While Suga has completed his public service duties as of Wednesday, June 18, his official discharge date is still June 21. As reported by News1, the BTS member is using his remaining vacation days and no longer needs to go back to his workplace and report for duty after June 18. This was done through the standard process, and Suga did not receive any special treatment.
Suga began his alternative military service on September 22, 2023, and also completed the basic training upon enlistment. Unlike the other six members of BTS who served in regular military roles, Suga's service was a bit different.
