Video: Jake Paul faces off Katie Taylor, Amanda Serrano on top of Empire State Building

It was business between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano.
Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano are taking women's boxing to new heights – quite literally.
The two boxing stars faced off Tuesday on top of the Empire State Building ahead of their highly anticipated trilogy bout – which takes place Friday at Madison Square Garden in New York. The championship fight serves as the headliner to an all-women's boxing card that streams on Netflix.
Given what's at stake, the faceoff was tense, but also respectful. The two broke a smile mid-staredown. YouTube star and boxer Jake Paul, who's promoting the event under Most Valuable Promotion, led the faceoff.
You can watch the Taylor and Serrano square off on top of the Empire State Building in the video below.
Taylor, 39, is putting her undisputed super lightweight title on the line against 36-year-old Serrano.
Taylor won their first two encounters. In 2022, Taylor overcame adversity to escape with a split decision win at MSG. Then last November, Taylor and Serrano put on an instant classic, with Taylor winning by unanimous decision amid some headbutt controversy at the Dallas Cowboys' AT&T Stadium. The rematch was the co-main event to the heavily hyped Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight on Netflix. Taylor vs. Serrano 3 is considered the biggest rivalry in the history of women's boxing.

Where To Watch Netflix's ‘Sullivan's Crossing' Season 3 Immediately, For Free

Sullivan's Crossing Netflix has once again found itself in a bit of a strange situation with a licensed series, as its new #1 show in the US is Sullivan's Crossing, a Canadian series it does not own, just the broadcast rights to the first two seasons. So, you'll have to wait for season 3, right? Wrong. Season 3 of Sullivan's Crossing not only already exists, it's currently airing as we speak. Not on Netflix, as you've seen, but on one of the networks that it's broadcast on, The CW. While I haven't watched the CW since the Arrowverse ended and took all its shows with it, it still very much exists and has the occasional popular program like this (which was originally on CTV). But it has a site (and an app) that you can stream its shows on (at least in the US), including the current still-airing season 3 of Sullivan's Crossing. And it's free, no cable login required. You just need to have the capacity to use a somewhat janky internal player for the CW site and sit through a bunch of ad breaks because this is a 'real' channel, not a subscription streaming service in the traditional sense. CW I mean, it's free, so I don't think a few commercials should stop you from continuing to watch if you've enjoyed the series thus far. The season finale is literally airing five days from now on July 17, and after that, the whole season will be ready to binge. Season 3 will come to Netflix at some point here if you want to wait for that. Some reporting says that it will be on August 11, 2025, so it would just be another month. Up to you. Again, the CW site and app are mildly annoying, but it's not a huge deal. What about season 4? Yes, it exists. Sullivan's Crossing is popular enough that even before this new Netflix run, that was already greenlit. Sullivan's Crossing is a yearly show in the grand tradition of old, meaning season 4 should arrive in April or May of 2026. Bit of a wait, but better than a 2-3 year break like most Netflix shows. I'm not entirely sure what the appeal is, but my wife, who just finished season 2, says it's better than similarly themed Netflix originals like Sweet Magnolias and Virgin River, for whatever that's worth. So sure, hop into season 3 now, or just wait a month until Netflix scoops it up. Your call. Follow me on Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Teyana Taylor Beams Over Aaron Pierre In New Interview: ‘I Feel Safe'

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty For the past few months,Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre have been setting the internet ablaze with their romance, which initially started as rumors and speculation but was ultimately confirmed. Now, on the heels of her latest musical effort, Taylor is opening up about the couple's relationship. In an interview with Complex to promote her upcoming visual EP Escape Room , Taylor gushed about the role that Pierre played in the creative process, but also how he navigates their relationship, allowing her to tap into her soft girl era. 'He damn near EP'd it. It felt good to have someone be as passionate and as serious as you are…To have someone on your side fully hear you and don't think that your visions are crazy,' she said of how Pierre was supportive of her creative process. Speaking of their relationship dynamic, Taylor stated that Pierre handles her very delicately, something that she appreciates. 'I'm very big on how you handle me, and I feel like you gotta handle me like a cup of tea.' 'With a cup of tea you walk slower, you're more calm, you're more delicate,' Taylor continued. 'I feel like I am a cup of tea and I feel like he handles me as such. You know, he's very, very gentle. It allows me to feel warm and to feel safe, and not be in survival mode.' In a June 2025 interview with GQ , Taylor shared similar sentiments about the actor, revealing how protective he is of her and their relationship. 'He's a real big music head and just how hands-on he's been on this album with me has been really amazing to see,' she told the outlet. 'You ever sit back and be like, 'This person don't play about me'? I was like, 'Yeah, you need to be my leading man, because you understand every single song, every single emotion, every single feeling, which is that, on set, you're going to bring it.'' Escape Room , led by the singles 'Long Time' and 'Bed of Roses,' is slated for an August release. Conjoined twin Carmen Andrade got married, and many have comments. Has it gone too far?

As conjoined twins, Carmen and Lupita Andrade are used to intrusive and inappropriate comments. After all, the 25-year-old sisters have spoken about receiving unwanted questions on TikTok and YouTube, where they've amassed over 18,000 and 255,000 followers respectively. So it's not a shock that now that news is circulating of Carmen's wedding last October, the sisters are once again getting fielding endless comments from people on the internet. "I know we're all wondering the same thing here…" one person wrote on Instagram, in a comment on Today's post sharing the news. "My mind cannot comprehend..." wrote another. "I could write and produce a 6 season TV show with the questions I have in my head (right now)." The Andrade sisters have made it clear they're done answering people's questions, at least for now. Carmen put it bluntly in her Instagram bio, writing: "this isn't a Q&A account. Don't care about your curiosity like you didn't care about my feelings" A post shared by Carmen Andrade (@carmen_soland) Carmen and Lupita aren't the only conjoined twins who've dealt with unwanted attention. Last year, Brittany and Abigail Hensel − conjoined twins who starred on the series "Abby & Brittany" in 2012 − received similar commentary when reports surface Abigail had a private wedding in 2021. Experts in disability and media studies told USA TODAY at the time the heightened fascination around the Hensels' personal relationships illuminates a lot about how people treat and talk about those with unusual bodies. The same holds true for the Andrade sisters. More: Conjoined twins Abby, Brittany Hensel back in spotlight after wedding speculation. It's gone too far. The truth is, conjoined twins, like anyone else, deserve to live a normal life and not spark discussion when they do so. "We see something where this is unusual, this is exciting, this is a little out of the ordinary, and it's not something that many people are equipped to talk about very well," Elizabeth Ellcessor, an associate professor of media studies at the University of Virginia and author of the book "Restricted Access: Media, Disability, and the Politics of Participation," previously told USA TODAY. Ellcessor noted a lot of comments and media coverage present events like these as "something remarkable" but it's helpful to remember people "get married all the time." Why are people so fascinated by Carmen Andrade's wedding? Carmen and Lupita Andrade shared details of Carmen's wedding at the end of a YouTube video posted in late May. In it, the twins revealed Carmen married her boyfriend Daniel about seven months prior in a small ceremony with just their local family members. In a Today article published July 10, Carmen shared they eloped in October. Today reports Carmen and Daniel met on the dating app Hinge in 2020. Not all the attention the twins have received in the wake of this news has been negative; they've gotten plenty of supportive comments too. "Love seeing people happy," one person wrote on Instagram. "At this point love is love. No judging," wrote another. A post shared by Carmen Andrade (@carmen_soland) On the one hand, fascination around conjoined twins is to be expected, Alice Dreger, a historian, bioethicist and the author of "One of Us: Conjoined Twins and the Future of Normal," previously told USA TODAY. After all, conjoined twins are rare, and people are often fascinated by the lives of those in unusual circumstances. "People have always been fascinated by conjoined twins because they obviously represent a challenge to the way we think about individuality," Dreger said. "We normally think of individuality as being about one person existing in one expansive skin, and, for conjoined twins like Abigail and Brittany, they are are obviously two people in one expansive skin." More: Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sánchez are having a luxury wedding. The internet is enraged. This fascination, however, becomes problematic when it gives way to exploitation and the violation of others' privacy. The Hensel twins, for instance, have kept a relatively low public profile outside their television appearances, giving the impression they aren't interested in sharing every detail of their lives with the world. The Andrade twins have been open with answering some questions on social media, but on their own terms − and they've made it clear they find constant questioning from the public exhausting. What health & wellness means for you: Sign up for USA TODAY's Keeping It Together newsletter Ellcessor explained fascination around conjoined twins' romantic relationships is especially inappropriate, because it often stems from "prurient sexual interest." Therefore, it makes sense that conjoined twins tend to "have no interest in answering follow-up questions" on this topic. "This is not anyone else's business," Ellcessor added. How should we talk about Carmen and Lupita Andrade? Ellcessor added it's essential for any discussion about conjoined twins' private lives to happen on their terms, not anyone else's, and to let the twins take the lead on what's OK for speculation and what's not. "The best advice is to prioritize their voices and their wishes," she said. "What do they want to share? What do they want us to know?" It's also important to remember to treat people with unusual bodies as human beings rather than as anomalies. Is 'the spark' a red flag? Sometimes. Experts say look for this in a relationship instead And, if they choose to not open their lives to discussion, it's important to respect that. "The experience of having a body that's different depends on the culture that's around you," Dreger said. "In fact, throughout history, most conjoined twins have chosen to live in small towns for I think exactly this reason: that they can live peaceful lives without constant interference."
