The actor also has many ways to invest his money and real-estate is one of them. He's recently sold two of his plush apartments in Mumbai's Borivali and made an incredible 91% profit in the process. According to a report by Square Yards, Akshay sold two adjoining flats located in a ready-to-move-in residential project by Oberoi Realty. The complex spans around 25 acres and offers 3BHKs, 3BHK+studios, and duplexes. The 'Khiladi' actor had purchased these apartments back in 2017. One of them, measuring 1,101 sq. ft. with two parking spaces, was bought for ₹3.02 crore and has now been sold for ₹5.75 crore. For this sale, the stamp duty alone cost him ₹34.50 lakh and registration charges were ₹30,000. The second apartment, much smaller at 252 sq. ft. of carpet area, was initially bought for ₹67.90 lakh. It was sold for ₹1.35 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹6.75 lakh and the same ₹30,000 in registration charges.
