting the unsung, the visionary and the next generation of changemakers. Taking place in the run up to The Championships at Wimbledon, the Tennis Black List recognises the contributions of individuals and organisations from grassroots level up to the professional game in Britain and internationally. It follows the example set by the successful and respected Football Black List, created by Leon Mann MBE and Rodney Hinds, and Rugby Black List which have demonstrated the power that celebrating black excellence can achieve in sport. The event was an opportunity to inspire the next generation in the tennis community, with the commitment shown by the winners on and off the court, including the legendary Arthur Ashe, who was honoured with the Icon award for his tireless efforts in advocating for social justice, racial equality, and HIV/AIDS awareness. Awards were handed out in ten categories across the evening at the ceremony, with several recipients present at The Queen's Club. De Cordova added: 'For me, it's wonderful to see people given their flowers in so many areas, whether that's in coaching or being a rising star and honouring the icon that is Arthur Ashe is quite special. 'He was a humanitarian, a civil rights leader and called for inclusivity. He won Wimbledon at a time where he was one of very few black faces so all of the work he has done off the court has paid off. 'We stand on the shoulders of greats like him.' Founders Anne-Marie Batson and Richard Sackey Addo said: 'This movement is about legacy. Tennis Black List is creating space for Black and mixed-black heritage excellence to be seen, honoured and remembered across all areas of tennis. We are building a global legacy that makes space for what is next.' Launched in 2022; Tennis Black List is the only global platform dedicated to celebrating and documenting Black and mixed-black impact in tennis — from grassroots organisers to elite players. A movement rooted in recognition, legacy, and cultural celebration.
