RUMORS and theories continue to swirl regarding how a little girl went overboard while on a Disney cruise trip with her family.
The girl, five, plunged around 50 feet while the ship was heading back to Florida, prompting her dad to jump into the water and save her.

She fell from the fourth deck of the $900 million Disney Dream vessel on Sunday morning, sparking a frantic rescue mission.
Both the girl and her dad were rescued and brought back to the ship.
But, theories are now swirling over how the girl seemingly fell over the rails.
Pictures taken on board the ship show plexiglass in front of the railings.
Some passengers claimed the girl was sitting on the railings, while others on board the ship have heavily disputed the claims.
'She was sitting on the rail and he wanted to take a picture, and she fell off,' Gar Frantz told the NBC affiliate WTVJ-TV.
'We were just on that deck.
'And then you saw them throwing, like, life jackets over the sides and stuff.'
Social media users, who claimed they were on board the ship, debunked the theory.
One traveler, Monica Shannon, claimed that a crew member told her the child was climbing the railings.
The staffer apparently told Shannon that the girl's parents were playing shuffleboard at the time of the accident.
Shannon told The Mail the wind may have contributed to the fall.
Broward County cops in Florida told the CBS affiliate WFOR-TV the child was not being held at the time of the accident.
The girl's mom cried that her child couldn't swim after realizing what had happened.
Shannon claimed the girl's mother was hysterical.

Cruise ships must have technology that detects anyone who may have fallen overboard.
'It's a kind of infrared technology; it uses heating and sensors to determine when someone goes over,' lawyer Nicholas Gerson told WTVJ.
'It kind of acts like an alarm system.'
The dad treaded water for around 10 minutes before being brought onto the boat.
Float rings were thrown into the water as part of the rescue operation.
Gail Merrick, who was also on board the vessel, which can carry up to 3,500 passengers, said there was a commotion on board with crew members frantically running around.
He gave a thumbs up gesture as he returned to the ship.
Travelers praised the cruise workers for the speed of the response.
'The Disney Cruise Line staff were phenomenal, the crew, everybody was on it,' Brenda Tackett told NBC News.
'You could tell they've practiced this, hopefully have never used it before, but they were great.'
The ship, last renovated in 2024, returned to Fort Lauderdale on Monday morning.
It is currently on a five-day round trip to The Bahamas.

The breakthrough weapon can hit targets sitting more than 3,000km away with a menacing 1,000kg warhead - and its design takes inspiration from a British bomb. The cruise missile, which is reportedly already in serial production, fires from a twin-axle ramp before propelling itself with a turbofan. The "Flamingo" has a six-metre wingspan and reaches speeds of up to 900km/h before decimating its targets. And its maximum flight time is a whopping four hours. Engineers designed the bomb to feature three main priorities: range, warhead mass and rapid deployment. Its developer, Fire Point, said the systems are being manufactured at a highly protected facility in the Carpathians, in the west of Ukraine. The breath-taking design also features a dorsal air intake for a jet engine and an X-tail. To make sure the missile hits its target, it is also equipped with resistance to electronic warfare. The "Flamingo" is reportedly closely modelled on the FP-5 missile design - an unmanned cruise missile which can hit targets at subsonic speeds. The FP-5 is made by British weapons firm Milanion, a UAE-headquartered defence contractor which has supplied Ukraine in the past. Evan Forde, 32, was driving his Mercedes in Brent Cross, north London, when he crashed into another vehicle at high speed. This resulted in Nascimento's tragic death, despite the London Ambulance Service rushing to the scene and desperately trying to save the girl. Shortly before the fatal crash, police officers on patrol in a marked vehicle had indicated for his car to stop. However, the vehicle drove off from police and there was no pursuit, according to Scotland Yard. Moments later, cops were informed that the same car had been involved in a collision. The occupants of the Mercedes did not stop for the police as they proceeded to flee the scene on foot. She said: 'Undoubtedly the speed Mr Forde was driving will be an aggravating feature to the court. 'It is important we are satisfied of the accuracy of the material relied on by the Crown.' Prosecutor Frederick Hookway observed that small variations of the speeds involved in the case were unlikely to have an impact given the defendant had reached 'top speeds of over 140mph'. Judge Anthony Leonard KC adjourned sentencing until October 22 and granted Forde continued conditional bail. He told him: "You have pleaded guilty to a very serious charge. "There was perhaps no option other than to do so given the state of the evidence. "However, the fact you pleaded at this stage will be taken into account at sentencing. "You must understand the most likely result - if not the inevitable result - will be you sent to prison." Previously the Metropolitan Police said it had made a referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct as is routine in such circumstances.
