Scott Wolf drops restraining order against estranged wife Kelley days after she was placed on second ‘involuntary hold'
The restraining order was dropped four days after the exes reached a new temporary agreement detailing custody, finances and communication on July 15, according to court documents obtained by People.
Per the new agreement, Kelley will have 'liberal' supervised visitation with their kids: Jackson, 16; Miller, 12; and Lucy, 11. She will also get three supervised video or phone calls per week with their children and she is allowed to respond if they initiate contact.
Neither Scott, 57, nor Kelley, 48, is allowed to discuss the divorce with their children or the kids' relationship with the other parent.
The two are also not allowed to post about one another, their divorce, or their children on social media, which Kelley has done previously.
Scott's rep and lawyer did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.
Just last week, Kelley claimed she was put on a second involuntary hold and a victim of 'police brutality.'
'I was held for 7 days and they tried to keep me for 90. I will not be quiet anymore. I cannot be quiet anymore,' she claimed via her Instagram Stories while sharing a photo of her bruised arm.
'This is from the police. I will get myself safe but I'm asking for help. Thrown down stairs. Broke my wrist, Contusions on my head. I'm bruised everywhere and I literally was released last night. This is the SECOND time.'
In a statement to Page Six, a spokesperson for the Summit County Sheriff's Office denied that an officer from their department was involved in any police brutality incident with Kelley.
'The Summit County Sheriff's Office is aware of several photographs and social media posts circulating that inaccurately claim 'Summit County Police' responded to an incident at Sundance on July 6, including allegations of a confrontation involving Summit County law enforcement,' a spokesperson from the Summit County Sheriff's Office told us July 14.
This alleged incident came after Kelley claimed she was placed on an 'involuntary hold' and was detained by Utah police and hospitalized last month.
Scott was granted a temporary restraining order against Kelley in June amid their contentious divorce.
The court order alleged Kelley 'engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties' minor children,' per Us Weekly.
But a source close to the 'Real World' alum told the outlet that the restraining order was unwarranted.
'Kelley is ready to fight like hell for her children,' the insider said. 'It is not warranted, it's cruel. And it's incorrect.'
