A viral post shared by LinkedIn user Kanika Raina revealed how her boss gave her approval for a set of leaves reserved for a vacation and earned her respect. 'My boss approved my leave with just one line: 'Enjoy your trip to the fullest. Don't take unnecessary stress.' That's when I realised I'm in the right place," Raina wrote.
The manager truly impressed the employee with his attitude and commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance within the company. Raina went on to describe her manager, Saurabh Gupta, as a 'wonderful leader" and expressed heartfelt gratitude toward him.
'We often talk about work-life balance, but few leaders truly make it a reality. Thank you, Saurabh Gupta sir, for being that rare kind of leader who genuinely walks the talk when it comes to creating balance," wrote Raina.
