Denise Richards alleges estranged husband Aaron Phypers threatened to kill her, ‘violently' choked her in shocking abuse claims
Denise Richards has been granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. In court documents filed Wednesday, Richards, 54, accused Phypers, 52, of threatening to kill her if she reported the alleged altercations to the police, according to TMZ.
